So I recently made the mistake of ordering a pizza from this location rather than picking it up myself bc apparently delivering a hot pizza, intact is not their thing. My completely destroyed $ 20 pizza arrives and the driver practically throws the collapsed pizza box at me and runs off. I actually stopped him to tip for the delivery… I should have checked the contents of the box first. When I called to let them know that my pizza was inedible they offered NO apologies and told me «that happened bc the pizza was hot» as if this is the first time I’ve ever ordered a hot pizza?!? The person on the phone was smug and didn’t give a damn. Don’t order pizza for delivery from here… Just go get your crappy service in person.

I don’t even want to write my usual full review ! We stopped here after the Pearl Jam concert. We figured that we could not go wrong with pizza… boy were we wrong ! We ordered a Margherita Pizza — 30 minutes later we were handed a cheese pizza. Upon inquiry, we were told that it was the same thing. Well, every other pizza place seems to think it has basil and tomato. They«obliged us» and threw on 3 huge basil leaves and 12 pieces of diced tomato. I love pizza. I’ve always said I could live off of pizza. I forced 1 slice, of what tasted like government issued school lunch pizza and left the rest. I think we threw out half of that pizza. NEVERAGAIN!

Good, non-greasy pizza with a variety of flavors/toppings. I’ve only ordered pizza by the slice. They’re pretty large and cut into 6 pieces. I am a petite female so I’m pretty satisfied after 3 – 4 pieces, but for some reason, when I eat with my best friend, I can eat a lot more. So I actually ate half the thin crust pepperoni and 2⁄3 of the chicken Parmesan. I’ve tried these and they are listed in order of favorite to least: — chicken Parmesan — 4 cheese — BBQ chicken — thin crust pepperoni(the cheese on this tastes different) It seems like all the poor reviews are based on the delivery service. I stopped in to order, waited 4 mins for the pizza to be reheated, then walked upstairs and nommed away. No issues. So if you plan to order delivery, I’d advise planning ahead of time and order at least an hour before you plan to get hungry. Cmon’ people, we live in Miami, know that traffic sucks, and food delivery as well as other types of delivery usually never arrive on time. Think ahead and maybe you’ll enjoy the Rustica. I will definitely be back.

They sent me the wrong delivery. I went to go pick up the«fixed» pizza to save time and I ordered it well done and made it very clear i wanted it well done. The pizza is barely even cooked it is terrible. Call pucci’s down the street. Way better.

I ordered pizza for delivery. Overall, the pizza just wasn’t very good. Maybe it was an off night for them. But I will not be ordering pizza from them again. There are better pizza places out there.

After waiting over a hour for my delivery, I received a cold pizza, a warm Greek salad, and a Sierra Mist instead of a Mountain Dew. The whole experience made me question my sanity and my life. What a waste of $ 30. Went right in the trash.

my order took over an hour to get here when I was told it be delivered in 44 minutes! when we finally get pizza driver must have tipped box over as all ingredients were on one side! when I call to speak to manager she says she can replace it but it would take another hour! why would I wait another hour for a mistake on their part!!! never ordering from here again!

The first Pizza I ordered here was amazing… that was 2 years ago. Since then it has been a progressive road downhill. I remember when the Caprese was actually a Caprese pizza… now its a cheese pizza with globs of Mozzarella. The BBQ was a think crust BBQ pizza… now its a grease ball full of crap that falls off once you pick up a slice. If there was a management change, bring back the first manager. If there was a cook that left, offer him a higher salary. I see only one direction for this place.

Very very disappointed today I have the worst experience ever I place two Pizza orders so they told me is going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour which is normal so one hour pass so I called them and the lady she answer she said the road was closed and they just open it and the driver should be there shortly so another 15 minutes pass the driver still not here so I call back and I ask to tell me exactly how long is going to takes she told me two minutes so after five minutes the pizza arrived and was really cold and when I took slice I found a hair in the middle of the slice and that’s really disgusting so I thru the 2 pizza order in the garbage because this’s the worst ever and I will never going to order from there anymore.

The margarita pizza was delicious! And the owner and employees were all very kind. We got the margarita in the 18″ and it was huge for just two people. We could only eat two slices. It’s good for maybe three or four people. Delicious nonetheless

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option but I can’t. I ordered through Seamless Web around 11 pm tonight and got a call ANHOURLATER that they couldn’t deliver my food. And a simple«sorry» from the person who called. No offer to make it up, no explanation other than«we were really busy». Of course by the time they called all my other food options were closed. So unprofessional. If you want your food to actually arrive, choose another place. I see they have less than three stars on here so now I know never to give them another shot.

