Awesome Brussels sprouts and great service. Easy access from the intercostal. I’m looking forward to an evening experience soon.

Amazing. Mahi sausage and crab taquitos are insane. This is waaaay better than I expected. Cool dude working the truck too. Hot sauces out the wazoo. I have nothing but good things to say about this food truck. Bravo !!!

The mahi ceviche is the best I’ve ever had. That statement means double in Miami – where the entire populus subsists on a steady diet of Crossfit, Rum and anything without carbs. Since it’s hotter than balls outside for approximately 75% of the year(although the longer you live here, the easier it gets), someone at some point said – we should make a legit food that is eaten cold. It should be substantial, refreshing and have no carbs. And erebody was like – let’s put some fish in this bag with some lime juice. Kay. It’s great. Eat it, and chat these suckers up while they swelter in their truck-lodge, summoning up the spirits of cold, citrusy fishies. (Thank God it’s wednesday)

Great food, but a little too pricey for my blood. I would recommend the shrimp and scallop ceviche. It was fresh, cold and refreshing. In addition, the jerk chicken tacos were pretty good too.

4 stars for a food truck? Well, yes. These guys were outside the Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park so my friend & I decided to give them a try. We both ordered the crab taquitos($ 12) because it sounded great and I love blue crab. Dude taking our order assured me it was a good sized portion and he was right. You get 3 taquitos but they are good size with substantial crab filling and lathered with guac then topped with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, lime, etc. They have a huge selection of different hot sauces to top it with as well. It was delicious and filling and my friend agreed. We both devoured ours and it was much better than I expected. I’d like to try their fish tacos and other stuff next time but it will be hard not to order the crab taquitos again. I’ll be on the lookout for these guys around Broward…

I definitely enjoyed my Fish and Chips platter from the food truck. Definitely hope they swing by for another visit(Sprint building in FTL). Still the food is a little overpriced($ 10) for fish and chips? $ 12 for 3 crab taquitos? I bet these are great meals though, and I DEFINITELY would go for them crab taquitos if I’m feeling up for it. I think if the dropped below the double digit price tag for takeout they’d have more customers, but thats just me.

This food truck was outside the Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park where I decided to take my sister and brother in law who were in town from Maryland. Before entering the bar we took a minute to scour the menu as they are true seafood lovers. The crab taquitos immediately stood out to them and they vowed that when we were leaving they’d stop by the truck to give it a try. A few beers later we left the Buddha and true to their word they stopped to order the crab taquitos. Now being Marylanders the two of the them saw that lump blue crab was the crab used and already believed that this Floridian food truck was gonna get it wrong. They believed there was no way they would truly have lump blue crab in these taquitos and that the crab would be shredded or nonexistent. The order was up, the guys on board were nice and we were on our way. The crab taquitos came with three taquitos of a decent size. Draped over them was a bed of slaw and lime. My sister was the first to take a bite and all we heard were sounds of sheer pleasure. There were indeed lumps of blue crab and she described the taquito in whole as phenomenal. So much so that she didn’t even want to share the rest with my brother in law. However, my brother in law was finally able to wrestle one away from her and he had the same exact reaction as my sister. They both loved them and coming from Marylanders that’s saying a lot. As I don’t eat seafood I didn’t think much of it but my sister loved it so much she asked me to write a review on Unilocal,as I use Unilocal to determine a lot of places to go, to really convey how much they enjoyed there snack. They are hoping the next time they come down we’ll be able to find this truck so they can try eh fish sausage next!

First words after my first bite of «Fish Sausage»? Holy $#*t! And I’ve been craving it since. See you next Monday(Hollywood FoodTruck Rally). Quinoa Salad: Vegan, but who cares, it’s Delicious.

This food truck is just plain nasty. I should have known when there was absolutely no line nor was there anyone bothering to stop and look at this truck on food truck night. I ordered their shrimp po boy, $ 10.00, described as a jumbo shrimp po boy with garlic something or other and since I wanted seafood it sounded like it would fit the bill. What I got was frozen grocery store style shrimp on the equivalent of a hot dog roll(tiny) with some kind of pickels and peppers on top. Sorry but that isn’t a shrimp po boy, and it was not good. For what we paid eating off the food trucks we could have gone out to a restaurant and had a decent meal. That being stated, I have had better experiences with the Fish Box and the Grilled Cheese food truck but after eating off of this crappy food truck I am swearing off food trucks permanently. It was that bad. I don’t get the good reviews, must be friends of theirs because this was way bad. After a few bites I tossed it.

Delish delish delish!!! The fish is fresh, the toppings are crunchy and fresh and the combinations are all delectable. PLUS they have the best Hot Sauce selection ever on a food truck, or anywhere else for that matter. One of the best trucks in Miami, for sure!

Yes!!! Being a SoCAL native, I had been looking for tacos that came close to my favorite taco stand in L.A. Found it!!! Better than Baja tacos!!!

Finally, a place in Miami with authentic fish tacos! I love fish tacos having grown up in Southern California. This place knows what they are doing. the fish tacos are simply amazing, as good as I’ve ever had. The fish was cooked to perfection and all the toppings were perfect. Plus they have a huge selection of different hot sauces to try.

This food truck comes out to my office in the middle of nowhere(aka… MEDLEY — *sigh*) every Friday for lunch hour! Normally we have three different trucks each time and they rotate… but we’ve been lucky enough to have Pescados Unidos come by the office for(i think) the last three or four fridays… they are just fantastic. SUPER original name that cracks me up… and ridiculous fish tacos(Tranquillo Tacos — tempura style white fish, cabbage, pickled onions, cotija cheese, culantro, chipotle bacon mayo and corn tortillas) The fish is crispy and fresh and the toppings are so good that you find yourself scooping them up with the last bite of taco… normally it would mess up the«fish to toppings» ratio in the perfect last bite… but everything is so fresh and crisp that it really adds extra oomph to the last bite! Also had the conch fritters a few times and I love that with every bite you actually taste chunks of conch… not like other places where it’s actually a hush puppy. I think the owners are a couple and the girl is the one that takes the orders and you can tell that they are proud of the food that they create and the customer experience that they give. Last but not least… they have the most amazing hot sauce bar ever. I’m tired of going to latin places where too much black pepper is «spicy» — Pescados Unidos is not messing around with this selection. Scotch bonnet, habanero, ghost… you name it… the bottle’s right there on the counter. I also grab some sauce containers and make my own combos. I can still feel the burnnnnn!
