I went to Ulta for the 1st time, last night, Tuesday, 12−15−15 and I was so impressed on the variety they have available, the Christmas deals, but most of all, it’s so nice to walk in to a store where you can find assistance. I was attended by Christine, had to write a review about her because she deserves the recognition. Very knowledgeable, took her time to help me pick make up and showed me how to apply them. Mind you, the store was full, but yet, she was patient with me. Went to purchase a foundation and walked out with more… :) Love the place…

Every time I come here there are 5 registers and one person at the register. I am in line right now along with 4 in front of me and 3 behind me.
Can you please value your customers a bit and hire more cashiers?!

So I called in last minute for a make-​up appointment was able to get something at the time I wanted and on a Saturday! The person who helped me was Anthony and he was nothing short of awesome with sprinkles! Apart from doing an awesome job he was very informative, extremely nice, funny and he made me feel so at ease. The other employees where also very attentive and seemed to get along so well I had job/​co worker envy! All in all it was a nice experience and at the end of my session I looked beautiful

This location opened in July and it is definitely a welcome addition to the great shopping plaza, Fontainebleau Square. I finally went today to return some items and the manager was friendly, professional, and very helpful. My daughter and I love makeup and we felt like two children in a candy store! They have great promotions on beauty products. Wow! The store was clean and organized. Ashley, one of the associates, is a doll! She was so friendly and had great customer service. Whatever questions I had, she assisted me with a smile. She even checked to see if a particular lipgloss was in stock. Sadly it is rare to experience such wonderful customer service especially in Miami. It is great to know that my daughter and I discovered a hidden gem close to home. :)