The pizza is fresh if you order to go or delivery. I like how that have lots of toppings to choose from. Its literally right down the street from me, so luckily delivery is fast. Or i walk to pick up an order. I always order a personal size, never the ones sitting in the window. I dont care to pay extra for a bigger personal pizza size, but I want my pizza fresh, not sitting in a window all day. When I order fresh, I have had no complaints.

This place has a great product. The staff they hire is atrocious. Distracted, unhappy, miserable. The chicken parm panini is the best thing. Delicious crispy bread and cheesy parm saucy goodness. The pizza is okay. It’s open late and is easy to access.

Negative Synergy … That’s where the whole is worth less than the sum of its parts… Sometimes, just sometimes, if you eat-in, you can get a decent pizza. After all they use great ingredients. But, you need to know how to put them all together. You need to have a feel and a sense of composition and preparation when putting a great pizza together. Like an artist. Ordered 3 pizzas the other night — one gluten-free. It took an hour to arrive(driver was lost), the dough was like cardboard and all three pizzas were covered with raw red onion(which none of us likes on our pizza). An a positive note– We complained and the owner took the charge off our credit card. Rated only ONE star, but the owner earned himself second star with his gesture. We will give him another chance sometime.

I order delivery from the website all the time. I’ve tried almost all the flavors of their pizza. My favorites are the supreme and chicken puttanesca pizza. You can order half and half which is perfect for me. They use excellent materials for their toppings, and they don’t skimp, which makes them stand out from the competition to me. Delivery is approximately what the website says it’s going to be. The nutella pizza tastes pretty great. It could use more nutella though, some places it was spread a little thin.

Decided to order in some food to calm my appetite and found Pizza Rustica near my area. I have eaten at pizza Rustica a couple of times but never ordered in. The delivery was actually not too long, 30 – 45 minutes as promised. I was a bit hesitant from reading previous reviews of them being very late but thankfully had no issues. . For the pizza itself, I ordered an 18″ Rustica pizza without the artichokes. The pizza was not bad but it was a bit salty. I probably won’t order that particular pizza again from that location but might try out a different one IF in the near future I decide to order again from there.

I may be the last person in the 305 to experience one of the Pizza Rusticas around town, but I cured that today. This location is located on the ground floor of the back(NE3rd Ave) side of the 50 Biscayne condo tower. It’s a tiny space, with no indoor seating. There are several tables outside on the sidewalk. WARNING: They are so wobbly that I half expected to spot a candid camera hidden around somewhere, ready to catch me with a lap full of pizza and soda. Looking at the menu, I guess that for Pizza Rustica fans it’s all about the toppings. I wanted to taste what the underlying pizza was like, so I ordered a Margherita slice. The slice, as delivered, is the signature square shape, and of a modestly large size. If there was any basil, It was hidden. The crust was very thin, and very soft, without being delicate like an authentic Neapolitan pizza crust made with Italian 00 flour. I did detect some tomato sauce, although without much flavor. The«cheese» was almost totally flavorless! It really reminded me of the«pizza» that I’ve had at events in convention centers at events. You know, where you eat the godawful concession food because you can’t take time to leave. Maybe one notch above that, so I’ll give two stars. Maybe it’s outstanding covered with toppings. The counter service was fine. Of the four pizzas I’ve had #DWNTWN in the past year, this one is at the bottom of the standings.

It’s been a long time since I had to drop the one star, but isn’t there a saying that even bad pizza is still pizza? That’s what I thought. So, even though I wasn’t jazzed when I walked in, I took a gamble(and lost) because of my short lunch break and the fact that I was with co-workers who said, ehh, let’s just go for it. I definitely think that the only way this place could get a good review if the fact that it’s open late and most people are drunk when consuming this sad pizza. On three different slices from three different pizzas, there was hardly any tomato sauce. Two of our slices were so undercooked, that we could finish them, Me? Not finished pizza? It’s unheard of people. I purchase $ 2 Totino’s pizzas from Publix! Which are usually skimpy pizzas with no toppings, but hey, I’m not paying $ 6 for toppings, am I? My other problem is that since dieting, my co-workers and I don’t even order pizza that often and this was supposed to be a real treat for a pizza lunch break. They were equally disappointed, sadly. Raul didn’t even ride the pole on the Metromover on the way back to the office, he was so down. I have been to other PRs, but yes, usually drunk and late night. Sober? Stay away from this spot, until they can get it together. I feel bad for dropping the one star, because I usually am generous, but *Eek! Me thinks not.* is the only way I can describe my feelings for my lunch today.
