Horrible service!!! If I can give them a 0 I would… I ordered my pizza online and yet I still had to wait cuz they didn’t even bother to do it! Pizza was very oily and nasty I couldn’t even eat and I love pizza! Never coming again I had come before years ago I tried again maybe they got better but yeah right… never coming again

I placed an order online and called the restaurant directly to ask if they could please give me a few jalapeño slices on the side. The young lady that answered the phone told me that she didn’t think they could do that but that she would ask the manager. She comes back on the line and says that they cannot do that. I asked why. She very rudely replied «well the manager said they can’t so they can’t». I asked to speak with the manager and she didn’t have the courtesy to come to the phone. I asked why they couldn’t simply take a container used for marinara sauce and place a few slices in there for me. She kept going on and on about how they could give the toppings on the pizza and not on the side.
I am very disappointed with the way I was spoken to and more so that the manager didn’t even come to the phone when the customer has asked to speak with them. Very disappointed. They should try to be a little more accommodating with their customers.

Never been a fan of Pizza Hut’s pizza. Decided to give it another chance since the commercials look so enticing with the cheesy bites.
This location has got to be the worst one I’ve ever been too. I order my pizza online I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and 30 minutes have gone by and still my pizza was not ready. The young boy who rang me up was extremely rude and obviously does not care about customer service.
When I got home my pizza was DRENCHED in tomato sauce to the point that the dough was beyond soggy. The pizza was so gross we threw it in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

This Pizza Hut is in our neighborhood and, while it’s not a sit-​down restaurant, my husband and I found it very good for a call-​in/​pick-​up place. The order was prepared exactly as we requested, and we ordered the chocolate chip cookie for dessert which was delicious (if a bit overpriced). We will return!

Horrible service! I tried giving them service and was literally turned away by being HUNG UP ON, 4 times. Really bad, don’t waste your time. I gave one star only because I had to. :/

This review is fo rthe airport Pizza Hut. Terrible food, cheese in a glump, no pineapple on my P/​ham pizza. Major attitude, slow staff.

actual rating 2.5, but i’m feeling generous today.
this is my neighborhood pizza hut. pizza tastes like all other pizza huts you’ve ever been to. staff is not very friendly & there is nothing special about this location at all. if you need a quick fix for your pizza craving, then go for it!
