Natural Chicken Grill

The new management has made some bad changes. The portions are so small now. They even cut back on the sauce in the little plastic container. NO ONE can enjoy their meal with such a small amount of sauce. It’s very bad and will not be eating there again. We were loyal customers before.

Gross. The end.

I have been visiting this location for a year now and loved it. Today the owner was in the store ringing up patrons. Incredibly rude. And terrible customer service. I would rather give my business to a nearby restaurant. The employees here were always good to me but the owner needs to respect his customers more.

Wow one word, horrible. It was my first time ordering from these people. After a good hour trying to call them to order food no one answered. Since it was only a 5 minute drive from my house I decided to drive out there. I thought the reason of not answering their phone would be there really busy since it was the weekend, but when I got there to my surprise it was EMPTY. We weren’t greeted in a nice friendly manner like other restaurants usually do. The employee who was working there had a really strong accent and can’t speak English well (guess he is some where from the Middle East) we he had a really hard time getting our order. The food was COLD and soggy. No quality at all. This was the first and last time I visited this restaurant. Never again.

I don’t know what happened here. New owner, possibly? The portions got smaller and they are charging extra for things you got complimentary before. (2 curries is now an extra charge for a large chop.) They have been super stingy with the curry as it is. The container isn’t even filled up to the top. All the employees are new and aren’t as friendly. It’s sad to see a place that was so yummy with nice friendly employees go down the drain with new management.

It’s a great quick healthy bite after the gym. Super filling for what I think, a great price! There was a point where I went to chicken grill once a week and the owners knew me, making them super friendly but I’ve noticed to non regular customers they tend to be standoffish. My favorite dish is their «south of the boarder» with the white sauce and their hot sauce (which is amazing)!

Terrible food, the place being dirty with the tables being sticky and not to mention overpriced,
If you wanna waste your money go head and go to this place, otherwise if you don’t wanna waste your money please stay out of this place.

This place is great! This place is kinda my «old reliable» if I’m in the area and dont feel like making food at home i always stop by this place and they always come thru in the clutch lol. I get the natural chop which is just chicken and rice and get the yellow sauce which is a curry sauce i believe, and i get the brownies when they have them available. The customer service is great here, out of all the times I’ve been here i cant remember a time I left unsatisfied, id definitely recommend this place if your in the area.

I looooove this place. Its located right in front of FIU, and in the same plaza as the Youfit gym. I would come here regularly, because I was always in this area.
I would always get the special chop, which includes rice, chicken, lettuce and tomato. The chicken is always super tasty. They have other healthy options like salads and wraps. They have flour, wheat, and spinach tortillas. It’s always great to have options. The service is also good. They are always happy to serve their customers.
A plus is that if your an FIU student, you get 10% off your order.

This place is dirty, has poor service, and a shortage of chicken — go figure! There are four employees in the front and no customers until I arrived, and the place is very poorly kept. This management is not the original and it shows in all aspects. Disappointing to say the least.

I don’t know if I came on an off night again, but the quality of the food here is very poor. The chicken is fatty, chewy and cold. The salad wilted and dirty, and the guacamole liquid and not fresh. I hardly touched my food when I got home. The curry sauce is the only saving grace. Very bad. Won’t come here again.

Terrible it’s like an over price pollo tropical with stale rice. Not going back, will not return. Expensive pricey food ok at best nothing special. It’s lucky it’s by FIU

Worst service ever. When you add extra meat on your south border You have to have extra chicken so is a scam and they don’t tell you about it and their employees are mean

Best chop I’ve ever had, by a large margin. Nothin like rice, creamy curry, and perfectly spiced chicken. The chicken is always plump and moist, never dried out.
I want to meet these chickens and find out what makes them so good. I live in NY. What I wouldn’t give for a natural chop at Chicken Grill…

I tried this location a couple of times and the food is just okay. The quality the food is okay. The price is reasonable but I could go to Burger King and get better food. The location is convenient since its across the street from FIU.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and the mango lassi is delicious. Food comes quickly and the curry mustard makes everything 10x better. Definitely give this a try!

This place is amazing! I’ve been a regular here for a few years now. I can say I’ve probably tried almost on the menu here. Other than clothe convenient location for me– across FIU, near the hospital I work at and then it’s on your way towards the turnpike. I can easily stop here to grab something to go or even get it delivered at work. Plus, plus situation.
Their cheese burger, gyro chop and philly steak sandwich are my favs!

It’s a damn shame.
About 10 years ago, I knew one of the original owners of the franchise. He was a great guy and super nice. He was very obsessed with quality, and always went out of his way to talk to guests and offer samples of new menu items.
Unfortunately, he left and the place went downhill. This place is so close to my home, but I never go because the food is terrible. The mustard curry sauce is watery, and the chicken is stringy.
I drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the «original» franchise because it is that much better.

This place is definitely comparable to or better than chicken kitchen. The food is fairly priced for good sized portions. Definitely a quick easy alternative to fast food. The small sized portion is very filling. They also offer a few Indian menu items like biryani, which is pretty good for fast food! However, sometimes you have to call and order ahead of time because it’s not always ready. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. Lastly, all the food is Halal, which is a difficult find in Miami!

You add the friendly service of the managers staff as well as the best chicken chopper in the business who always greets you with a smile and you have one of the best deals in town! I’ve had other versions of this restaurant and while they are good, I would go out of my way to make it to this location.
