I gave this a ONE star because there was no option for ZERO stars! The Super Cuts employees here are Super rude, Super unprofessional, and Super unattentive. EVEN If you walk in and stare are them for 5 minutes, they just ignore the living crap out if you so that you walk out pissed off. HEY I ASSUME THEY GET PAID BY THE HOUR! No one asked us what service we needed. One of the workers finished with her client and instead of attending us, she started making jokes and fixing papers. Seriously? This is why this place is always empty. We started to walk out and no one bothered to ask us anything. We waited for over 20 minutes. We drove a few more miles to Hair Cuttery and the service was SPECTACULAR from the moment we walked in. Super Cuts lost a Super Customer.

I have been here before and disagree with the rating others have left. Though I always go in the morning, I have never waited longer that 15 minutes to get a haircut. The manager who also cuts my hair is very friendly and always ask me if she is doing it ok. This is the 6^th or 7^th time I have been there and I am pleased with their service. I will continue to go there.

DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY SUPERCUTS!
I repeat do not go!
I always go to SUPERCUTS as a last minute thing when my hair dresser is off or close
Today I went again giving the benefit of the doubt once more to do eyebrow wax
They messed up my eyebrows big time
And great timing as tomorrow I have an event
The lady’s answer «your just gonna have to wait till it grows back»
really!!!
Never again
Not even if is the only place left on the earth I’m stepping in the place
Definitely not worth $ 18

Very long wait times averaged about an hour. this location is understaffed. the place looked clean staffing needs to be added

Very disappointed. I was getting a trim on my A-Line Bob and it came out all lopsided and uneven. I understand that going to supercuts for an «advance» cut was not the best decision I’ve ever made, but I use to have long long hair and I went to a different supercuts to get my bob and it came out wonderful! So I was thinking, ehh a trim it shouldn’t be too bad.
I knew I should have walked out when the lady started «arguing» with me that my hair couldn’t look like the photo I brought in because it wasn’t long enough (even though it was the same exact photo I brought in when I first got my bob).
So overall, I don’t think I’m not ever going to supercuts again. I just won’t be going to this particular salon.
