Yeah why not, I tried this service and will definitely continue using it, forget enterprise or any other car rental place because they are awful and charge you all sorts of random extra charges and then try to push their crappy insurance, all after waiting longer in line, never again when I need to rent a car in Miami.

You can have any car you want — as long as it’s a silver Audi A4.
The manager Giovanni was über helpful. The car is awesome. The price is fantastic (around $ 60). And there were no hidden fees.
I will never rent from anyone else as long as Silvercar is available. They have literally thought of everything that makes the customer experience better. Check in and check out is done via their app and a QR code. They had an iPhone charger for me. They programmed in the address to return the car in the GPS. It has Sirius radio. The tank was full. The car was clean. The stations were programmed. They offered me a bottle of water. I was driven home. They communicated via text.

Found this online a year ago and absolutely love it!!! So affordable, great customer service, great car to rent. It is so efficient especially with that app for check in and Ck out! My husband uses it whenever he travels and has used it in three different cities. It’s the best! Can’t wait for it to expand to more cities.

I have rented twice here and it is the best rental experience I have ever had in Miami. Prices are the same as a regular car in a regular rental place, but the service is truly VIP. Just not having to wait an eternity to get the car and not having to waste time with a front desk person trying to sell you hubcap insurance is worth it.

Really great service at Miami. My first time using silvercar — Marlin picked us up — he was great, very enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome. He called several times to make sure we had arrived and we knew where to be picked up. The iPhone app made the process so easy, much more convenient than any other rental car company I’ve experienced.

I found Sivercar online while looking for transportation for my trip to Miami. I gave it a shot and was perfect. Very friendly customer service, amazing cars and in sharp conditions. I love my experience with Silvercar and would never rent a car with any other company. No hassle, no lines, no waiting for your car. I got to the Miami mover and right at the exit I found that nice and very clean AUDI A4 waiting for me, just a few reviews and in less than five minutes i was driving it. Love it. I would recommend it to everyone traveling to where SilverCar is. When returning very easy i just pick up some body from their staff who drove me back to the airport. That Simple. Heard about silvercar through a friend. Great service clean cars and friendly staff. Check in was a breeze the staff member even spent a good 10 – 15 mins to show me the features of the car. Bringing back the car was just as easy they drove me back right into the terminal. Will definitely rent from silvercar again!

Amazing service. As great as described. Picked me up via the texting service built into the app. Car was pristine and they even had a toddler seat strapped in and waiting for my son. Cat was like new with all the amenities you could ask for.

Takes all the hassle out of a poorly organized and difficult to navigate airport. When you arrive at the car rental counter in MIA text them and they will be waiting outside with car. Scan the barcode on the windshield and you are ready to ride. To return the car press Silvercar MIA on your GPS and it will take you to a garage two blocks from the airport. The Silvercar agent will drive you straight to Departures and even unload your luggage if you wish. You will save at least one hour and plenty of running through the airport. The only car they offer is the Audi A4. Luxurious but the only option.

I would recommend silvercar to everyone. It cuts all the hassle of renting a car our of the equation. You create an account online or on their app. You fill in your information, drives license, and credit card. You make all your legal agreements online before you arrive. When you get on a the MIA Mover shuttle rail, you click a button in their app to text them you are about to arrive to the Car Rental Center. Once you get to the car rental center, you just go past all the other people waiting in line at the old school car rental companies, and walk outside, turn to your right and head to a small parking lot outside. Their you will find your silver Audi A4 which an attendant just drove up. You scan the QR code on the windshield with your app, and you are off. When you arrive at the end of the trip, you drive to their silvercar location nearby the airport, and one of their attendants will drive you and your car to drop you off at the departure door for your airline. You won’t have to take the MIA mover back from the Car Rental building. Boom. It couldn’t be easier and you have a brand new silver Audi A4 S-​Line to drive. Fab.

Silvercar takes the Triple Crown! all of my experiences with Silvercar have so far been in Los Angeles. Today I had the opportunity to experience silver car in Miami. I will tell you that the experience from the airport to getting into my brand-​new 2015 A4 with only 700 miles on it was a seamless easy dream. While all the other passengers are struggling with the rental car agencies, waiting in line at the airport I had my Silvercar waiting to greet me! Pierre is the GM for Silvercar Miami and rather than a company relying on the shiny cars to sell loyalty to the client, Silvercar has the understanding that it is the people behind the car that make all the difference in earning loyalty. He took the time to sit down with me and talk about the company, the vision that the company has, his experience as an employee. We actually hung out in the «silver lounge» which would sort of be like Virgin American’s elevate lounge, and it didn’t escape my detection that the Pepsi products round silver cans. It’s just nice before jumping into the car and facing Miami traffic to be able to have a nice human exchange with somebody that values you as a client. and I can honestly tell you that Pierre has gone more than the extra mile to make sure that not only will I continue to rent but I’ll make sure all of my VIP traveling clients and friends and peers hear about Silvercar Miami.

I must admit my overall experience was beyond amazing. From the moment I picked up my car the staff was very courteous and diligent. They explained how the car operated via their app and I was on my way in minutes.
