Delicious pizza, had 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio and it was wonderful. I ended with a cappuccino with a sprinkle of chocolate and I highly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding meal.

This new place is a hidden gem in the neighborhood… We had the «ropa vieja» pizza! It is absolutely delicious! something that is unique in Miami! I even didnt know that existed before trying it in Esevagonte!.. We were skeptic at the beginning, but as soon as we had our first bite, we knew, we made an excellent choice!
It is a really nice cozy place, they have a good selection of craft beers. I love places that support some of the local breweries…
After the pizza, we decided to order the tiramisu! and let me tell you, I am not a desert person, but this one was delicious!
We are definitely coming back to try the other items on the menu. The flank steak salad looked delicious!

This restaurant is amazing. We ordered the prosciutto pizza and everything tasted very fresh and authentic. I will definitely be back. They also have happy hour Monday-​Saturday 3 – 7 with a good craft beer and wine selection. Spoke with the owner who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is a hidden gem– must try!

As soon as I walked through the doors, I knew that my boyfriend and I were going to have a good time. The atmosphere and décor is really relaxing and laid back.
We started with the garlic knots which we both loved. I particularly loved the sauce it came with. It was really fresh and you could tell it was homemade. We shared a flank steak pizza and it was delicious. This was the first time we tried steak on a pizza and it definitely won’t be the last. Piece of flank stank (vacio) covered the entire pizza along side fresh vegetables and cheese.
Our attentive and knowledgeable server recommended a sauvignon blanc, Babich. We thought paired really well with our meal. According to the sever, this wine could only be found in very few restaurants and this alone would make me come back.
Overall this is a great place to hang out and enjoy good food.

This place is amazing and a must try! We found this place and tried it based on Unilocal reviews and we loved it! I had the Salmon Flatbread and it was AMAZING! The salmon is cured for 7 days. My friend had the Miami sandwich and loved it as well. The service was exceptional. Very friendly, very polite, and very quick. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s very cute and warm on the inside.

So you know this place has really left a good impression on me if I’m updating my review within 24 hours.
I decided to do my hair with Maria at the salon next door, but she was backed up an hour. I decided to grab a light dinner here at Esevagonte.
Again I was warmly welcomed by the staff and sat where I felt comfortable. Lucky me I had landed happy hour! The craft beers were $ 1 off. The waitress was very helpful with suggestions and beer pairings for my food. I was torn between the salmon or ropa vieja flatbread. I ended up choosing the caprese sandwich haha!
I had an entire cold bottle of still water brought to my table with my beer and a frozen glass (BROWNIE POINTS RIGHT THUR!) also complimentary I was brought a tapa sized plate of mushrooms sautéed with garlic and slices of toasted baguette. I thought that was very kind.
As for the sandwich I ordered I was very impressed how the chef took such a simple concept and created such an amazing sandwich. Honestly I’ve never had a caprese sandwich or any version of it which has tasted as good as this one. There was plenty of fresh green basil slices of thick mozzarella cheese, and juicy ripe tomatoes dressed in balsamic vinaigrette and Dijon mustard. The sandwich bread was warm and soft not like those other hard toasted baguettes.
I enjoyed a nice conversation with the waitress finished off my beer and headed next door to do my hair. I have a feeling I’ll become a regular!

Found this little gem, an Oasis on Calle Ocho, close to the Palmetto, by accident. Wow! Great looking place with even nicer staff. Had the namesake steak sandwich and it was really delicious and served with very nice plating and preparation. Steak, lettuce, peppers and thick white cheese on a beautiful french bread, accompanied by perfectly fried potatoes. Pizzas looked amazing! Very nice selection of craft beers and wines at reasonable prices. Really a step up in every way for this area! Felt, looked and tasted as if I were in the Grove, Brickell or Pinecrest. Nice! Will come back and check out those pizzas next time soon.

First of all, the Mac & Cheese pizza will get you hooked! The staff is excellent and the energy of the place will make you loose track of time.

Been here a couple of times and the food has been amazing. From the sandwiches to the pizzas the ingredients are fresh and taste great. High quality all around. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and it is very clean. Will continue to come here.

Love pizza? Love sandwiches? Esevagonte has both! Not to mention they have really mouthwatering options.
I popped in for lunch a few weeks ago since this place recently opened. I ordered an Esevagonte sandwich which ended up being really delicious in flavor and also a very decent portion!
The environment also makes this location stand out. The décor of black and wood really set the ambient vibe and tone! The staff is very friendly with plenty of recommendations based on your preferences.
Don’t skip out on dessert. Try the apple pizza! This is definitely a great way to end your meal.
I will undoubtedly be going back to this awesome restaurant :).

What’s the difference between throwing a pizza in your oven at home and going out to a local eatery? The experience. And that is what you get at Esevagonte. Not to mention the chef crafted menu and curated wine list.
This place just opened and we thought we’d give it a shot and we’re glad we were hungry at that time. We went for lunch and the place wasn’t too crowded. You can tell they took their time to decorate the place and still have a few walls where they will be adding pieces. Everything is brand new but the staff knows their stuff. They were able to recommend the caprese pizza to my girlfriend (which was AMAZING). They are very attentive so expect them to check up on you often with huge smiles on their faces.
The portion sizes aren’t listed on the menu, so you don’t know if you’re getting a single slice or an entire pizza for what you’re paying. To my surprise for about $ 8 My gf was served a personal pizza with 6 slices.
I’m a craft beer person and was impressed to see they only carried craft beer from some great breweries like Funky Buddha and Wynwood. If you’re looking for American light beer, you won’t find it here.

The location just opened and the owners are sincere in trying to offer the best service and quality food.
Expect the staff to come by often to see how you’re doing and offer prompt courteous service. In all a welcome change for Miami.
