Unfortunately this store leaves a lot to be desired in customer service. I walked in and out of the 4 adults there only one greeted me. Mayda looked at me with a flat affect and then looked back to whatever she was doing sitting at a desk. Then when I asked for help for my boxes for the thick tape since I didn’t have any available — the gentle man was about to help me. And the younger woman said«these packages are ready to ship. But next time you have to get them ready before you come here». And I said«I’m sorry I didn’t have any tape». Then comes the owner Mayda in such a flat affect, and nasty attitude and states«what she means is that you have to tape your own boxes because we can’t provide tape for everybody». I said«I understand, I just didn’t have any at this time.» Then she replied«you can go next door to buy tape before you come» while swinging her arm and pointing towards the Sergio’s restaurant. Which I highly doubt that they sell tape there. I said«ok thank you». She was right that it is a business and she has to make money. She is also right that she is not the provider of tape for return boxes. She was right that she is not a charity business to supply tape to the poor. She is right that she has the right to refuse to tape my boxes. However, for a piece of tape her business will not go bankrupt, her business will not go broke, her tape will not run out. If she would of charged me for the tape I would of gladly have paid the charge for the tape. I would not have minded paying a fee for taping boxes. A business is a business, they can charge whatever they want on whatever service they provide. HOWEVER, There is a better way to speaking to customers. She could of chosen better mannerisms to speak to me. Better tone of voice and better facial expressions. I have been going there for years, I have spent a lot of money on passport pictures, sending care packages. And none of those times did she act the way she acted today. Today on my birthday– for a piece of tape I was treated so bad. I have to write this so I hope these people change their attitudes to treat customers better. What happened in their life for her to treat me so bad? I rarely write 1 star reviews because it is a persons’ business. Specially a locally owned business. But this place was so negative that I am writing this soon after leaving that store. Definitely never going there again for any services that I may need in the future.

Nice !! Very helpful and polite ! I loved that and the prices not bad at all !! My #1 destination when it comes to Shipping /Printing /Packing and etc … Awesome !!!
