Had my phone stolen there as well ! Same exact story from below with the only difference being that my phone was stolen on a different day but still the same time, same location, same dismissive rude staff and same story about being told that security was not in. l Came in the next day and was told again that the security wasn’t going to be in and they had no idea when they would be. The store has barely any service making it impossible for customers to track their phone even if they wanted to. It’s clear that there is an employee theft-ring going on in this store. I plan on taking every possible step to expose these employees.

I have been a loyal customer and had a negative experience at this location. My daughter’s Samsung smart phone was stolen by either an associate or customer. My daughter accidentally left her phone unattended in a shopping cart. When she turned around for a moment, someone had stolen the phone. The incident occurred at 7:00 pm, the rear left corner area of the store where employees are constantly entering and exiting a stock room. The area was right by the tupper ware aisle. My daughter became hysterical and was crying to one of the store associates at the registers. The associate was NOT concerned or sympathetic. She blatantly told me that no one can assist us. I immediately requested to have the manager check the security cameras. The manager did not want to assist us either. No one cared. She explained that there is only one individual who has access to the security cameras and she was gone for the day. As a customer I cannot begin to understand why no one else was able to check the security cameras. We could have discovered when my daughter’s phone was stolen and could have retrieved it. I understand that human error is involved. However, I feel that the associate and manager should have been more sympathetic and helpful. Needless to say, I will not be returning to any TJ Maxx store in the near future. TJ Maxx has lost my business and I will make sure to share my negative experience with my family and friends.

I returned a shopping cart that was almost a block away and the cashier I talked to didn’t even look at me as I was talking to her. Didn’t say a thing. Another employee just started at me right beside the cashier, silent. A customer ended up thanking me likely from the rudeness of the employees. I have 2 years in service and a year in retail experience and couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism in that store.

I only came to this store because I needed a quick outfit for my niece. Unfortunately for the sales employees here who are very nice, there are 2 managers– a guy and girl– who don’t seem to think that they work in retail or actually work at this TJ Maxx ATALL. The guy didn’t move from his spot after I told him there was a stain on the shirt. «You can go get it,» he said. Ummmm ok, isn’t that your job? The girl, who came because the guy didn’t budge, said, «What do you want a discount or something?» Ummmm no what I want is another shirt that isn’t damaged, but I guess that’s too much to ask. Needless to say, I’ll prob skip this TJ Maxx for any emergencies.

Loving this new location! I came here to simply make a return and ended up shopping for an hour! I was really happy with this new TJ Maxx. It is very clean, organized, and chic. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Lines weren’t bad at all, but I may have gone during a quiet time. I found this location has more stuff than the others I frequent. Maybe because it’s so organized, it’s very easy to find everything. I didn’t end up finding much to actually buy, but nonetheless it was a pleasant experience. My general TJ Maxx frustration continued at this store though: no size 5 or 5.5 shoes! :(

Well I went to buy a gift for my mom in the section of jewelry .when I got home, I tried on was broken and also I paid good money for it .So next day I went to return this. they ask u for id plus your card etc too much information for a return, I tried to get another jewelry but the woman after she gave me the money back in the card she starts ignores me .That’s sucks bc I have a credit card with them and when u go to the store they treat u bad.
