Ok so we walked in at 8:30pm and they had already closed the kitchen! Really and you close at 10pm? They had absolutely no food on the line… needless to say my family and I walked out! I never write a negative review unless the company deserves it… in this case they did! Management/Corporate needs to adjust the website info if they no longer stay open until 10pm or keep enough staff on to man the kitchen until the last customer walks through that door! I would have fired all my employees if they pulled this! Oh yea I’VE been in restaurant and hospitality management for over 15years… I won’t be going back to this location again!

This isn’t gourmet food — it’s fast food Americanized Chinese food so my stars reflect that(so this is measured against other fast food/fast casual places). I’ve found this location, which is VERY close to my house, to be consistently better than the few other locations I’ve been to. If you ask for something to be made fresh, like if there’s just a bit of something left and it’s clearly old, they’ll always make more of it for you, you just have to wait a few minutes for it(never longer than 10). Chow Mein, Brown Steamed and Fried Rice are all usually fresh along with Orange Chicken. Particularly, I really really enjoy their Chow Mein and their Brown Fried Rice. Other entrees that are good here are the Shanghai Angus Steak, Teriyaki Chicken(with the sauce on the side — it’s way too sweet and too much — a tiny bit is fine if you need it but a bit of soy sauce is even better), and the Sweet Fire Chicken(very much like the Orange Chicken but a bit lighter tasting). Stay away from the Broccoli Beef & String Bean Chicken — I wish they were edible because they’re some of the healthier menu items but the veggies taste absolutely terrible, I can’t even describe the taste — it’s just BAD. All of their fried appetizer-type items are good — the Chicken Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, and Crab Rangoon(dip these all into their plum sauce — it’s much better than any of their other sauces). I’ve read complaints in other reviews about the portions being small and I have to say that I think that these people must be insane. I always get the 2 entrée meals for take out, usually with half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice and I’m given an insanely huge portion of both of those and very healthy portions of the 2 entrees that I choose. It’s so much food that I can never finish it in one sitting and if their one entrée bowl wasn’t just $ 1 less I would order that instead. I think you get a TON of food for the amount of money you spend and it seems a lot less greasy than most other take-out Chinese and with the ability to choose smaller amounts of a few different things, it’s more economical as well. Again, of course, this isn’t going to be the best meal you’ve had in your life but it’s solid take-out Chinese-American food for a good price. Also, I’ve found the people working here to be incredibly friendly and even downright lovely, a few of them have been so nice that after a rough day at work they’ve actually made my day a bit better — they are almost always very apologetic if I have to wait longer than a couple of minutes for something to be cooked(which I really don’t mind at all) and often will offer me a small drink to have while I’m waiting. One can’t expect somebody to be nice to them when they are being treated terribly. Furthermore, complaining about things which employees have no control over(like whether things are in stock or corporate policy) is futile and just makes everyone frustrated … I see it all of the time in this town, a customer is VERYVERY rude and then gets mad when the retail employees don’t bend over backwards for them.

Poor service, ran out of food between 12:00 p. m and 02:00 p. m; customers waited 20 minutes for them to restock and were given wrong order. Never ever again.

It’s hard to find a Panda Express outside of a food court. My husband loves Panda, so we’ve been wanting to go, but every time we’re in the area it’s to go to the Costco next door, and then we fill up on free samples. But we finally made it… twice in 6 days. The inside is very clean, especially considering the high turnover in a fast food restaurant. Employees were a regular amount of friendly. Food is good. It’s a lot less greasy than typical American Chinese food. We’ve had the fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, and sweetfire chicken from this location. All were good, but the sweetfire chicken was a standout for me. If you’re usually into the orange chicken, I’d recommend sampling the sweetfire chicken to see if you like it. I sampled it and it was good enough for me to make it my order. One fault of this location is that they don’t yet have one of the tea bars(with bubble tea!) that is advertised on Panda’s website. Time to get up to speed! Also, one of the times we went in, I think they had just cleaned and it smelled very strongly of whatever the cleaner was, which I believe was vinegar. Wiping down with water a little better after cleaning would be ideal.

