Ok where do I begin… one star because I cannot give a zero. There were three employees that give zero crap about customer service. Worse customer service ever. The lines were long and the manager never even attempted to assist perhaps that is why her employees don’t care for the customers. Seriously 15 minutes for two damn bagels and we had to ask for them. Move people, we are paying customers that expect good service and good food. Now, for the unsanitary conditions. The cashier handled money and food at the same time with no gloves. He never washed his hands. Nasty. We went at 9:00 a.m. and the floors and tables were dirty. The Food: The bagels were hard and not fresh bagels. I paid $ 1.25 for a cheese bagel and $ 1.59 for small amount of cream cheese. How does that make sense. The food is microwaved, SERIOUSLY. Definitely not off the grill. Really??? And the call themselves«fresh». To the owner(s) and manger(s): Hey start giving a crap about your employees. I bet in return they will treat your customers better. I would NEVER ever ever return to this place. Is near my house and though I would give it a chance. What a big mistake. For bagels, stick to Einsteins Bagels or Panera Bread. This place is horrible. Service even worse.

If you’re looking for a quick healthy stop, this is the perfect place! So many vegan and gluten free options which for some reason now a days is hard to come by. Staff is helpful with suggestions! Would recommend hale to the kale salad with shrimp or the lemon quinoa with chicken or shrimp.

I really like this place. Scrolling trying to find a place that has good vegan options for my husband, this spot came up. I loved it. I had the salmon BLT and my husband had the black bean burger. Which he really enjoyed. I absolutely loved my salmon BLT and I am looking forward to returning to try other things on the menu. The décor was sports oriented since its owned by a former football player. Not crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon. We bought some baked goods and they too worth another trip!

I’ve been going here since it opened years ago and have watched it slowly go down hill. The quality and cleanliness is lacking. Today I got Johnnys House salad. The chicken was good. But the lettuce is very very old. A lot of white stalk pieces. A lot of transparent lettuce. Disappointing. This isn’t a cheap salad so why the yucky lettuce? I hope they can clean up the act at offerdahls.

Love this place. Have not tried their breakfast or dinner, but am a regular for lunch when i am in the area. Good variety of healthy salads, entrees, sandwiches and burgers. Really enjoy the lemon quinoa and Pacific rim salmon entrees. Very eclectic menu to suit many palettes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A good stop if you want to skip the fast food and need a quick bite without adding to the waist line. Tasty and healthy, what more can you ask for?

This place is somewhat similar to Panera in terms of the mostly lunch and breakfast menu. However they also have some healthy options that are hard to find elsewhere; such as a kale salad with quinoa and chickpeas plus the option of tofu as a topping for an additional fee. In addition, this location offers the option to serve the tofu cold, steamed, or grilled, which is very rare indeed.

This place is great for a fast casual, healthy meal. It’s good for the family or I your just by yourself and you don’t want fast food.

I eat here frequently. The food is not a luxury but it’s healthy sounding and looking. I order the Lemon Quinoa quite often. I’d offer a five star rating if there was a nutrition facts page. Visit if you’re interested in quick, apparently healthy food that tastes good.

Love this place for a quick casual weekend breakfast. I just wish they kept more croissants in stock!

I stumbled on this place when I was wandering around downtown Miami and when I saw two uniformed police eating there, I figured it had to be at least passable. It was better than that – first off let me say the best pumpernickel (if that’s what they were) rolls I have EVER had and I would love to be able to have them shipped;they had no more bagels(closing time) so just offered me the rolls with my salad and they were exceptional! The salad, which I ordered as a «thai, with chicken was good enough, fresh and well priced. I would go back in a second to try the other items and to have some more of those rolls. Yum. The staff IS friendly and’every positive thing Unilocalers has said rings true for me too! There is nothing that is not excellent.

Fresh, fast and friendly place to grab some lunch. Always have had the salads but the rest of the menu looks appealing. Hail kale salad is a winner as well as the spinach one. My favorite is the quinoa greens salad it’s light and tasty. Hubby always opts to have the soups. His favorite is roasted pepper. Owned by an former Miami Dolphin.

I absolutely love this place. I always order the Johnny’s House Salad with grilled shrimp. Only thing I’m not too fond of is that sometimes they heat things up in a microwave but no biggie I’m still a fan.

OMG! I finally found a place near me that is as quick as a fast food joint(if not busy) but HEALTHY! I tried the lemon chick quinoa thing and it was amaaaazing! Wow. I would almost compare it to chicken chop-chop(only much better) but with quinoa in lieu of rice and yummy veggies on top! Honestly, it’s my new fav place! This item(and a bunch more) is not on the Unilocal menu — there’s a ton of stuff not listed. Pass by and keep a menu! Lots if salads too. They even deliver(if not peak hours)!! The breakfasts are pretty darn good too. You can mix up whatever dish and add quinoa to anything that has carbs or whatever. Prices very fair too! I’m throwing away Chinese menu from my stack of nearby«delivery» places for good! Let’s face it… Not very low fat/carb in those places and pizza gets old…
Everything we have consumed so far has been really good. The menu is diverse dr ginger Thai entrees to curry chicken and spicy shrimp. They also have grainy foods just as muffins and bread and great breakfast items to pick from. Wish there were more of these. Their French vanilla coffee leaves Starbucks in the dust!

Offerdahl’s! Former football player makes good — this time with sandwich. The establishment could be compared to Panera’s, in that it features sandwiches, coffee, pastries, soups, and salads — but it has that Miami Dolphins local flavor, and they attempt to appeal to a more upscale gourmet palatte. All of their components are definitely fresh, and they do not start preparing a meal until you order it. This sometimes means that if you arrive with a large group or during the lunch hour that you may end up waiting a bit, but for flavor alone it is worth it. I think the best value on the menu is to try their«half and half» option. You get half a sandwich, bowl of soup, or salad. You can try mixing and matching flavors, and their soups really are pretty amazing. Their tomato-basil and red pepper with gouda are particularly noteworthy.

This place reminds you of a Panera Bread with the look of the place and the menu. Specializing in Bagels and Coffee in the morning with Sandwiches, Salads and Soups for lunch/dinner. I had the turkey club which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t anything to write home about. The place was kinda dirty and it was a bit awkward as I was the only one there. Overall, if you are looking for something quick, its ok but nothing special. If anything, I would say go here for breakfast rather than lunch.

I came here for lunch on a Wednesday with 4 others. The place was busy but not packed. Once you arrive and decide what you’d like, you step up the counter, place your order, pay for your stuff, grab a beverage and a table while you wait for your food to be prepared. On the day we came here, I had the grilled chicken sandwich(grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese, mixed greens, tomatoes and honey mustard on a French baguette). The sandwich was very tasty, all the ingredients were fresh. The sandwich and a coke ran about $ 10.
