Subway

This particular subway lacks customer service. The people working, don’t want to be there and it shows through the way the greet you and make your subways. I asked if I can get extra tomatoes and the lady sarcastically responded that she thought she put more than enough!!! The quality of subs might be the same as other locations, but the people working there don’t make you feel welcomed. I’ll definitely try to avoid this place and drive to a different location if possible.

This time came only after a drink in hot day, the attention this time too am reliable by the pregnant girl who was at the bar, and a very amicable guy when we left, thank you very much

Nice Subway store… and clean.

I come here when I want a change for lunch. You will be okay if you learn the language of «head nods» !

You know that saying:
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Yes? OK that is the only reason this place has any business. Yes, there is a steady flow of people who want to get bad service with a frown, but this place has a great, easy to get to location that enables it to stay in business.
On countless occasions I have had wretched service, and today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The only reason I ever come here is because my child asks specifically for Subway. Next time I will drive to another one.
We go in, the woman who tends to my daughter misunderstood what she wanted because she doesn’t speak English and gives my daughter a look like «you stupid idiot» when I pointed out it was wrong. No honey, my daughter was clear, you however didn’t understand. Fine.
It was utterly disorganized and when I FINALLY got to the end with my sandwich and she finishes her conversation with someone who walked in she goes «ALL?» — Yes all. Little did I realize that ALL meant my 3 sandwiches AND the sandwich one of the three stooges back there put in front of mine. It was for the girl who was behind me. How did it end up in front of my sandwiches? So I pay with a credit card, I see her grabbing the other sandwich as I am trying to figure out why its expensive, and it sinks in.
«That’s not mine» I say. She looks at me with an expression that says «ARE YOU KIDDING ME BITCH?» and rolls her eyes and tells the other lady that she has to give me money back because (by her attitude it was plain) I was stupid and not paying attention.
Huge FAIL. They really need to step it up. This is not a 16 year old who is obviously there to make an extra buck. It was a woman about my age. She should know better. Speaks volumes of the management there.

Today was one of those special days when I left work early to pick up my daughter from school. So I’m enjoying the heck out my afternoon and some quality with her — she says she is hungry and asked me for some subway.
We pull into this place– its empty (no surprise) literally over 5 minutes later some young punk pulls out of the kitchen, totally lackadaisical, I mean, if I were the owner of this place and was paying literally thousands of dollars just to own the franchise, I would have a heart attack if I saw what this young pup does when he is not looking.
So — I ask for a $ 5.00 foot long… you know… the one I always get in every other subway — and by the way, at this point I am in charge of dinner for the family so I am buying 5 of these plus chips and soda… grand total over 35. oo bucks.
Mr. punk face proceeds to tell me that they don’t sell the turkey breast for $ 5,00 anymore it is now regular price 7 bucks, in this day and age, I am not about to pay more for something that … number 1 I know I can get for a better price elsewhere but also … hellooooo its turkey breast … the cheapest cold cut they use to make a sandwich– surely someone that cares simply either makes and executive decision, but not this dude, he doesn’t give a rats ass if I buy or not, in fact he probably preferred that I left so he didn’t have to work and still get paid.
Well long story short and 3 miles down the road, I am getting my subway fix elsewhere and I spend over $ 35.00 probably what snot nose punkozoid gets paid for his entire shift.
If Mr owner gets to read this, I hope you change the customer service at your store because unless you are open with the purpose of getting yourself a visa to stay in this country or any other weird reason, your place is doomed to fail.

This is one of those places where we go when we don’t have time for anything else or when, like today, it was raining and I didn’t want to get wet. It’s in the same shopping center as our office so no car, no rain and little walking. I’m only giving 2 starts because these location is usually missing half of their ingredients, especially on Mondays. The staff needs some shots of HIGH ENERGY and positive attitude.
For what I need it, it works, but not one of those places that you think of when you want to go OUT to lunch, even if it’s a quick one… it fits a purpose.
