My experience at this place was also horrible. I went in there and asked if she accepts credit cards and she immediately became irate. I am not sure if it were the language barrier but these ladies have no clue about American customer service.

Based on the above review my wife and I decided to give this place a shot. We travel frequently and with each new place we always try to find a place where we can get a couples massage. New Oriental Spa was our biggest disappointment! We should have known we were going into a somewhat shady place as it was in an upstairs office complex that looked like an apartment. When we walked in it was really dark, the waiting room had one chair in it and it was about 5′ x 10′ … no one came to greet us for about 3 mins… when she came out she couldn’t speak more than 10 words of English so it was extremely hard to communicate. We had the massages done in the couples room which was nice, however my massage was basically a one shoulder rub massage… absolutely horrible! My wife had a little more luck, she was actually able to fall asleep. At the end of the massage, you can choose to have a table shower(it is free with the massage) so we did. Never having a table shower before, we didn’t know exactly what to expect. Mine was ok, my wife on the other hand felt incredibly uncomfortable during hers. The therapist didn’t miss a single place on her body. Even tho it was a female therapist, she didn’t have to touch my wife between her legs on the backside as she gave the table shower. My wife was disgusted to say the least… while I was waiting for my wife to be done, I waited back in the small waiting room… there was guy after guy who kept coming in… I think more than massages take place here… and btw, as we left, my therapist followed us out to the car in hopes of getting a tip… this place sucks and I wouldn’t go there unless you were looking for extra’s…

A day before Valentine’s Day, my husband and I were both up very early(the night before, we laid together on the bed and fell asleep around 9 p.m.). After a breakfast at Denny’s, we picked up a News Times(I used to pick it up a lot back in the days I was in Downtown Miami/Coconut Grove) on the corner. Then, at the back we saw an ad special for two, called the Ying Yang Harmonizing Massage. We both decided to go for that massage package and we made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. When we arrived at the location, it looked like a complex with apartments, but instead they were all businesses with their signs outside. We took the stairs to the 2nd floor and saw a door with glass the reddish light through it. Once we went in, we saw a desk on the right, with the same information on boards as we found in the ad, which was good. We still went with the choice and didn’t change our minds. There was a couple of ladies greeting us and turned out to be our masseuses. Starting from the sides of my back to the neck, mine knew what she was doing. When she moved one muscle, the other muscle at the top(that she didn’t touch) was moving as well. I also liked the fact that she didn’t ignore me if she went too rough on me. The rest of the session went by smoothly. My masseuse was very amiable and gentle through all this. Then, there was a shower room also with a table to lay on. The massage continued there as well. I would recommend bringing some flip flops just in case. At the end, we met with a lady named Mercy who greeted us. I don’t recall herself saying she was the owner or manager. We both felt released. My back never hurt after that.
