This is a great workout! The instructor will work with you and your schedule and she is very motivational. I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks and not only do I feel great, look better already, and feel stronger, but am completely satisfied with the time it takes to do the workout. It is very convenient(after work hours on weekdays and in the morning on Saturdays). I am usually a very busy person and cannot afford to spend hours at the gym. This is a quick 1 hour for 2 days during the week and 1 day on the weekend. The instructor maximizes the time she has with you and will also give you nutrition tips, common workout mistakes, and ways to improve in every way. SIGNUPNOW!!!
