I usually enjoy the food here. However, I went tonight and was extremely dissatisfied with the food. I bought beef and broccoli along green bean chicken. Both weren’t that great. The green bean chicken sauce was chunky and I couldn’t muster taking more than the first bite. The beef and broccoli was slightly better but not much. I would appreciate more consistency in good quality. Sincerely a dissatisfied customer.

I love Chinese food, so why not stop and pick some up with my husband when we don’t want to cook, right? Well wrong. We got there around 8 o’clock(closing time was 10) and they had no food ready, nor were they going to make any. Whatever. So we just went with the left overs they had. So through the drive thru the lady told us what we had left to choose from and it was rice, chow mein, 1 chicken egg roll, orange chicken, Beijing beef, teriyaki chicken, and 2 more things that we couldn’t understand at all. I went with the Beijing beef and orange chicken with chow mein and my husband went for Beijing beef and chicken teriyaki with chow mein. When we got the food and put it in the car I was so excited! It felt heavy(lots of food) and smelt great!!! We live literally 3 minutes away from panda and when we got home the food was super cold and the chow mein was extremely dry and over populated with celery and onions. The ratio was maybe ¾ vegetables and ¼ pasta.(And that’s me being nice about it). The chicken was chewy and extremely spicy for my taste. It wasn’t enjoyable. I didn’t finish my plate and I’m one to always finish my plate. My husband ate his«only because I paid for it, I don’t want it to go to waste.» Unfortunately this dinner night out wasn’t a good experience and makes me question ever coming back/:

They shorted me on my teriyaki chicken. They tried saying it was the right proportion. But they cut up 3 chicken breast gave the guy right of me 2 of them and I got one. This is ridiculous. I was 3 seconds from walking out and going to another panda up the street.

Came here to get a bowl of white rice and orange chicken. The server put way too much rice and very little orange chicken. As soon as I asked to put a bit more she said it would be an extra $ 1.25 which is ridiculous of the very little chicken she put before. After I went to the register, the server then said in a rude attitude«you should get the plate next time.» After that I went on eating and noticed that their rice was undercooked and their chicken had a lot of breading and not enough meat. I know I won’t be coming here again. Save your money and go to a better Chinese food joint or fast food place.

If you know Panda Express, then you know that this is a healthier, more upscale experience in comparison to other fast food experiences like Burger King. Panda Express has over 1,500 restaurants, located in 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico, Korea, and the United Arab Emirates. It is a family-owned business and they never use MSG in their meals. Veggies, shrimp, fish, and angus steak are some of the dining options. It is similar to those Chinese restaurants you may find at a mall’s food court, if you want to sum up the dining experience. In fact, they started out at malls, and have now expanded to include stand-alone restaurants in strip malls, universities, airports, and more. With approximately 1,700+ locations, it is the largest Chinese fast food restaurant chain in the United States. The food is in silver chafing dish trays ready to be served(unless they ran out of that particular entrée choice, in which case you will have to wait until they finish cooking whatever they ran out of, which takes about 10 minutes) and you can either choose two entrees and a side, or three entrees and a side, from the many options. Sides include chow mein, steamed vegetables, steamed rice, or fried rice. The entrees are all wok-fried and can contain spicy sauces, sweet sauces, or brown sauces, similar to oyster sauce. I enjoy hot foods, so I usually choose the Firecracker Chicken or Kung Pao Chicken. Since I also enjoy broccoli, I also will usually get beef broccoli, and I really like their Black Pepper Chicken too, which comes with celery. The customer service here was great. Not only was I greeted, but I was asked if I wanted to try any of their entrees. They grab a toothpick, and provide you with a piece of steak, chicken, shrimp, or whatever item you want to try — but not all locations will offer to do this for you, sometimes, you have to ask. Still, it’s nice to be asked, which is what happened here. I was curious to try their Shanghai Angus Steak, so I did, but found it too tough for my liking, so I stuck to my usual choices. I thought Angus would be more tender, since it’s a better cut of meat than regular steak, but their regular steak was a lot more tender. You can also choose their cream cheese rangoons or egg rolls, and when you check out, they give you a fortune cookie. Check your receipt as sometimes, it contains a survey link where you get a free entrée upon completion of their survey. Best of all, there was no line and the tables were clean! If you’re getting a drink, I recommend you try their Panda Passion tea(also known as China Mist Passion Fruit Iced Tea) from the self-serve tea stations, it’s delicious, and I always end up getting about 2 or 3 refills(plus one for the road) with my meal. I usually mix it with a small amount of their sweet tea, to give it some sweetness.

