Papa John’s Pizza

This is my first time trying papa john’s pizza. The lady who took my order through the phone did a good job. When i picked up, the pizza was not good and not the slices were not evenly cut; the wings were ridiculously small and the cheesy bread sticks too dry. It would be great if they could actually deliver what they advertise on tv.

I have strayed away from ordering delivery from online at my nearest papa johns location due to the horrible service. There have been multiple instances where they get the order wrong or bring me a cold pizza and i live less than 5 minutes away. I decided to give them another chance last night… Received two cold pizzas and the most horribly prepared spinach Alfredo pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t think if ill be ordering from this location ever again.

Papa John’s Pizza is always fresh and tasty. When I feel like eating pizza, my choice falls definitely on them! They never let down with quality and I usually get my deliveries on time too. Other pizza places just smoke nervous by the corner comparing to Papa

worst service ever! food arrived late, cold and without even an apology… speaking to the manager was even more unpleasant than eating the food… talk about poor service… would recommend to NO ONE… unless you enjoy a horrific experience.

Delivery driver delivered two destroyed pizzas. He took the pizzas and left without saying a word or apologizing. I called and spoke to some one called Lazaro whom said he was the manager. He immediately started giving me an attitude. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for this and I wanted a refund. He said «what do you want me to do? The driver hit the breaks to hard and I said sorry.» I told him that wasn’t good enough as this happens whenever I order thin crust. He then preceded to get loud with me on the phone. After about 10 minutes and me letting him know I’d be contacting the store manager he finally agreed to send the pizzas and refund the order. When the driver came I asked for the managers name that was on duty now. He gave me major attitude and said «I don’t know. I’m the new guy.» Then walked away again with no apology. I said you don’t know your managers name? And he said from down the hall «No».
With employees like that how can they stay in business. If I owned that store I’d fire them both.
I’m not eating the redelivered pizzas for fear they did something to them based on the attitude I was given by both employees.

If you like pizza delivered 2 hours later (mind you, if you order pizza it’s cause ur hungry, right?) and cold and stale you’ve come to the right place! I ordered my pizza at 7 and got it at 9! I would like to assume the guy got lost but honestly he could have called and he didn’t say anything when he arrived and the pizza was cold– it looked like it had been sitting in a car for 2 hours!
Oh & also if you’re wondering if I called– I hate calling but eventually I did «Papa Johns, can you Hold– placed on hold» why would you ask and not wait for a response? Lol I’m going to be honest this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and the pizza has been extremely salty and absolutely no fresh ingredients & I know Papa Johns prides itself on it. Someone should look into this PJ, I guess I will go to another one and have to pick it up because it’s just not worth it!

The new manager was very friendly and even though they messed up my order, they made me another pizza in like 5 mins and gave me 2 pizzas for the price of 1.

Staff is polite and friendly — I talk to the same kid every time I call to confirm they received my online order. Delivery people are nice and the food is spot on (for a pizza chain). I like the chicken cordon bleu, it’s hot and the crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside just how I like it.

All they know how to do is say «thank you for calling Papa John’s please hold.» Was on hold for 10 minutes, called back, and they wanted to put me on hold again. Horrible service!!!

I love and great fan of this. I have awarded free pizza 3 times withing 7 months and the pizza is excellent. i order them every alternate week…

Just pizza. They delivered to FIU which is what I needed it did the trick. And the guy didn’t get lost.

Phone number is 305 551‑6444. I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for years. They always have carryout specials and I love their garlic butter sauce. I will continue being a customer!
