I have come to this location a few times. Once, to look at a phone that I was considering purchasing, as I was upgrading from the Samsung Galaxy S3 that my daughter accidentally cracked. I had read some glowing reviews about the phone, but a few negative ones, and wanted to see it and try it out for myself (this is advisable as everyone has an opinion and you can’t always take every opinion to heart, especially when it comes to technology. I actually love my new phone, despite a few negative reviews about it).
The second time I drove down, I decided that I in fact wanted to buy the phone and brought in some aftermarket accessories that I had purchased for the phone once I had made my decision. They quickly assisted me with that, never trying to talk me into returning my purchases and buying some of their merchandise instead. They even offered to look at my cracked S3 and see if they could assist me in replacing the screen, digitizer and other internal components, despite the fact it’s an old phone. They understood I had texts and pictures on that phone I wanted to preserve, and they were willing to offer that assistance.
I came back on Friday after my daughter broke the recently purchased phone (kids!) by kicking it off the couch. Luckily, one of the aftermarket accessories they had installed for me was a tempered glass screen protector, so Christopher and Bernie both assisted me in removing the cracked tempered glass, verifying the phone’s screen and body were not damaged (phew!), and then installing another aftermarket protector I had purchased. I was very pleased that they were willing to assist me with this, rather than blowing me off and telling me to do it myself. They had no money to gain from me, so this is why I was impressed.
They told me to come back with the cracked S3 so they can tell me which repair kit it is that I need to purchase and a few of the other employees offered their services too, if their usual tinkerer is not at work that day. They said that if they can’t help me, they have a shop a few blocks down that will repair phone for them at little to no cost. If you’re a loyal T-​Mobile customer with a broken phone, you may want to stop by and get their repair person’s information. I am hoping to get my S3 fixed by them eventually, when I get a chance to stop by, and purchase the repair kit.
