This Publix is signficantly larger than my favorite(Publix in The Crossings) abd about three times bigger than the one off of Killian and 120th. It must be this large because it is located on 88 street Kendall Drive and services thousands of Kendall residents. As a result, it is usually VERY busy. But is also has a much larger selection of EVERYTHING and a higher turnover rate ensuring product freshness. The staff have worked there for many years. I enjoy seeing the same Butcher(he’s very nice) every time I shop. The Produce gentleman is also a sweetheart. The cashiers are always pleasant too. At first glance this Publix appears to be like any other. But I’ve spent quite a bit of time there to notice that this location carries many more items than other locations. Take a look in the disposables aisle, for example. They have just about every size, shape and color paper/plastic plates, cutlery, cups, napkins and more. They have a big section just for party paper goods. The International /Specialty foods section is an entire aisle, and a long one at that! Here you’ll find all kinds of exotic foods. I’ve spotted some Jamaican Ackee(SOMEONE out there must like the stuff, right?), Canned lychees, curries, thai ingredients, so much more. Throughout the store you’ll find lots of Organic, Gluten-Free and/or Vegan items. I love the produce department here. When in season, they have funky looking grapes called«Witch’s Fingers», growing quickly in popularity so you might see them at other stores too. They have A LOT of veggies and greens to choose from, not just the regular, boring stuff. I saw Organic Rainbow Chard today. It is so pretty. The produce is always fresh. Restrooms are located up front to the right of the Customer Service counter… and they’re always clean. :) Be on the look out for their weekly ad. Publix often offers a $ 50 Gas Gift Card deal for $ 10 off when you purchase $ 50 in groceries.

Lines are bad and cashiers are very rude. I have never seen a manager there. Their bakery doesn’t measure up to a lot of the other Publix stores. The Deli is absolutely terrible. The parking lot entrance is very unsafe and the lot is very unclean.

Publix is def. a pleasure to shop at they are always clean and there very friendly and helpful if you are looking for something and cannot find it. I also found out that they can order stuff for you that you might not be able to find in there aisles. For instance they dont sell white frosted oreos in the counter but they did make an order for me and picked it up when it arrived lol. They also seperate there organic produce from the non-organic produce(which is a plus) they also have there own organic publix brand food which is great!!! They sell boars head deli meat which i find better tasting then many other brands a little pricey but if you are a sandwich lover then you def. must try it out my favorite is the honey maple turkey breast sooooo yummy!!! They also have an ethnic section and there own bakery with lots of pastries. i love to buy Jamaican soda which in most grocery stores they do not sell it(Ting) the lines are quick and they help you to your car… Where you shopping is def a pleasure…

My ice cream melted the lines are so slow. Just add a couple of cashiers during busy time. Grocery 101.

This is a Publix, but it stands above most others. It is very clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. Many a conversation or random puns have been had with the cashiers and they’re always willing to sell you a Lotto ticket(you won’t win, but still!) I do tend to stay away from the flowers, they have never lasted more than two days. If you want flowers, the ones sold on the street always last a long time! Or head to Trader Joe’s. Publix is also doing a good job now stocking more healthy and organic options in the fresh produce section as well as frozen. Keep it up!

This Publix is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the lines are never long at the register. Compared to the three other Publix stores within minutes of this location, it’s at the bottom of my list. This store is half the size of the others with a much smaller, crowded parking lot. Still a great store for a quick grocery run, but if you want a better parking lot situation and a greater variety of organic foods, check out the location on 120th street and 127th ave.

Parking sucks and getting out sucks. It’s like all the other publix but getting out is horrible and It feels alittle dirty compare to the other publix. Parking is just not a good situation, going up a hill to turn onto 88th at the top. Other then that I prefer the publix in the crossing and on 120th.

Compared to other Publix Supermarkets, this one tends to be dirtier and never has enough cashiers. Long lines combined with express Lane being closed frequently equals a sub par experience. I recommend you go to the Publix on 120th Street and 127th Avenue instead.

I love my Publix. It’s clean, organized, well stocked and loaded. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is true what they say: Publix — «Where Shopping is a Pleasure».

I always come here for grocery. It’s not the greatest place on earth but it gets the job done. Customer service is mediocre and the prices are above avg.

The times I have been here, I’ve been able to find what I was looking for and be out of there within 15 – 20 minutes. SCORE! When I do my grocery shopping, I’m focused and just want to get out of there so it’s great that the lines move pretty quickly(I have been around 6pm on a weekday and early afternoon on a weekday as well). Customer service is meh. I’ve seen better customer service at other Publix but it’s not so terribly to take off 2 stars. For a quick grocery run, this is your place

I understand that you cannot expect a lot from a supermarket but for me, this Publix is a hit or miss. Sometimes I have a great experience here: I found what I need, the customer service is on point, and the lines are not long. Then there are the times I come here and it is one big miss: I find absolutely nothing that I need, employees are rude, and the lines are easily 10 people deep. The only reason why I keep coming here is because this is my closest Publix and the others one close to me are worse, in my opinion
