This place is definitely a cover up for something. Garlic rolls are decent, service was horrible but funny

Holy crap this was horrible! Folks dont waste your time! 1 hour 10 minutes to deliver COLD pizza, they are only 10 blocks to my house. It gets worse, tip + deliver requires to factor in nearly $ 8 more… just a heads up. The taste of the pizza… SUCKS! My goodness!

I was staying at the Four Seasons in downtown Miami when I placed an order for a large pizza(for 35 bucks no less — total rip off!). Anyway, the delivery guy coudln’t speak a word of English, and after 2 hours and multiple phone calls from strangers on the street who this guy was approaching(and they were calling me), he finally arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the Four Seasons sent up an escort up to my suite who spoke Spanish with the guy and I told him I was NOT paying for this pizza since it was 2 hours and cold. I tried calling the«parlor» but they would not answer the phone. Do NOT order from this place! Take it from a New Yorker — this is third world service.

You are NOT the«Best of New York». Your pizzas are NOT«a Masterpiece». You do NOT serve«The Best Gourmet Pizza». You DO, however, SUCK. I was staying at a hotel in Downtown Miami where almost every place closes at 6PM. I don’t want to taxi to the closest open restaurant, so I ordered a pizza from here on a suggestion by the hotel front desk since this place was open 24⁄7 and delivered. I get a guy on the phone who is extremely difficult to understand taking my order and he’s impatient and rude. I order their medium cheese pizza with 2 items – mushroom and peppers($ 17.95) and a bottled water($ 4). So the bill should have been no more than $ 24 including tax. NO, it came out to $ 30 bucks! Some how we got charged an extra $ 6! And for what? A wait time of 35 minutes for COLDDISGUSTING pizza? I mean the cheese looked like the cheese you see on day-old pizza. Actually, it tasted like day-old pizza too. And there were hardly any toppings, which by the way didn’t seem«100% fresh» as claimed. I only reluctantly paid for it and ate it because I was hungry and it cost me $ 35 bucks(after tipping the delivery guy) in total. LAME.