Worst service! Yesnia is a terrible manager. This location never has food ready. You always end up waiting 20 min for fast food, unless you choose there stale orange chicken. never going back

I was craving some good old orange chicken and decided to finally stop by Panda Express«the Chinese franchise». First service was overall great a nice lady greeted me, helped me, and took the time to answer my questions. I got the noodles with orange chicken and honey sesame chicken, it was abundant. The noodles were good and the orange chicken was a little hard but edible. The honey sesame chicken was pretty bad it was very soft(not cooked throughly) and bland. The price was a little expensive. I would rather head down to a local Chinese restaurant and have a dinner special.

We recently visited this location and we were disappointed by the bad service we received by the server Giovanni. We always order two of the triple entrees with sides. He was very skimpy with our servings. He also had a bad attitude and no customer service skills. The best day to visit this location is on Sunday. The servers are very friendly and professional when we have gone on Sunday. Not so much during the week. :-\

DONOTEATHERE! Just got an orange chicken panda bowl and my first few bites were delicious until I bit down on something hard. I took it out of my mouth and I don’t know what it was but it was disgusting. I spit out my food only to find a short blonde hair in it as well(my hair is black so there’s no way it was mine). I am NEVER going back, scarred for life!!!

For a quick Chinese meal, this place hits the spot for me. I order Orange Chicken(a MUST), a side of Mandarin Chicken, and sometimes Broccoli Beef. They are all good. My boyfriend never, ever fails to get his usual 3-entrée plate of white rice, Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef with a side order of Cream Cheese Wontons. The Beijing beef is only good when it’s crispy and fresh, once it sits out for a little while it gets soggy. Service is good, can sometimes mix up the orders, but not often. Drive-thru can be somewhat of a wait. I’m NOT a fan of their Lo-Mein noodles or their Fried Rice, both are bland. Honey Walnut Shrimp is not recommended either. For two people to eat, we spend $ 15-$ 20.

Thanks to some horror stories I heard from friends who had tried this place just after it opened and gotten terribly sick, I was scared to try it out for myself. Recently, however, I needed to grab a quick bite later than usual during the week and was not in the mood for typical fast food fare so I decided to take a chance and finally give Panda Express a try. I got there just after 9 pm and despite being the last lobby customers for the night, the staff was super friendly and did not give the slightest hint that they were annoyed by my last minute, dine-in interruption to their clean up routine. Since it was my first time there, I was undecided and the girl behind the counter was very patient with me and did not rush me at all as I sampled several of their offerings before making a decision. I ended up getting the fried rice with a mix of the Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken. The Mandarin Chicken was really good too but they didn’t have enough left for a full serving and I wasn’t about to ask them to cook up some more so I plan on choosing that next time I go. I also got a side of the cream cheese rangoons, which were dangerously delicious. I was very satisfied with my first experience at Panda Express and will undoubtedly be back for more soon. The food tasted very good and was filling but not in the yucky«why did I eat that?» kind of way that I often feel when eating fast food. I ate until full and saved the remainder for lunch the next day, which I was surprised to find even tastier than the night before(leaving it overnight gave the spices in the Beijing beef time to strengthen their kick and tantalize my taste buds even further). In the end, my fears about getting sick from eating at Panda Express were unfounded and instead, I discovered a new favorite for times that call for fast food!

Good for what it’s worth. Fast, clean and leaves you full. Really 3 stars but friendliness made it 4.

Barely made it to dine in. Arrived at 915 snd the lobby closes at 930. Left by 935. Super nice ladies attended us. Weren’t visibly upset at us late comers. Food was actually really good. It’s fast food but it’s definitely a BIG step above crap like McDonald’s, Burger King etc. And it’s decently priced. Try the Shrimp with walnuts… pretty damn good. They’d get 5 stars if they used eco-friendly packaging. There is no excuse for companies of this size not to opt for something eco-friendly.

Don’t be fooled by looking at this Panda Express on Unilocal. It’s actually not in a strip mall and is a REAL full sized Panda Express, a new concept for Miami after being so used to the tiny one in Dadeland Mall. But anyways, once this one opened a year ago or so, I was so eager to come here. But somehow, the food tastes the same as the mall. Greasy, fast food Chinese– not something I’d recommend to anyone often but definitely worth fulfilling cravings when the mood strikes. If you’ve never been to Panda Express, you’re in for a treat with their huge affordable portions of lo mein, fried rice, orange chicken, beef and broccoli etc. I am so glad they added to their menu the Honey Walnut Shrimp, my new favorite that I am going to try and make at home soon. I also like the Rangoons, no crab in these, just deep fried cream cheese pockets, but like I said, when looking for fast-food Chinese with a drive-thru, you can’t beat coming here.
