Papa John’s Pizza

The worst! I at one time used these guys often because the app was on my phone. Please do yourself a favor and download a different pizza makers app. You will benefit from it. This Papa Johns will screw up your order 3 out of 10 times. They will consistently deliver your pizza up to 90 mins late or forget to deliver it at all. The manager will act like you are bothering her if you contact them to ask where your pizza is and she will occasionally lie and act like, «Called you to verify your address, but nobody answered». That might really work if you didn’t have so many free pizzas points that how could they be confused about and online order that has the same address always. Stay away from placing an order at this particular Papa Johns. They have huge issues. I have points here for free pizza but will never use them. I am so fed up with them I will eat a shoebox before I spend another dollar at this place. Mmmm shoebox is still better than the pizza you will get here.

Papa John’s makes OK pizza. Unfortunately, this location has some of the dumbest employees. After noticing that my pick-​up order was wrong, it took about 3 minutes to get someone’s attention. When I finally signalled one of the guys behind the counter, he shook his head and mouthed the word ‘why?’. This customer service is hideous. I’ll try a different location next time.

I would recommend going to another papa johns. I ordered two pizzas for pick up and, was told it be ready in 15 minutes. I left my home 20 minutes after the order was placed and When I got to papa johns I waited an additional 20 minutes for my pizza. This place is unprofessional and has poor management. Papa johns is awesome but, this location lacks customer service and, misses a lot of good opportunities for future customers.

I dont know why this place has such horrible reviews but ive never had a problem at this papa johns location. The people there are always friendly and my pizza comes pretty fast when they are not busy.

I called to order a pizza– the there told me that they were not open and he called me names and hung up on me. When I called back, another man answered the phone and told me to screw myself. It says online that they are open 24 hours a day. So obviously they were lying and they were too lazy to do any work. I have called to complain about this matter, as well as writing reviews online. I was a very loyal customer to this branch for a very long time. Not anymore! How dare anyone treat me like that.

Its so weird– I just joined and wanted to write a review about this place. The people are SO RUDE. And there was hair in my pizza. They told me it was mine which was weird considering I do not have blonde hair. This place is gross! I will never order from them again.
