This place is great! I’ve been coming here for over 25 years. The food is amazing, especially the carbonara and the spinach empanadas! And best of all the price is amazing!!! No where will you find this great taste in food for this price!

Let’s start with the food. The food was good. Not spectacular, but not horrible either — very homemade. Tried the meatball with ricotta and that was good. I had the fettuccini carbonara — that was overly cheesy, but good. My husband has the chicken parm and said it was, well, good. The thing that bothered me about this place was primarily the service. The waiters were nice, but it took a good hour for them to serve us our entrée. Families who entered the restaurant after us were being served their dinner BEFORE us! Some even left before we got our food! The server came to our table to say«the food was coming,» «sorry,» and«it should be out soon» so many times, that I became a little infuriated. And even after all this happened, they didn’t comp anything! They didn’t offer us a free or discounted anything and charged us for everything we ate like everything was all good. I mean, the least you can do is give me a free $ 5 dessert or cafecito or something. Whatever. I won’t be coming back.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Having serving experience I know what good service is what is not. First off they have this see through glass so you can see the«process» of how they make the pasta. All I saw was this old lady and and random guy touching the pasta WITHOUT gloves. Nothing, not even a hair net, gloves, nothing to keep the pasta clean. Very unhygienic. The service was horrible, once mentioned to the server that we had a groupon he reacted with such a disgusting way. We asked them many times how much love never for our food to come out and the same response was 5 minutes. We waited for over an hour and decided that we were not gonna pay for it and we left, just then is when the food came out. Do you yourself a favor and do not visit this place. Nothing positive out of it. Another thing each garlic bread is 35 cents! I’m not the one to write negative reviews on restaurant but this was way out of line

I’m visiting from California and I wish I could bring this place home with me. So yummy I’ve came twice on my vacation. I loved the spinach empanadas and the broccoli pasta. The service is great they make quality food!

The reviews set me off but I realized people suck so I tried it, and it was great for its price. I had 2 of the pies, and they were awesome. The meatballs were juicy and fresh, and the chicken soup was fantastic.

Don’t bother, just read the other reviews. Since I’m from St. Louis, Missouri, I thought this may be like our The Pasta House local restaurant but this place is far from that. Service is Slow, it took over an hour for two entrees to be delivered to the table. The food was edible that’s about it. The garlic bread was good. Some reviews stated it was stale, have to say it was ok. The minestrone soup looked like they took a bunch of leftovers and created a soup. The Chicken Marsala was not good. The best thing we had was the Chicken Parmigiana, it was ok but with everything else it just is not worth the trouble.

Good pasta, fresh one. Portions are a fair size. Meet balls are good but very small. Service is OK. I really do not like the parking.

I wish there was less than one star for me to select. I live a stone’s throw from this place and had never been. Well, I ventured in a couple of days ago and I should have ventured out shortly thereafter instead of plunking down my hard-earned money for one of the most unappetizing dinners I have ever had the distinct displeasure to sit down to. The abysmal Italian food(laughing at that – a can of Chef Boyardee that expired in 2005 would have been more palatable than the spaghett and meatball I ordered) could have only been made worse by the stunning lack of service and inability to converse with and comprehend non-Spanish speaking customers by the wait staff. I am not even going to waste any more of time reciting the horridness of it. Eat here at your own risk, you have been warned.

I ordered the chicken cannelloni and meatballs. 2 things that were recommended on the menu. The meatballs and sauce were very bland. I feel like they came out of one of those frozen bags in the freezer aisle. The cannelloni was even worse. The sauce was disgusting. I ordered it as it came. I wish I would have added the melted cheese for $ 2 to mask the sauce and crappy pasta they used. Maybe then it would’ve been tolerable. It also came with a stale piece of bread. I was very hungry but after half a meatball, half a cannelloni, and one bite of bread I lost my appetite. I am upset I wasted my money on food that I couldn’t even eat. It is such a shame. This use to be a really good place to eat but a lot has changed in 5 years.

This place is the worst restaurant i have ever stepped foot in my life! You drive by and see the name«PASTAFACTORY» first thing that comes 2 your head ahhhh some good old italian pasta… WROOOONG this is more like a CUBANSWEATSHOPFACTORY First off that place is a hole in a wall the waiters don’t speak english and when i tried speaking spanish to them they they were either high on weed or something because he couldn’t get $h*t right they completely messed up my order… first off i told him i what i wanted, he came back 2 times to confirm what i told him was right… it took them 10 min. to bring us our drinks(not to mention the soda tasted flat) we were suppose to get garlic bread and literally had to ask 4 times for them to bring us some damn bread… our food was brought to us 1 hour later(((Im dead ass serious 1 hour!!!))) for a damn chicken parmesan… not to mention the pasta was cold and tasted like crap… I don’t normally write reviews on places i go eat but for sure this place earned 1 star in my book. i will never ever in my life recommend this place to anybody… to add a cherry on top to this horrible restaurant i also got the runs, i don’t think the chicken was cooked properly because my stomach is bitterly hurting to the point i feel like i should go to the clinic.

