It was late and nothing else was open, so I came here and struggled to pick something off the menu that looked appetizing and wasn’t smothered in the gross, stoneresque mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese, and crushed potato chips that apparently comes with all of the menu items. It was my lucky day: despite the picture of the parillada on Unilocal having none of said mixture, it looked like I got extra helpings of it. It was one of the most revolting things I’ve ever eaten and made me sick to my stomach. But I’m guessing Venezuelan cuisine as a whole rather than this particular establishment is at fault

The star rating is based on the food and quickness in preparation. We ordered the Pepito de Pollo and Patacon Mixto. Both were good– flavorful and bad for your waistline, exactly what food truck food should be. There was a minor mishap with trying to order online, but it was taken care of quickly. We took delivery but the eat in tables looked clean and comfortable. Recommended to get your food truck fix.

La mejor cachapa de Florida y CUIDAO sino la de Estados Unidos. Simplemente sin palabras felicito a q sabroso fast FOOD por poner en alto la comida venezolana. Me puedo comer 2, 3 sin saciarme del sabor.

DELISH! We are fans of the food truck biz and tried out Q’sabroso last week and loved it. The food was excellent and arrived warm =) My husband ate the burger and I had the Patacon de Pollo. Will def. be ordering again soon.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I ordered a pepito with my chicken and steak on the side so I could control how much goes into my pepito. Instead of them respecting my wishes, and sending the chicken and steak on the the side, they ONLY included those ingredients in the pepito. I am Venezuelan and enjoy ordering from Venezuelan places to support my own. However, I realized this was the HUGEST mistake was when I called to inquire why this had happened, and the OWNER of the place HUNGUPONME!!! He practically told me I was wrong and should be more detailed next time. For an owner to treat his CUSTOMERS in SUCH a RUDE manner is preposterous!!! I will NEVER order from there EVER again!!! and I will make sure to advise my whole family and friends against it!!! Oh and to top it ALLOFF, the cachapa was cold and STALE! who knows how long they had it sitting out!!! ugh terrible! At this point is when i noticed what kind of person he was, another Chavista looking to steal from the people! how disgusting! Since the owner doesn’t speak english, I took the time to translate my complaint to spanish, since I DO speak, not only English, but Spanish as well!

Ordered late food was good, different, very tasty. The owner which promptly delivered the order himself recommended the«Capacha Resuelta»”. It was very good. I would definitely go back to try some of their other Authentic dishes.

Chicken and beef empanadas on point. A bit sweet because it’s an arepa/empanada, different for me but delicious anyways added some of that orange sauce they always have and some hot sauce which made it ten times yummy-errr! Chicken Pepito was good and the chicken arepa was ok. I didn’t really like that I can taste curry on it. I’m not very familiar with any Hispanic culture using curry. But anyway it’s always good to try sketching new.

Ordered delivery while staying in a nearby hotel. They have an online ordering system that is mostly in Spanish. A few minutes after receiving the confirmation email, I was getting a call from the front desk, telling me my food had arrived. The service is very fast! Ordered a cachapa, an arepa, and a patacon. Received a pepito instead of the patacon. I was disappointed but it was still good. I’d never had a cachapa before but it was quite pleasant. It was subtly sweet and very cheesy. They put mustard, mayo, and ketchup on the arepa. I found that strange but not bad. The pepito had too much mayonnaise on it. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty. Would recommended, just make sure to order via phone or in person.

I’m right at this place reviewing as a write. Wanted to eat some venezuelan food and after a little Unilocaling found out that the closest thing to venezuelan food in kendall was this food truck… when we got here it took us a while to find the prices of the items, since only one of the three poster menus they have appear with the prices on it written with a sharpie, and also not all of the items they have are listed there; when we were ready to order and we approached the truck, we asked for the Bandeja para picar para dos(entry sampler for two) and the attendant that was taking our order told us that they didn’t have it at the moment, and that every item of the bandeja was sold separately. The guy which I assume was one of the owners or maybe related to the owners was kind of rude and not paying attention to us… he was taking our order with a blank stare, didn’t even greet us when we got there, and was talking over us as we ordered, to the lady that was cooking next to him in the grill. We asked for one mandioca, one empanada, two pastelitos, one cachapa with cheese, one pepito, and one canned coke… and the total was $ 33.00 dollars! …did i just got ripped off?!. Oh and one more thing they didn’t give me a receipt since the credit card payment swipe thing method it’s through the guys cell phone. To begin with the food, the filling(meat and chicken) of the pastelitos and empanadas where good, but they where overfried, the mandioca was basic, had to much harina pan(flour) i like it with more taste of the sweet plantain, the Pepito was ok but had more sauces and potato than meat and the bread was too thick, and the Chachapa was not bad but they served it to me in a pool of water from the cheese, they could at least drain it before taking it to the table. I mean the food was ok, more like basic, not worth all that money!!! especially if you are sitting in a plastic chair next to the high way and receive mediocre customer service, it doesn’t matter if it’s a food truck! I expect some kind of gratitude if I’m spending my money at your establishment and that is called good customer service. It’s clearly that this Food Truck has such good reviews because of the lack of Venezuelan food in the Kendall area… It’s a lesson for me to learn that if I crave Venezuelan cuisine I must go to Doral! Will not be coming back.

