I wanted to sit inside but the music was too loud to study. So I found an outdoor table to enjoy my frappucino, which was tastier here than other locations. The experience was ruined when a barista decided to take a smoke break next to me. Then he got up and left his table a filthy mess.

Went yesterday and had a list from the office for two other drinks other than mine. Upon arriving it was difficult to get anyone to wait on me. 5 people on the Starbuck’s payroll yet no one wanted to work. When finally someone did wait on me they got 2 of the 3 drinks wrong. That’s it, never shall I return!

This service here is touch and go. I mean it’s coffee so its really not that serious. Seems clean enough. Some staff is complacent and aloof but that seems to be how kids are these days. The kid with glasses and the brown girl with short hair are the gems in this place. If the staff has friends show up they will make their drinks while you wait 20 mins.

Great location with good sized parking lot. Nice place to set up with your laptop and do some work in or outside. Good options. I never get any fancy drinks(just iced coffee/tea) and happen to come during non-rush times, so I can’t complain.

Today a man approached me and asked me If I wanted a drink? I said no but thanks. I already had coffee, I added it. He then introduced him self and claims to be the District Manager — His name, if I recalled correctly was Ernesto. He said if a client comes in he will need my help to yield the table to another consumer, in other words he was asking me to leave because he did not see a drink in my hand. Little did he know I changed seat and I had already finished my drink. I come to this particular Starbucks quite often and as you may know we pay and arm and a leg for their over rated full of GMO drinks and snacks. As of today, I am not going to put up with this kind of behavior.

Worse Starbucks I have seen in awhile. Got here on a Friday night at 8pm and they close at 11pm. It’s a beautiful 80 degree evening and they took in all the chairs and tables from outside already. They blamed bad area. PLEASEITS A POOREXCUSE… The coffee we ordered was cold and had to complain to get a hot one. There was no milk or cream at the stations because they said at this time of night they do not put in out. This place is a joke and is a poor quality to represent a big player. My advise if you are in area is to make your way to Wynwood to Panter coffee and get real quality coffee without the crap you get at Starbucks. Sorry Starbucks but if this place is the best you have your days are numbered Did I mention this Starbucks is filthy with papers all over the place !!! Losers!!!

Quick service and friendly staff. Parking is difficult though, only a few stops for such a busy Starbucks– unless you’re driving a car2go, then you have plenty of reserved spaces. Either way, I will be coming back.

This one-star review is solely because my annoyance of being asked if I want the receipt and responding with no. Then once I see the receipt printed about to be thrown away by the cashier, I notice the rewards coupon on the back on the receipt for a discounted afternoon drink! What the duck. This has happened to me before at this location as well as the Lincoln Road location.

Speakers all over and the music is WAYYY too loud. Other locations I’ve visited played the music loud enough to enjoy but not to where I’m unable to listen to my music through my headphones. I asked that they lower it some and it seems to have only gotten louder. These days customer service isn’t a thing and such a request shouldn’t be met with a no. Customers come for more than the coffee. I came to utilize the space and can’t even enjoy the place because the music is way over tranquil and relaxing as in other locations. 7÷12÷151:00 P.M.

I just got my car towed for parking at a CARTTOGO spot. Obviously its my fault but I wish I didn’t have to wait 15minutes for just regular coffee with ice. This happens often where there is no parking and the service always takes super long.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! I used to work for Starbucks and I know how they should be running. It’s Monday morning at 7am, and there is only 2 people working! I can here 2 – 3 people in the back office talking and leaving these two to slowly serve the coffee. Jerks!

You have to admit, while you wait for your coffee or pastries, or both, you find yourself people watching to pass the time. This location provides a lot of opportunities to witness new and awkward idiosyncrasies that remind us how similar and unique we truly are. What can I say about their coffee? They follow instructions and recipes as good as the rest of these chains, the main appeal is in the ambience and atmosphere. The only downside(to the consumer, not the business) is the sometimes long line wrapping around the store during the morning rush. P. S. The conversations among the staff alone are hilarious and make the location unique

Picked up the wrong drink by mistake(they weren’t putting names on orders). I apologized to the guy making drinks but he was a total jerk about it. My bad dude, my bad.

