Good service in person & phone, decent fast food, reason for the 2 star review is due to the fact that you guys keep missing items on take out orders or completely give my family & I different items from what i specified. Please double check the items before giving them out!!! Any Special instructions on food i usually repeat it more than twice so there’s no confusion & there’s still mistakes. Its soooo annoying & happens too often, please have someone triple check orders if you have to.

Service was overall good. Person who attended us at the register was polite enough. I picked a booth, it was dirty, but by the time I came back to clean it, it had already been cleaned by the staff, the Coke machine was out of a bunch of drinks, good thing was quality control, gave me a honey chicken with way too much sauce, they brought a new one out without me having to ask, they recognized the mistake and corrected it. Overall good for the price you are paying

Never had a bad experience at Pei Wei til today. Wanted to pick up some food for me and my mom… she’s normally picky but Pei Wei never disappoints right? I arrived and ordered two Thai Dynamite plates, one chicken, one beef. I ALWAYS get this here and never order anything else. Food usually takes a bit but that’s expected… not today. The food was rushed out to me less than 10 minutes after I ordered… weird…OK Drove home and opened it up and the Brown rice was dry and stale. So bland. There was a tremendous lack of veggies and sauce. My chicken was okay but my mom’s beef looked gross and had one particularly funky looking piece in there. So disappointed. Also, the girl who works the take out area is really loud so you feel like she’s shouting at you. Also I felt rushed to get of there. Not good customer service

Pie Weis chain is known for good cheap Chinese food with standards you know and trust. This particular one had something special and that was its service. It was quick efficient and above all pleasant. Aileen(she helped with the spelling) was funny and bubbly and hurried me when I spaced out while ordering(which I appreciate as I’m too difficult when ordering. She asked that I return as I left with a huge smile. Will order out next time as Aileen suggested as I ordered there and waited for take out

Ehh. I liked the food but didn’t love it. It was also very expensive for what it is. I would recommend it if your just grabbing a quick bite to eat.

So cold it’s not even funny. And I’m not a cold person, they do this not just at the location but at Miami lakes one to. Way to cold to eat

Pei Wei falls in between PF changs and Panda Express. Huge corporate asian fusion chain? Everytime I come here I leave unsatisfied, it’s always a huge plate of rice, small amount of protein, and Everytime taste soo… «Previously frozen». I usually just take my sanitary chances and just get Chinese take out instead.

As fast food goes this place is great! It’s a small version of P.F. Changs and they have all the classic flavors and most popular meal options. You can choose from small or regular size orders and they even have sushi available. I love the fast service and great taste of the food and it’s nice to have a little nicer quality Chinese food. Service is great you really only deal with the staff when you order as the restaurant is more self service for the drinks and everything else. I love coming here.

I’m giving them two stars because they discontinued the coconut curry sauce. It was my favorite. Avoid this place during lunch time and up until 3pm, at all costs ! They’re super busy and it’s mostly with take out orders. So if your sitting in the restaurant you’re going to be waiting more than 45 minutes for your food. It’s supposed to be FAST food, good fast food. Nope, it’s slow as hell. I still love heir ginger tea and countless fortune cookies. Hope they step it up by hiring more employees/cooks.

So let me start off saying, I came here all the time. In the last year or so I’ve had bad experiences. One time I ordered to go some sweet and sour chicken, once I got home I discovered they hid the burnt chicken on the bottom with sauce on top. It was inedible. On another occasion I came to dine in with my bf. This time the chicken was raw in the middle! I lost my appetite. I honestly haven’t been back since. Maybe I’ll give it one more chance soon.

One of my favorite fast food spots in kendall. I love going there becuase its cheap and u can choose if u prefer white or brown rice or the meat like chicken, steak, or shrimp. They also just added as well a sushi menu for those that love some delicious rolls. They only thing negative that i can say is that at night time it is always packed u an order at 7 and ur order wont be ready as fast as u would like maybe an hour and a half ESPECIALLY on the weekends. I always order the kung pao chicken with brown rice and for my son chicken terayaki with white rice the total for his plate is $ 5.05 not bad its cheaper then mcdonalds.