I was hungry and confused lolol!!! My sister invited me to have lunch with her at Panda Express and most likely that will be my last. When I entered it was very clean and there was plenty of setting and the staff was friendly but the food yikessss! Let’s just say if that was chicken they were serving it tasted like a piece of rubber that was breaded and then spread an excessive amount of sauce I guess to hide what that was… I probably ate a quarter of my food and then gave it to someone not to mention the amount of calories that food had it just wasn’t worth the extra fat lol. I had the chow mein with some chicken that I named on my picture but forgot the name as I’m typing cause it was a thought that I hope I soon forget. Your best bet is that you save your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve been to this location a couple times before either because I am starving and didn’t have the energy to go elsewhere, or I am craving the string bean with chicken. Of all the times I’ve been there, the services were not the best. The food were okay. One time my friend ordered the walnut shrimp, it was soggy and gross. What a waste of money. Another time I ordered the chicken with string beans, I was barely given any chicken. Whatever, I didn’t want to argue or have my food spit in, so I paid for my food and left. Today I came in around 9:30pm, there was barely any entrees and sides available. When I asked if one of the dishes would be available again, the employee told me in a rude manner, said what I see is what they have but that they will have more of two of the dishes cooked ready in a few minutes. So then why couldn’t they cook the other dish too??? Then I proceeded on asking if I can try one of the few sides available, and decided to just go with that. I ordered a bowl to go with fried rice and the chicken, mushroom, with zucchini(or cucumber?), the employee barely put anything in the bowl. I understand that they have portion control but holy crap, there were barely any rice and side. Maybe they were trying to conserve every last bit of rice so that they won’t have to cook anymore? The same employee was being sooooo stingy with the previous customer too and gave him some attitudes. Poor guy. He was like practically backed into the corner with very few options. It is what it is. I paid for my food and left. The other employee who rung me up looked miserable as well. Alright I get it, it’s the end of the night, you are tired, you want to go home, but try to be friendly. Smile? Then maybe more people would tip you guys. Just save your money and spend it at another location or elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I come here often. The food is very good and the atmosphere is welcoming. I like how they play Chinese music, it adds to the style of the restaurant.

Don’t understand why the bad reviews. I go at night for dinner and every time I go the food is delicious. Great portions and great food.

I go there often as it is right by my job. I have always enjoyed the food but as someone mentioned before, sometimes the trash can gets full and it looks pretty bad. Other than that I like it.

The food if you got lucky and get it fresh, is not bad. However, must of the time it stays in the steam for hours and it gets dry. After 8:30 pm you will have to eat what is left over cz they will not cook anything new. Supposedly the kitchen close even does they will be open for another hour. And even though the food will be dry and old they will charge you as if it were fresh maid. Fair right? A good place you dont rate it just for the food when is fresh maid, Is also for the service and the quality of the food during the entire day. But good luck maybe you will make it before 8pm and you dont get to eat what is left over.

I honestly do not know why this place has so many bad reviews. I came in and had the brown fried rice with orange chicken and cream cheese Rangoon. Everything was delicious and fresh. Really tasty! I also tried the fire cracker chicken and it was quite spicy. But also very tasty. The portions were huge and for the price, you cant beat it.

I order from here quite a bit since it’s so convenient and close to work. I always order online and have only had to wait for my food once and the wait wasn’t that long either. The food is good for what it is… I do prefer the options at Pei Wei, but sometimes it’s just easier to go here. I usually only order the String Bean chicken and the sesame chicken breast… since I prefer white meat. The string bean chicken can sometimes be a little bland but for the most part it’s usually good. Not sure why there aren’t better reviews for this place… The girls at the counter are always very nice and eager to serve you.

I had a coworker grab me lunch — I asked for honey walnut shrimp, sesame chicken breast, and fried rice. The rice was oily and hard, the shrimp was soggy and had no taste, and the sesame chicken ‘breast’ tasted like it came out of a can and was flavorless. Pay $ 1.50 more and go to Pei Wei. This place is a disappointment.

If i could give this no stars i would !!! Passing by Panda Express and saw this !!! Wtf THAT’S DISGUSTING !! Especially display right by the main entrance as a costumer walks in. I would not come inside. Lazy ass employees need to take care of this place. It probably has the whole restaurant smelling like garbage.

Two stars and that’s being generous. This place is a «Chinese» fast food restaurant. The food is mostly ok, except for the white rice which is pretty bad. It’s a step up from a McDonald’s or BK, but not by much. If you want Chinese food, go to a real Chinese restaurant. If you want fast food that’s not your typical burger and fries, this place will do if you are hungry and can’t wait.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food then this is not the place you’d like to come and dine. But if you’re willing to eat Chinese(Americanized) food then sure come here and eat. I haven’t eaten panda express in awhile so my first experience(again) wasn’t bad. First the inside and outside of the restaurant was well maintained, the lady that took care of me was pretty pleasant. I like the fact that she offered that I take a sample of meat/chicken that I had questions about or was thinking about getting which ISGOOD because you don’t want to buy something that tastes like crap. The pricing of the food was reasonable, though I’d wish they didn’t put A LOT of rice it was decent. Over all the food, the restaurant, staff and price was good. I’m giving it 3 stars because like I said it the food wasn’t out of this world it was just like regular.

Panda Express is the McDonalds of Chinese food. This location opened up in October, so it still looks clean and new… and like it belongs in a food court. The food kind of tastes that way, too. It wasn’t the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, but I’ve definitely had better.
