I first began going to runway when it first began in Tamiami Airport i loveddd the vibe because it was outside and the food was amazinggggg!!! They now moved to Doral where there is more room to dance and socialize in a more comfortable setting because they have now tables with v.i.p. service. They also have a stage where performers can now sing live. They also have the best djs spining including Walshy. The ppl are friendly and the breeze that comes in is amazing with the smell of the carribean food that is cooking on the grill. They only one thing i can say that i do not like is that they have porta potty. Women do not have 2 pay 2 get in but men must pay $ 10 after midnight. It def. is a must 2 check out if you want a little carribean flavor for your friday night u it is a must come and check it out i might see u there.

Been coming here for years!!! Runway first started off in Kendall in Tamiami airport. Now that was a great time. It was all out in the open with great food and island music. It was a perfect place on a Friday night to just hang with some old friends, get some good jerk chicken and wine(the dance… not the actual drink) That came to an end and was moved to Krome avenue… same scene almost same crowd but not the same vibe. Once again that came to an end and moved to Doral. I love it… vibe is back and so is the same crowd… you bump into devoted followers back from the Tamiami days… again great music delicious food and great friends. It’s the perfect place to hang and eat some jerk chicken(my favorite) on a friday night.

Tried to go to the Jerk and Seafood Fest at their Doral location 3635NW78 Ave, when we got to the door the Bozo(oops I meant bouncer) checks our ID and proceeds to frisk me.(Its then I realize that I forgot to leave my pocket knife in the car, the one I carry with me everywhere.) I apologize to the gentleman and tell him I’ll go drop it off at the car. He then takes it from my hand and says that I’ll get it back when I leave. I have never in my life heard this policy from anyone. I again tell him that I rather leave it in the car and he tells me that if I take it to the car I can leave with it. I then tell him that its a $ 90 knife and what guarantee do I have that the knife will be there when I get back. He tells me don’t worry he’ll be there. Rather than trust the guy with my personal property we decided to leave. What gives them the right to take my property. What if he decided to stab somebody with it and then return it to me. That would then make me guilty of stabbing somebody, just because I left my knife with someone I don’t know. Sorry but HELLNO! Not gonna happen.

I actually like this location better because of the space. It’s the same venue with the same music and the same crowd, but this one is much better and it’s open LATE! don’t have to be out by midnight!
