Not even a star if I could. They don’t need a job I guess. The customer service here is horrible!!! Employees so serious like you are going in to a funeral. Wow what deception having this store so close to my apartment and not wanting to visit it no matter the emergency I may have with my cell. I’m telling you guys I prefer to drive all the way to Dolphin mall were they can really help you and treat people as real customers not as stranger.

Went in got a new Galaxy S6 which i love. They switched me to a new share plan which of course got screwed up. Now that i have a $ 500 bill dealing with Sprint customer service is a nightmare. Thanks.

I don’t like the service in this store especially by Michael and whomever the service tech was on this particular day. I didn’t appreciate the fact that I was given a solution before the problem was completely identified. I was waiting a hour without being acknowledged and when I was finally asked about my issue I was rushed because they wanted to close in 30 mins. The lack of concern for my issue on their part means there’s a need to address their issues on my part.

I have actually been to this Sprint location on have always had great service. Gil is amazing along with Micheal and Michelle. This is definitely my favorite location, that’s also quick and efficient.
