I had blinds installed at my home, two years ago. Upon signing contract, we were told that there was a 5 year guarantee. I am giving them two stars, as installation process was quick and easy, and everything looked great at the end of it, we spent about $ 2k, if I recall correctly, and was satisfied with the work. Fastwordard to today, I called b. c one of my blinds broke, and I was told that a repair man would call me to schedule appt. I recived a call about an hour later, which is pretty awesome. The gentelman asked me what type of blinds I had(told him horizontals), and he asked about the color, well… its a wood color but I dont know the specifics, so I asked him to call his office ands get all the specifics, so that he would be prepared. He said yes, but that there would be a cost of $ 35 to take the blind and fix it, i said«no, we are under warrantee», he said«ok». He then tells me he is coming between 6 – 7, shows up at 7:30 becuase he got lost, no worries, I was at home anyway. But then, at the end, he tells me «there is a $ 25 charge for rep

Went to Myriams to compare prices on wood floors and window blinds. I was greeted by a staff member who was so sweet and helpful. They took their time to explain the different products they had and were so patient with me. Their prices and workmanship is top notch!
