You know the thing you have to do at every doctor appointment? Where you show up on time, but still wait for a long time in the waiting room, and then you get brought to the second waiting room for a long time, and maybe an hour after your appointment you get seen? Unbelievably — Dr. Diamond is the only doctor I’ve ever been to that does not do this. Show up on time and you will see the doctor immediately. And since he’s on schedule, you can expect an unrushed experience seeing him. I switched back to more expensive PPO insurance to stay with this guy. He’s also a good communicator, efficient in diagnosis, and FWIW all the medicine he’s given me has worked well. Whenever I need an appointment because I am sick he sees me same day. Staff has been with him a long time and is professional and courteous.

Dr. Diamond have been going to him for years and years, has always been super kind and considerate. If you have an appt at 10:00 your seeing him at that time. when my daughters and son made the switch from seeing a pediatrician to a primary care physician he spent extra time with them going over their concerns. Once when my daughter had a head injury not only was diamond concerned but his staff as well. We had some long nights his staff would call in the morning to check on her. if feel very fortunate to have such a thoughtful and caring physician.

This doctor is the worst. I had been a patient for years and they told me I could not come in for two days when it was an emergency and I was extremely sick. The staff member on the phone was so rude and ignorant. If your primary care doctor isnt willing to be there for you in an emergency then having them as a doctor is a waste. This guy would not even get on the phone to offer wisdom or ask about symptoms to help for the two days before the appointment they offered. His rude staffer said he doesnt get on the phone. I would never recommend this doctor.
