I ordered delivery from this place thinking it was another place(I know, I know the names were very close), and the food was extremely bland. I ordered chicken pad-see-eww and it didn’t taste like the chicken pad see ew I’ve had many many times before in other place(I.e. In Thailand, & other Thai restaurants for that matter). So If you’re looking for authentic Thai food I don’t think this is the place, the food was just plain bland. The delivery time was very prompt and I also ordered spring rolls and those were fine.

Siam palace provides really tasty and delicious food, i have tried both of their thai n sushi items, and i found their thai food really really tasty. I have ordered online twice from siam palace and was not disappointed at all both the times as the food quality was really good along with the taste. Tasted BBQ Beef Satey, Chicken masaman curry and few rolls. Price wise, i got discount boh the times, so it was okay. Otherwise its a bit costly but can afford it for the taste. I recommend it strongly(Y)

I really don’t understand why so many people are giving this place negative feeback because this is one of the best sushi and Thai restaurants that I have been too. Having lived in Los Angeles where everything was Multicultural I can tell you that this one is one of the best in South Florida, hands down! Even my sister that flew in a few days ago was amazed!!! So we will definitely continue.

I do come here at times because my co-workers love the food. Although the food here is good, the restaurants smell doesn’t make it appealing to eat here. Also the service is awful; very slow to bring food, they brought the food out at different times to the point that my friends had finished eating when I got my food and the waitress’ are extremely rude.

Meh. I judge Thai restaurants by their noodle dishes especially pad Thai or pad kee Mao. I had the latter which at $ 11 for lunch was expensive and included only a meager broth in which floated some cabbage and small unidentifiable bits of meat, presumably chicken. The kee mao was a generous serving but bland and its sauce too goopy, lacking the classic sharp tang of Thai basil as well as any semblance of spiciness. Meh indeed. Décor and service were fine. The Hindi or Bengali elevator-style music was more congruent with the south Asian staff than with sushi and Thai food. Perhaps they could turn this into a much needed Indian resto in this suburban wasteland!

The food is great and the same«five meals out of one plate» portion sizes. They aren’t overly priced and we got the pad thai, medium spice, and combo fried rice. Both were great. We did order this as delivery and they provided zero utensils, sauces(that I requested) or napkins. Also, be aware of delivery«charges». I asked and the delivery man said that isn’t tip. So what is it for? My 35 meal ended up being 65 after charges, taxes and tip. Good food, missing the normal deliveries essentials but I won’t get it delivered again. Maybe take out or dine-in.

My favorite Thai place in the city! Seaweed salad is to die for. Their pad-thai is out of this world and so is their sushi. Definitely recommend.

Last Week, I happened to pass by this restaurant along with my friends. We were received well and given a table close by the window. The seats in the restaurant were very good and so comfortable unlike many other restaurants. We ordered the 305 roll, red lobster roll and a Masaman curry with chicken. The rolls are awesome, especially the red lobster roll, it was amazing. The masaman curry was very delicious. The service was very very good. After having a good main course, We had the Thai donuts served with condensed milk, they were excellent. I feel this is a perfect place in Miami to go and have some amazing food. I would recommend this place to everyone. Last but not the least and probably the most, their Ambiance Is awesome with pleasant music. The BEST Thai/Sushi Restaurant in Miami Town(Y).

Had the pad Thai bento box with Thai iced tea. The food was really delicious but the service was HORRIBLYSLOW. Do not eat here if you have limited amount of time. If you have time to kill then come enjoy yummy food! They have one server for the whole restaurant.

I used to have this restaurant as a 4* establishment, but it’s gone downhill. I told myself, «I know the service isn’t the best but I like he food, so let’s go.» So 2 weeks ago I go with my wife and give it another shot. We ordered our appetizers and meal along with a few beers…35 minutes later a 2nd waiter comes by and asks for our order. I advise that we already ordered and he tells me he just«wants to confirm with the kitchen»…I knew that was BS. So 45 minutes after that(1 hour 20 minutes after ordering) we finally get our appetizer. Unfortunately one of the items was wrong and the second was terrible. It was salmon sashimi appetizer, but it looked old and seemed to still have the bloodline on it… hard to tell, but it looked spoiled. At that point I asked to pay for my beers and said I was leaving. The manager had nothing to say other than, «im sorry please come back again» lolol. We left and went to Skullys. After numerous outings at Siam Palace with bad service, and now the poor food quality, it’s safe to say im not going back. There are so many sushi restaurants in Miami, that there is no reason to come back. Im not sure if I can post a picture of the sashimi, but if I can please take a look.

