Rocha By Yadira

Very disappointed. I made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning for 10 am. When I get there at 9:45 Yadira tells me she cannot attend to a walk in because she is very busy. I explained to her I had made an appointment. The appointment did not show up on her system. Yadira then asked me to go through my phone and tell her what day of the week did I call. I found that kind of offensive, since now I believe she’s questioning me. I showed her I had called on Thursday. She asked me to come back at 1:00. I have rearranged my morning and afternoon to come back to the salon at 1:00. As I got in the car at 12:40 I called to verify since I don’t live close.
Now she tells me come in at 3! Mind you I had made it clear to her I was going to change my day around and I could come during the week. She assured me to be there at 1 and that I would be taken care of. HA! What a joke
Yadira went on making excuses for the incident and I told her not to worry that I was going to write a review and let our community know how it is she runs her business. She then went on to advise me that what ever wrong I do by writing a poor review for her God will return the bad to me.
The only God I have ever know is one of discipline, truth and love.
What lack of consideration. I’m so disappointed!
I truly don’t recommend this salon.

Yadira is one of a kind! I have never left feeling anything less than amazing! I have been looking for a hairstylist for over year since moving to Miami from NY. so trust me when I say she is great! She recently moved to a new location and it is every females dream!