I’m from Venezuela and not even in my country have i had Cachapas so sublime! When i first read the reviews before going, i thought that people were exaggerating about the taste and quality of the Cachapas, but this food truck completely blew me away! I tried a little bit of everything and it was pretty well. I’m always picky about Tequeños, but these were actually good. Nice hot dogs, and the Empanadas are tasty but not my favorite(It’s just a matter of taste, because I’m a fan of the thin, kind of sweet empanadas type, but my wife loved them –She’s American-). I tried Patacon for the first time ever, and liked it. Super tasty pork. I will definitely go back. One of the best places to have delicious venezuelan food. My mouth waters as i write this review. Congratulations guys. And props to the Mom, who’s the one doing all the hard work and the cooking over there!

The delivery is quick, that’s about it. The food is nasty, meat is cafeteria surprise and fries are stupid greasy. EDIT: Soon after I posted the former review, I got this message from someone that I guess works here: «For your review of: Q’ Sabroso Fast Food Thats really funny because we didn’t do any deliveries, and we have 7 excellent reviews and you come to say that? Hahahaha in which food truck do you work at?» is where I order from(and have done so twice) So either someone is making food that looks very similar and is using their name, or you guys are also just pricks for commenting back at me in such a stupid manner. No i don’t run a food truck, I’m a born and raised Venezuelan that knows what good food is. If my orders were mishaps then that was a case of crappy timing, but after such a stupid reaction on your part, You’ve officially lost a costumer and the five other people I’ve already recommended eating from there. Seriously, you get 7 good reviews and one bad one means you can talk that way to a two time costumer? Get your priorities straight.

OMFriiginG!!! This food truck is just what the title implies!!! I’m so mad at myself that I have been ignoring this food truck when I come to this plaza to get my daughter’s hair done. I typically do not do reviews from the first visit being that I like to feel the place out whether it’s the product or service, but I was just truly amazed on how good the food was! PERIOD!!! Lol! I was actually going downstairs to a little café because the little one said she was hungry when I saw the truck. I said to myself it won’t hurt to give them a try. I ordered the Patacones with Carne(Fried plantain with steak, like a sandwich) and a Chicha(like a rice pudding smoothie to say). I’m familiar with hispanic food, but did not have good experience with Venezuelan food before so I was crossing my fingers lol. When I took the sip of my Chicha, I was like alright, this is tight. When I made it back upstairs to open the food up everyone was like dang that smells good. My friend also said that their burgers are delicious. I took one bite and my eyes just rolled back lol. That ish was so darn good! I actually did not want to share with the baby so I went back down to get her something else. She stole my chicha as well lol. So before we left I went back and ordered another Chicha and the Cachapa with Carne(Sweet Corn Tortilla with cheese and steak). Man, this was it! That was one of THEE best Cachapa I’ve had! I’ve had all types of Patacones and Cachapas and they were not so good. But this place, is THEE place for good, fast Venezuelan food! Most def worth the commute and I’m a big fan! Get there early or a little late for it gets packed and they stay open late until 2a I believe on Fridays and Saturdays. The guy also told me they take call orders as well. Most definitely worth a try if you’re in this area.

I died and went to Cachapa heaven! Never have I had a cachapa better than this one. This is Venezuelan fast food at its best. I realize there is a ton of options perhaps closer to you but these guys who park their mobile trailer in front of tamiami airport offer some pretty legit stuff. They’re located in a strip mall on the eastside of 137 past 130 St that’s shared with another food truck(Colombian) I don’t even bother to venture and see what they offer is how good this truck full of Venezuelan goodness prepares. Some of the items I’ve had is the Cachapa Resuelta, empanas, arepas and tequeños. I’ve all over(including Venezuela) and haven’t had anything better than this. Do your Venezuelan food cravings a favor and sink your chompers on something that quite possibly will leave you addicted. (btw, did mention they make their sauces in-house)

So I’ve been trying a lot of Venezuelan food lately(thanks to my love), and this is hands down the best cachapa I’ve EVER had and he agrees! They set up tables in the parking lot and it’s great to sit out there on a cool night… we watched a beautiful sunset with our delicious food! I highly recommend this food truck!!!