The majority of my Siam Palace visits have been for take out or delivery. I have only dined in maybe twice so I will focus primarily on my take out experiences, which have been consistently positive. My favorite thing about ordering take out from Siam Palace is the convenience of being able to order online. Payment is not accepted online but it was really easy to go to their website, select what I wanted from their menu, and submit the order. Less than 5 minutes later, a Siam Palace employee would call to verbally confirm the order and take payment over the phone. I would pick up my order about 15 – 20 minutes later and it was always hot, ready, and delicious. A 10% discount for ordering online was a nice bonus too. Unfortunately, they have been having major issues with their website lately but hopefully they will get their system up and running again soon. As for the food, my biggest complaint is that they used to offer these fried cheese roll appetizers that were the most amazing thing ever but sadly they were removed from their menu and no amount of pleading on my part has been successful in resurrecting them. Not that I need the extra calories but seriously those things were cheese heaven for cheese enthusiasts like myself and I genuinely mourned their loss for some time. Other than the ghost of cheesy goodness past, my favorite thing on the Siam Palace menu is the pad thai with the fried rice coming in a close second. The avocado rolls are delicious too as is the spicy tuna roll, the tuna tatake, and the fried wonton. The Thai donuts and Thai iced coffee are perfect for a sweet tooth. I love spice and Siam Palace does it right but since I usually share my food with my toddler these days, I am restricted to mild for the time being. My spice tolerance is relatively high and I found the medium to be just right. The hot spice was good too but was sometimes too uncomfortable depending on my mood for spice that day so medium was usually the best bet for a good but not overpowering kick. They also have spicier options but I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you are a legitimate spice warrior.

I came here with a good friend, both of our meals were filling and delicious. She almost ate her whole plate and she eats like a bird! We even had to take some home. Our servers and the managment were very polite. I can’t wait to come back again.

Went for a business lunch and had the Masaman Curry and Coconut Shrimp Roll both were very good. I am a bit of a Diet Coke snob, and their soda mix is very good. Almost forgot, the soup soup was very tasty. I will be visiting again with the family.

One of my favorite restaurants. I love Thai food but not many places get it right. Siam Palace has quick service and amazing food. Also, their online ordering system is quick and easy if you’re not looking to dine in.

We came for lunch after hearing some excellent reviews from friends who had gone to eat at the restaurant. The seating arrangements of a restaurant are very important because they tell the story about how organized and conceptually thought out the business is. Too many tables with disregard for customer comfort is not customer friendly. The ratio of seating to walking space was perfect. We sat down and got our drinks quick, and the service was friendly. The Thai Ice tea is a relatively easy drink to make but too many times when I have ordered at the restaurant the drink is over filled with ice and less of the drink. After 3 — 4 big slurps and your done. Not here, you actually something to drink and it’s chilled. Appetizers menu had a good variety. The Skewers were delicious. Chicken or beef, your choice. Spring rolls were a nice starter also. You can tell these were not pre made the night before but possible made to order — quality was excellent. Main courses: We opted to order a few and share amongst or party of 4 so we got to sample quite a bit. Pang Curry with Chicken was flavorful with heat. You can dial up or down the heat to your order. The aroma was so intoxicatingly good. Basil Duck was EXCEPTIONALLY Delicious. This dish I would come back to Siam Palace for SPECIFICALLY. I only got 3 bits out of this — clearly the table favorite. Sumo Roll and KB Roll were definitely quality Siam Place as a legit Sushi Place. They have Sushi chefs that know what they are doing and the ingredients were A++. So if you are not in the mood for Thai, you won’t be disappointed with the large Sushi Menu. Deep Fried Rice was an excellent complaint to the flavors and textures that we were having. Papaya Salad was delicious. We dialed down the heat on this one but I have had this Authentically HOT — really good. Soo much flavor and healthy. Dessert: I usually don’t eat dessert, mainly because of not having any room after entrees/apps. But after seeing a few desserts come out from the kitchen, our table decided to try some. We went the the Chef Choice selection because we could not decide and we were not disappointed. Deep fried Ice Cream dried with Chocolate was pleasant contrast between heat and cold with sweet aromatic flavors. Also sampled the Deep Fried Cheesecake. Love Cheese cake in principle, but when you combine that with Deep Fry — Flavor explosion of goodness. The Thai doughnuts we tried also since they were complimentary with the Unilocal Check-in — so good!!! The only suggestion I had for the Chef/Owner was to have more deserts that have real fruit /natural options. But the choices I had were very good splurge for someone like myself who generally does not eat dessert. I was not disappointed. Highly recommend for lunch and dinner with the family or a date. Enjoy

Came here for dinner in a Friday night. As soon as we walked in we noticed the staff was completely different. I think the place is under new management or owners. We greeted at the door and sat down immediately. The waitress took about 10 minutes to take our drink and food orders. The food came out at average ticket time(within 12 minutes). We ordered the Cashew Chicken which was okay… But the Masaman Chicken Curry was absolutely delicious! We didn’t know the dinners came with rice and were brought white rice. We overheard a waiter for the table next to us explain that and ask the customers if they would like white OR brown rice. I would have ordered brown rice if I knew I had an option. Our waitress came once to refill our Iced Tea and waters. She never came by to ask how our food was or if we needed anything(like the Siracha I had to ask another waiter for). We asked to take our leftover food to go… That took another eternity. The Curry was good but the service was just okay. I think it was just our server because the other waiters seemed much more helpful and attentive than the waitress we had.

Food is excellent, I love the massaman curry here, my mom had the pineapple curry, it was good but not as good. However, the service was very slow, we were seated at 7:30, and it’s now 9:20 and we are waiting for the check to be picked up.

This is one of my favorite local Thai restaurants. I could never go wrong with this place. They deliver(a huge star in my book). Additionally, I have yet to be disappointed with anything I eat. Their pad Thai, shrimp in a blanket, Tom ka Kai soup, and papaya salad are enriched with great flavor, good portion sizes and always taste delicious. The venue smells a bit, but it’s probably one of the best thai experiences I have near my house. Service is always great! If you’ve not been, you’re missing out!
