Exceptional dining experience. All the way around. Food was delicious. In particular the sea bass, Brussels sprouts and dumpling appetizers were yum! Bit pricey but waterfront and general ambience is worth it.

Celebrated my wife’s 35th birthday yesterday Sunday, 17 January 2016 as I read so many reviews I cannot agree with all of them I can only express my first visit to this restaurant was an amazing experience from the food to the drinks we shortly arrived at 1:30PM and was seated right away party of 12 everything was excellent from the food to the music to the servers the only reason why didn’t give it five stars because I had to keep asking for them to bring my drinks but overall I was very satisfied so was my party and the birthday girl feel special. Thank you we will be coming back.

The worst place ever! We got there and they treated us like we were trash! Never again do not go to this place it is the worst! We go to very upscale restaurants all the time and I have never felt like I have not wanted to come back! I will never go back they are horrible!

What great service! We ordered bottles of wine and the waiters were always refilling our glasses at the perfect time. My glass was never completely empty nor did I ever have to ask for it to be filled. The mozzarella balls paired with the jam were extremely delicious! With so many delicious appetizers and wine, I opted for a healthier entrée and really enjoyed my salad. Very cool atmosphere. Beautiful view of the bay!

Excellent!!! It’s a beautiful place for a very nice dinner. My only comment would be about the valet though. You are basically paying them to park your car in the lot for you. The lot however is a block or so away. There really is no convenience as you will get wet if it’s raining, etc.

Came on Saturday at 2pm for the brunch party. Apparently it’s only on Sunday’s after 3:30pm. I wasn’t told that over the phone when I specifically asked. Disappointed for the wrong answers

William; the host — amazing. Vibe — great… Actually pretty special. Not famous… Treat like shit. Really terrible. I hate this fakeness; these wanna be friends of famous people. You aren’t fabulous… You are not a friend of the famous person. You are a server/waiter/door-person. They don’t know your name, nor do they give a toss about you, at all. Food — Nothing is available… Why? Did maria order it all just to throw it in the river… The river I can’t see from our table inside. Drinks — so far so amazing. Pretty nice. Hmmm. Let’s see how the food goes… Average at best. Presentation… Boo. The sides were nice. Who would’ve thought. The sides… Lmao. $ 15 for a side. $ 49 for a entre and it was uninspiring. We are waiting for more water… 1 hour after leaving an empty glass. Really… It’s 105f outside. Get me some water! Please! Albie — the door man finally came by to check on us… With a shot. Nice. But too little too late. This place need a gordon Ramsey make over ASAP! Oh yeah… Aussies DONT order an espresso martini. They don’t know that means. I don’t expect this place to be cool for too much longer. Not even the famous singer knew she was actually here as she was ushered through in dark glasses as her agent yelled demands for a river side seat and champagne. My thoughts… Don’t bother!!! Go to the falafel place on 10th over this Gaga has been!

Pedimos pratos com frutos do mar e acafrao, muitas cascas e quase nenhuma carne. Perguntei pela lagosta, o garçon disse que a casca da lagosta era apenas para dar sabor. Pagamos e fomos jantar novamente em outro restaurante.

Was there last night and all was good as far as the service and food quality I don’t give it 5 stars because it was very expensive compare to its pears and the valet parking was a joke It was raining and I had to drop people off at the curb in the rain and the drive ½ block to leave the car while the valet staff was nicely dry under a Giant umbrella and then walk back in the rain to meet my guest, what king of bull is that from a restaurant that charges $ 50 per plate ? Then at the end after leaving $ 490 for diner I had to walk back in the rain and get my car back to pick up the people I left INTHERAIN in front of the restaurant. I think the owners have to change this And this is not a kids place at all so please treat your guess like adults.

One of the best kept secrets in town. The location is a bit off the grid but the food, atmosphere and clientele make it all worth the drive. Because of the diversity of the area, it was hard to understand my waiter! However, it all worked out. You must order their tres leche dessert, best in town!

A must if you visit Miami, Fl. My first time to SeaSpice was Fourth of July weekend, which I heard was great, always good food and fun. The place had a buzzing atmosphere and busy, probably not what you expect for a Sunday! It will be exactly what you want though! The food was perfect, modest portions and speedy service which always makes for a better evening. The drinks were equally as delightful! My friends and I had nothing but positive vibes and things to say!