I am giving Pei Wei a five star rating in relationship to fast food. This is the third time I have been to this chain, twice at the North Kendall location and once in the Orlando area. Every experience as been Excellent. The establishment is always clean and organized. The register staff is friendly and willing to answer all questions. They are eager to please and are very knowledgeable. I was was waiting while another guest was having their order taken and a large party came up behind me, immediately a staff recognized the increase in patronage and immediately opened another register to help me. My wife and I started off with sharing a four count(which is a great option, or you can have the full 8 pieces) mango California roll. It is krab(I don’t know why they spell crab with a K), mango, cucumbers, scallions, rice, sesame seeds with the usual sides served. It was refreshing and satisfying, although I would have liked more of a mango after taste. I chose a Caramel Chicken dish for my main entrée. I was worried it would be too sweet, but was intrigued with the Carmel name. It turned out to be a lightly spicy dish with a wonderful Asian slaw that also included shredded cucumber with the carrots and cabbage. That slaw sat on top of my chicken that was mixed with a caramel chile sauce, pineapple, ginger garlic lemongrass, mint and my favorite rice sticks. I chose brown rice. This dish had everything I wanted and I would order it again. My wife order a Mongolian Chicken and stayed with the recommended white rice. It had a wonderful sweet soy sauce, chunky cut scallions, garlic and white mushrooms. My wife enjoyed it and I thought it was good. We decided on water, but when we got to the beverage station we saw that they had a mandarin green tea and a chai black tea. I was also excited to see the new type coca cola beverage dispenser that has 20 choices. So we decided to change our original waters that were not charged to a delicious tea. I went back up to the register and told them of our change of mind. They said no problem and to help my self. I asked how much and the nice lady said don’t worry help yourself. I don’t know if she had seen that our food was already out or that she wanted to be nice. To me it spoke volumes of customer service. I will definitely buy my iced black chai tea from now on. i do have a warning about the way the menu is set up. It seems simple with guided numbers on the steps. Step 1 you pick a protein(chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu). Then step 2 you decide white or brown rice and what sauce and vegetables. Here is where every one gets a little confused. Im not sure why, but the name of the sauce is there and the description of what comes with that sauce is under the title. So basically you pick the the sauce you like and its vegetables. There is also a section for noodle bowls. Finally is step 3 where you can customize it. Whether steaming or adding more of something. Thee is a large sign or individual take out menus or even a board at the register. Regardless DOFREAKOUT, some one is there to guide you through the process with a smile. I went to the bathroom to was my hands before I ate and the bathrooms were clean and neat, which is always a comforting indication on the cleanliness of a restaurant. If only there was a Pei Wei closer to me I would have it made!

Always a great experience. I eat here about once a week. The manager, Nely, is wonderful. Always says hello, remembers my order to the T, and is kind to my 3 year old. Recommendations: Spring rolls, konpow chicken or shrimp with brown rice(spicy). I have also ordered the salad— yummy. The sushi — ehhhhhh, not the best, but ok for an appetizer should you reaaaaallly want sushi. The service is always great, and I know that in part it is due to the management team doing a great job. Additional note: the Pad Thai has its days. Some days it is delicious ‚ Other days I have had to return it for it being too hard or too spicy. Just know that you can speak up and be taken care of. I will continue to eat here.

Very disappointed with this specific location. I ordered the Mango California Rolls, tasted of «cold». Like they were pre-made, and left in the refrigerator. Also ordered the veggie tofu teriyaki with brown rice. The flavor was plain, the veggies tasted like they were unfroozen, and pre-heated. Sorry, but everything I loved about this restaurant has now turned into a franchise restaurant. Not a complement. Last time you’ll ever catch me eating here again.

Holy sodium! My way of eating has changed considerably since my original review in 2008. Everything served here is so incredibly salty that it’s just not doable anymore. So gross. It’s basically the McDonald’s of Asian food. Yuck!

It’s pronounced Pay-Way, not Pee-Wee! Offering fast and convenient Asian themed food, Pei Wei delivers with great portions and flavors. PF Chang’s little brother caters to the lunch and dinner crowd on a budget. A good bowl will run you about $ 12.00 with a drink. Good for a casual meet up with friends, or a quick lunch in between errands. The menu is simple and ordering is pretty quick. The food is prepared as you order, and delivered to your table nice and hot. Can’t stay, you can order ahead, and pick it up. Sorry, no deliveries! Ordering is done by the numbers and by the styles. If you’re not familiar with the cuisine, the staff will help you with that too. Ask as many questions as you like, they love it! All the cooking is done in an open kitchen where you can watch the cooks handle those woks over the intense open flames of the gas burners below. If you ask nicely, they’ll pose for photos too! My recommendations — The Vietnamese Spring Rolls with the Sweet Chili and Peanut Sauces were excellent, so were the Szechuan Green Beans. The Thai Spicy Chicken with Noodles… not very impressed flavor wise and the noodles were extra rubbery and soggy. The manager offered to refund my money and I accepted. I’ll be returning to try a few other things on the menu, and offer additional insight. As far as service is concerned, they get extra points! If you eat at the restaurant, remember that the servers work for tips as well. So leave them a few bucks before you leave as a thank you.
