I have to agree with the previous poster. I dropped off laundry for their wash and fold service on Saturday morning. The lady at the front didnt know how to process it correctly but gave me a receipt and told me to call back the next day. My claim tag said it would be ready on Wednesday by 5. I got there Wednesday at 3 and it was still being washed… I realize I was a little early but it wouldn’t have been dry by 5 anyways and they had 5 days to do it. So I came back the next day and picked it up. My clothes were all still damp and musty smelling.,. I paid to have them DRIED too. Never coming back!

You’ve got to be kidding me. Can this outfit do anything right? 1) No hours on website — hello? Would seem to be an important detail for a dry cleaner? 2) First and only time I’ve used them — 3 shirts, light starch — weren’t ready on time, was told to come back the following day without any apology whatsoever. 3) Shirts actually came back with heavy starch, wrinkles, greasy fingerprints, other dark spots — poor job all the way around 4) Called to talk with Daniel, the owner, to have these issues resolved. Daniel is apparently on vacation for a month. When will he be back? «I don’t know» Can I speak to someone who knows when he’ll be back? «Who are you?» My clothes didn’t come out right — I need to speak to whoever’s in charge. «Oh. Here’s Derrick» *Derrick* doesn’t even know when Daniel will be back. This conversation occurred in both English and Spanish. WTF??? No accountability, no professionalism, unbelievable sloppiness in customer interactions, zero attention to detail, no pride in workmanship… USERBEWARE, even if the shirts were done for free it wouldn’t be worth my time to deal with these clowns.