I came to Seaspice with my office for lunch during Miami Spice. I made the reservation for the office, and made a note on Open Table that we were coming for the Miami Spice lunch menu. When we were seated, however, we weren’t given that menu and had to wait for them to bring some to our table. I’ve heard that Seaspice is a little on the snooty side as far as service goes, but I was trying to keep an open mind since we really wanted to have lunch along the Miami River. Meh. Our waiter was not attentive at all, and seemed disinterested the entire time. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and looks like it would be very romantic in the evening for a date night. From the spice menu: Hearts of Palm Salad– This was my appetizer, and I enjoyed it. It was very light and had an interest combination of flavors and textures. It could have used a little more acid, but it was a good way to start. Vichyssoise– I stole a few bites of soup from the others at the table and immediately wished I ordered this instead of my salad. My salad was good, but this was great! It was creamy without being too heavy. Snapper– Big let down. my fish was dry and really needed salt. Also, my avocado was hard as a rock and basically inedible. Tres Leches– Yum! I’m normally not a huge fan of tres leches, but I really liked this. The fruit was a nice balance as well. Orange Almond Butter Cake– Everyone else ordered this. It was also a very good dessert(even though I preferred the tres leches), and it had a nice orange flavor that wasn’t too overpowering. I could see myself coming back to Seaspice for drinks to enjoy the view, but I think the food can be hit or miss and the service needs a complete overhaul.

We were 4 arriving in boat for a couple dinner and was expecting an expensive night with a few wines like Caymus, Cakebread, Joseph Phelps, etc in the $ 100 — $ 160 range based on reviews I read here. When I was given the wine list I realized they had most of those wines and many others as well but the prices weren’t close to that, as its right now you either buy a wine you don’t like for around $ 80-$ 100 or get the one you like at a price you don’t want to pay $ 160-$ 800. This comment was accurately agreed by the sommelier of the place Diego, who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about wines. The second obstacle was the wine’s glasses, they only have glasses appropriate for Pinot Noir, Shiraz, whites and low end reds, so even if I was willing to expend $ 300+ in a bottle of wine I wouldn’t have the required Bordeaux glasses… I ended up getting an average+ bottle of Napanock 2011 for $ 165. The services by Diego and Patricio was superior, the view is great and the food was well elaborate. If you are not to exquisite about wine and like good food, I’ll recommend this place. As for me and my wine we’ll pass on it until they add some mid-range wines($ 60-$ 150) and have adequate wine’s glasses…

Tried SeaSpice twice during lunch using the pre fixe Miami Spice menu. Let me begin by saying that the food was excellent. Both times I ordered the same thing for a first course: crudite salad. The crudite salad looked completely different on both days. The first time it was very small and the second time, it was almost overflowing out of the bowl. The same thing happened to my friend whom I dined with both times. She ordered the yellowtail snapper main course. The first day it was served on a plate, second time it was served in an edible bowl. The inconsistency in the kitchen, I felt was worth noting in this review. It almost left me feeling like I had been shortchanged on my first visit. The view and décor — over the top amazing! Dining while seeing huge barges, yachts and tugboats right next to you leaves you breathless. The décor is bright and airy. The service, on the other hand, needs to be improved. They aren’t friendly or welcoming, and almost make you feel bad for asking for anything; 99% of the employees we encountered were this way. We only found one server that treated us nicely. Also, the servers were pretty consistent in their attire: pressed white button down shirts and jeans or khaki pants… very neatly dressed, except for one female server who was wearing extremely short and inappropriate khaki boy shorts to work. The shorts were so short and revealed so much, it would make Hooters’ servers jealous. For a restaurant that clearly wants you to feel that you are dining with the elite, it really needs to work on the staff. I’ve paid much more in nicer restaurants and have been treated better. On top of the superior and snobbish attitude, the service was so slow. Every other first course at my table came out before mine and another friend’s salad which came out 20 minutes later. The same occurred during the main course and for dessert, which somehow took the longest. We spent a total of two hours and twenty minutes dining in a restaurant that was not even half full. I hope that the owner is able to correct the many issues that exist among all of his staff, from the hosts, to the servers to the kitchen because outside of the staff, SeaSpice has everything going for it.

Never Trust a restaurant that adds 18% Gratuity to eevry table regardless of size. Waitstaff onlbviousky know they are getting tipped regardless. What a Waste of a huge potential, this place could be so nice but they essentially have everything wrong. Over staffed their was more wait staff then people, but still had bad service. Outrageously over priced for this area, your better off going to South Beach or an ocean front restaurant and would have a much better experience.