I work very close to this Starbucks which it makes it very convenient and it used to be the best. But recently the baristas have the worst attitude and the coffee has been milked down. Yes I can ask for another drink since this is their mantra but who would want too if every time you do they roll their eyes at you or talk among themselves as if you are not able to hear them. Everyone in the company I work for agrees as well. I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks and will get in my car and drive to the Starbucks located @6815 Biscayne Boulevard. NOW they know how to appreciate their clients!

I think this location brings a great amount of variety and entertainment components to its unique customer and staff make up. You can see anyone from local famous celbs. To homeless people stopping in to use the bathrooms. I enjoy coming here every time. Parking can be a challenge.

Long lines, not enough staff working. This is a typical day here. Oh and the best part, there is only a handful of parking spots(shared with cars2go, with do not park in their spots cause they tow) and it appears the few staff that do work here park in them, so good luck finding parking.

This is not a very large Starbucks. It faces Biscayne Boulevard and the Salsa Fiesta parking lot. It feels a bit cramped, and unlike most Starbucks that have couches and other comfortable seating for lounging around on laptops or chatting, they only have tables with chairs. That’s a bit of a negative. Another thing is, most of their parking spots are overtaken by Car2Go spots, so that does not leave much parking for everyone else. Not sure why they decided to make 60−70% of the parking spots exclusively for this car service, but it is an annoyance. There is street parking, but it’s metered, not free. I came for breakfast with my friend yesterday morning, and we were both very disappointed with their meager pastry offerings. I have never seen such few options, and such little inventory at a Starbucks. There was one blueberry scone left only, which did not even look very fresh, and only a few slices of pumpkin bread and banana bread. They really ought to keep everything fully stocked at all times. It gives a bad impression otherwise. The other breakfast items were either gone, were smaller than average portions, and as I stated, the selections were disappointing, compared to those in other Starbucks locations. The cashier was not very friendly either, she had an air of arrogance, never smiling or saying«you’re welcome» when we said thank you. A plus is that they have outdoor seating, so you can step away from the crowds, and this place does great crowded, even at 9:45 a.m. I do want to clarify that there are no bay views, this is not a waterfront property, but someone posted some deceitful photos with this business listing showing sunsets and panoramic water views. Not at this Starbucks, sorry. Crowds that come here are a mix: girls in workout clothes coming to read or hydrate, middle-aged men with the Herald, the occasional person who yells at himself, couples, hipsters… basically, the usual crowds you can see in any establishments in the area, and pretty much any urban part of Miami. I did find it odd that the bathrooms are equipped with a keypad that required you to enter a code in order to open them. I have seen this used in areas where the homeless population that sleeps on the streets is larger than usual(like the McDonald’s near the downtown courthouse), Allapattah, or Overtown, but it did strike me as odd seeing this in an area like this and it also took my friend aback.

Hey its a Starbucks, nothing special. Parking is very limited and big commuter rush in the morning.

My favorite Starbucks in Miami other than the one in Sunny Isles on Collins and 172. This one has plenty of indoor seating and a few outside seats if you like watching Biscayne blvd traffic go by. The staff is very cool and they keep the place clean(as all Starbucks do). I hope Starbucks begins to add more«healthy» snacking options as many people come here just to do work and if I buy something, I don’t want any pastries and sometimes I could go for more than the $ 2 water.

So much better than Brickell’s Starbucks with an additional plus of having lots of room with enough outlets nearby. However, this place can fill up easily and I’ve come here when there was absolutely no room inside and outside even though they have already have a large number of tables and chairs. They have parking! Another plus compared to Brickell’s. However, it is smaller than the one north also on Biscayne. So it’s harder to find a parking spot. If you get hungry you can eat at the Mexican restaurant next door and they also have parking there as well. My only complaint is the wifii can get really really slow, since there’s a large number of people using it at a time, so it got so bad that i had to leave to meet a deadline by returning home to get better wifii. which defeated the whole purpose of going to starbucks in the first place.
