Pekin should definitely be a Pekin DON’T… the ribs were bland and the special rice was so-​so awful at best. The egg-​drop was salty… I am probably now a diabetic b/​c of it… Also it took 1.5 hours for them to deliver to a place that is less than 15 minutes. Save your money and go elsewhere for good eats b/​c Pekin is definitely not it.
PS: Don’t fall for those bogus reviews saying how «GREAT» the food is:(

I’ve been ordering from Pekin for a few years now. They have great service and the food is amazing! It’s a very small restaurant but with big flavor! It’s a family owned business that takes pride in their food and service.

Little market slash restaurant where the language comes from far east and the food also. Best veggie lo mein spring rolls are delish. pick up or delivery is best.

Great Chinese food! The special fried rice brings big pieces of shrimp and ham ! Everyone I know only come for take out. Like many little holes in the wall the food is good !

So I was trying to order from Pekin on Coral way but accidentally ordered from Pekin on 7th street. Since I ordered from them to pick up already, might as well drive an extra mile or two to get my food from there.
Food was terrible! It was nothing compared to the Pekin on Coral way. On top of that, the restaurant is messy like I can’t describe it. In one little corner, there are shelves for things to sell I suupose? The owner also have a very nasty face to go with it, rude to the employees and some attitude problems for the customers. Even if the food were delicious (which its definitely was not) I would go back just because of how they treat the customers.