If you are looking for a good posh dining experience by the water this is the right spot. This restaurant located on the Miami river, good is grade A quality and drinks are made to order at your request and to perfection. I needed some sea air to clear my head a stiff drink and some good food for my hearts. I came here and found everything that I was hoping for. They have a very beautifully decorated venue very polished and refined. As you enter you will see a gorgeous chandelier in a very refined nautical way. I personally was captivated by the long curtains in Navy blue and silver diving the inner aspect of the restaurant and the outside terrace. I quickly made my self to the bar to pick up a drink or two until my table was available. I ordered a glass or Santa Margarita which fallowed by my rum & Coke. I was quickly lead to my chair outside by the pretty boats docked and the nice salty breeze coming from the east. This place has a great vibe, a lot of celebs and gorgeous models come to hang out and bask in the refine atmosphere. Fresh seafood and quick service. Everyone is very personable. They have great lamb. To be specific Australian lamb, meaty, very flavorful, beautifully presented with a quinoa crusted with a light onion jam. The octopus is amazing as well with fresh herbs, lemon zest. I was really impress with the place. It was a while since i wanted to try it out but was never brought. I am looking to back pretty soon. I really appreciate that even though boats were docking and orders were escalating and people kept arriving, I still got my meal within reasonable time, my check when I asked for it and I didn’t feel neglected the entire night. Which is good considering how some restaurants exclude single diners onto a corner and get them out as soon as they finish. I enjoyed my experience highly.

Adorei!!! E saladinha e aspargos! Tava incrivel! Ahhh vale ressaltar, o garçom indicou o dove fish para mim. Acabei aceitando a sugestão! Acompanhava risoto de trufas! Estava bom mas nada de demais sabe? O prato custou 80 dólares!!! Por isso esse lugar darei 4 estrelas e não 5.

No. This place is not a 3.5 star place. Absolutely NOT. It is 5-star. Sorry but I am QUITE familiar with the Miami food/brunch/nightlife/you get the picture/«scene». I lived in Miami for 5 years and believe me, I have done and seen it all when it comes to dining or going«out» in Miami/Miami Beach. This place has changed the game. First of all, it’s in the middle of legit NOWHERE. Taking a taxi there was shocking as when we pulled up I was sure that it was not the right address. We were reassured that it was by the velvet rope and bouncer at the door. Ahh, of course. It wouldn’t be a «scene» type of restaurant without those two elements. We made reservations like a week or two in advance and they easily accommodated 2 additional guests that we had joining us. We did have to wait about 30 minutes but we were on this big plush bed so we didn’t mind waiting at all. I absolutely love the décor and VIEW. Yes, it’s not of the greatest water ever, but it’s still better than what restaurants are in existence today in Miami. It’s still a unique view. Yes douchey men will pull up on yachts which makes no sense because the dock isn’t even big enough for most of them and it just looks so out of character compared to the other restaurants and empty warehouses in the area. I’d say if you are thinking of boating here, don’t do it. It looks tacky and douchey. This isn’t the south of France, it’s downtown Miami. I digress. Anyways, we were all starving so we ordered immediately. We ordered the king crab, the pasta with king crab, and the risotto. The best out of the 3 was the king crab in itself. The worst out of the 3 was the risotto(but it still wasn’t bad). Service? Terrible. Forget the food, forget the terrible service, let’s talk about the ambiance! Suuuure you came to Seaspice for the food(uhhhh no?) Yes, the food is good. I will give them that, but, the real attraction of this restaurant is the brunch scene. This Place Gets Wild. You will likely see celebrities(okay maybe just some real housewives ones but whatever, I’m trying to explain the ambiance) and really old guys with really young girls. Hey, it’s Miami! Don’t be surprised. You will see every type of plastic surgery job that is in existence and girls dressed to the 9’s for a simple brunch. Again, it’s Miami. The bar scene is pretty busy in itself but people also dance at their tables and the whole place is just a party. So it’s not bad if you can’t get a reservation and you just go for drinks at the bar. There will likely be someone playing the bongos and getting the party started and there will definitely be a DJ playing some really great music. The music was a mix of everything. We Had A Ball. +Make reservations for outside because the inside doesn’t get as wild(unless you want to be more tame, then I would suggest to sit inside) +Make reservations far in advance and go with more than just 2 people +Stop hating on this place and just know what you are expecting when you go there!!! This place is really awesome.

I hadnt been back to SeaSpice since the days of SeaSalt when you couldn’t even get a table because they were so overbooked. We came in on a Friday after work and I was happy to walk in and not see the place overly crowded. We were able to get a table right away. I recommend where the bar is located so you have more of a happy hour ambiance. If you like more solitude, you can make ur way to the end of the restaurant and sit by the water. The miami river water that is. We ordered some cocktails that were pretty great but priced at $ 18 each, you can see where it’s easy to rack up the bill. We got hungry and ordered some bites. The thin crust pizza was nice along with the pear gorgonzola and truffle ravioli. The space is decorated nicely, great for parties or events and large group accommodations. I love how you can pull up in your boat or yacht. But like I mentioned earlier, this is the miami river not south beach. Our tab was ridiculously overpriced if you ask me. That was my only caveat with this place. Perhaps there should be a happy hour menu or something more enticing to return. We blew $ 155 on 4 cocktails and two apps. Service was attentive.

Ambiente delicioso, trilha sonora super bem selecionada!