Went with my family on a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty full but we were immediately seated. Once seated we had to wait a bit for them to bring us our menu and take our drink orders but the waiters were all very nice. They brought out the bread after having to ask but it was very good. The food was alright nothing special. I had the gnocchi with vodka sauce it was kind of plain but the sauce was very good. I tried some of my dads chicken Parmesan and it was delicious! I wish I had gotten that! Park in the back of the restaurant

Dinner would of been good if not for the my bill being charged an extra $ 3. The waiter asked me if I wanted cheese in my Lasagna. Of course, what Lasagna doesn’t come with cheese. Well later on he tells me it’s an extra $ 3 for melted cheese on Lasagna. They lost a costumer because of that little scam.

What happened to this place? I used to have dinner here a lot when I was young with my parents. I ordered the spinach fettuccine a la carbonara for take out. When I arrived back home, I noticed they made it with regular fettuccine. The sauce was nothing to rave about. Also, the portion of the salad was ridiculously small. The garlic bread was not so good either.

I’ve been going to pasta factory for many years with my family when I was a child. I decided to go back for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend to continue the memories. Worst mistake ever. The soda you order comes from 2 liter bottles. The bruschetta we ordered was frozen Texas garlic toast you buy at the supermarket. So disrespectful for the consumer. The chicken fettuccini I ordered, the chicken was pale white very chewy. I don’t blame the waiters at all in the restaurant because if you have an owner that is dirt cheap and is not willing to run the restaurant the way it should they are forced to work with what they have. I never remembered this place being this bad when I was kid. Sad to see it like this. A side note as well they have an old man outside in the parking lot in the back asking for tips when all he does is when you find the parking spot he goes to it and flashes his flash light to guide you in when you clearly know how to drive. He’s overall awkward presence as you see him there makes you question valet? Or do I seriously have to pay to park here? As I got in my car and I backed up to leave he decided to block my way walk up to my window and ask no tip? I would have given him a dollar just for the fact that I felt bad for him but I never carry cash. His persistence and thought that he deserved a tip was the topper for the night. The worst experience I have ever had in that place. Unless the owner sells I wouldn’t go back ever.

This place isn’t Italian at all. Why is it listed as Italian, I have no idea. The bread was stale as ever and made into«garlic toast». Horrible. My friend ordered the baked ziti and it was macaroni and cheese with extra cheese. I had the eggplant, it was barely okay. Definitely not the real thing but it was edible. I had a groupon and the owner charged me taxes. NEVER in my many experiences using Groupon has an establishment ever did that. It’s a small amount but it’s still poor customer service. I will not be going back. My server was nice. This place was empty and I can see why. The«pesto» isn’t pesto ATALL. It’s olive oil with parsley. WITW!!!

I had not been at this location in years as the Kendall restaurant was closer to my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find the same quality pasta that I grew to love. The freshness of the pasta is beyond description as is the meat sauce. On my recent visit, the young man waiting on us quickly brought waters and took our appetizer order. We had our drinks, salad, soup and hot bread shortly after arriving. That is such a bonus when you’re hungry! The calamari rings were delicious! The spinach fettuccine was cooked to perfection as was the alfredo sauce. Everyone in my party was quite pleased with what they ordered. This is a nice family restaurant that provides free ample parking in the rear of the building. If you like fresh pasta, this is the place for you. No horns & whistles, just good food served in a pleasant environment. Do not hesitate to visit this restaurant.

… Don’t come here. The food is bad, Cannelloni are disgusting. Fettuccini a la carbonara are nothing but Alfredo’s 4 cheese sauce and ham, ham??? The service is ok, but they charged me tax on a groupon(that has never happened before). Apparently if you consume less than what your grupon says, you’ll have to pay the tax. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the tiramisu was good enough. The place is small, the chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall, don’t recommended.

It’s a good casual spot to go with a group. Nothing out of the ordinary but good spot to get your pasta fix. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. Our server was very nice and pleasant. We went as a group and all of the food was out at the same time. Overall we had a pleasant time. Enjoy!

It’s been open for Thirty Years… too many. If your coming to experience that childhood memory look at the pictures from your parents photo album. Appetizer was average at best(Calamari), the Service was Good, the Sauces we average(the Garlic/Olive Oil was Questionable). However, the Pasta itself was Fresh… so if your looking to buy Fresh Pasta this is your place.
