I have never in my life been dealt with so poorly. Please avoid at all costs! I ordered an espresso over ice because I like to control the amount of milk that goes into my coffee. I then asked the woman making my coffee for a side of whole milk. She said she could only give me a small amount of milk/​a splash because it would change the price of the drink. Starbucks marks up every single coffee by like 1000 percent. Starbucks that gives out FREE milk next to their sugars. They just didn’t want to give it to me. I asked for the manager and she also rudely said she just couldn’t do it and then held back my coffee until she checked exactly what I paid for. Lol. I mean really, I work in the service industry and I guess she thinks that not giving me a little bit of milk was more important than making a customer happy .! Gross. She should be fired and never be allowed to work with people ever again. Learn what’s important — CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s a complex feeling about Starbucks today. I asked a mango black tea without ice, but they told me it can’t be full. only served half more cup just because I don’t want ice.
It is confused me you guys charge for ice or not? If ice is a part of product why still charge me full price?
Really surprised how low the Starbucks can be now. Isn’t a willing thing for ice？Maybe in the future I ordered an orange juice no Ice in restaurant I can’t get a regular cup anymore.

I am a huge Starbucks fan and have gotten the Smores frappuccino often this summer. When I went to this Starbucks I was in a very high class mall and was happy to see the Starbucks store. I went in with my girlfriend and ordered my usual and she got a strawberry smoothie. After waiting a regular amount of time for our drinks they called my name and had both ready. We grabbed our drinks and walked out of the store. I took a sip of mine into the marshmallow in the bottom. It tasted like terrible spoiled milk. There wasn’t much of it there, so I just quickly drank it to get to regular frappuchino. This layer tasted like a bad McDonalds caramel frappuchino. I know my Starbucks and this was not it. It was a weak flavor and didn’t taste like any I have had before. ½ way through the drink I gave up because it was so gross and I didn’t want to find out what the whipped topping tasted like. My girlfriend got her strawberry smoothie which neither of us have had before but it tasted like milk and bananas no strawberry flavor. It was just a very weak flavor and I do not know what it is supposed to taste like, but with a great brand like Starbucks I couldn’t imagine this is how it would be. I leave good reviews for other Starbucks locations and can’t think of a time in all my visits to Starbucks where I have been dissatisfied. I hope this can be resolved at this store, because I’m not sure the drinks were even safe to eat.

The worst service ever, the lady who took care of me was so rude and she had a face like she hates her job, which I dont care, but you dont want to have that vibe, so early in the morning, I ordered a coffee and a muffin and she walked away when I was talking to her, then when she came back I asked her if she heard what I said, she said she had to go to pick up something, so I told her you just walked away, anyway never ever again, what a shame for this company

Slow slow slow. 15 minutes for a coffee. Associates are too busy chatting vs taking orders.

The only reason why i give this location 4stars is because if your not going as soon as they open; which is 7:30am on weekdays, then you will always and I mean ALWAYS be waiting in a ridiculously long line. This is my Starbucks because it’s right next to my job so when I’m at work early I’m in and out and guaranteed a nice seat but once 10am hit just give it up. The beverages are great, the goodies are fresh everyday and sell out FAST! And the staff is consistent, nice, and patient. The customers that come to this location are mostly visitors from other countries and states and man are they rude and not once have I seen them crack under pressure. But I do believe that is the reason why they are so understaffed. If your in the mall and it’s super early or surprisingly empty stop by and enjoy your fav Starbucks drinks :)

This store is way to small for a mall of this size. The staff is rude and shows no sense of urgency. Definitely disappointing by Starbucks standards

This is the busiest Starbucks around, in the busiest mall in the Southeastern United States. Overall, their core clientele is visitors and they’re just on vacation. The main issues are pretty constant wait time when it’s very busy and indifferent or overworked staff. At peak times, I’ve burned more than 20 minutes here just getting through the line, this only happens regularly at this location. The main issue is that the mall refuses to write Starbucks a second lease on a spot in the north corner of the mall, so this one is swamped all the time. Add to the fact the mall clientele is overwhelmingly South American, and serious about their coffee– there’s your 20 minute wait time. All that being said, the staff is always pretty nice and usually make a consistent drink, but they’re so overloaded by customers, you can barely become a regular here. Leave the mall property and the neighboring Starbucks are faster and less taxed.

Holy Lines Batman! So this location is like UBER busy. No. Matter. What. Time. You. Go. But, they have this dude or chick that stands there and takes orders and repeats it in to his little mic and headphone and they have it ready relatively fast after you pay.
Speaking of paying, they really go on the honor system here, you can tell the dude/​chick to make you 4 drinks (which will be ready at the end of the bar) and then tell the cashier you just ordered and Americano (cheapest espresso drink) and grab your 4 Venti Fraps and GTFOT. Totally not saying I’ve done this before, but I’m sure it has happened. Everyone figures out a hustle. Hey Starbucks, you need to rethink the honor system here, but maybe not, cause even if you do get jipped a couple of drinks here and there, I don’t think this location will ever go under.

Beautiful remodel– still too few seats. But gorgeous to look at while spending $ 4.50 for a latte.
