We placed an order for delivery, people answering the phones were rude and hang up on us while on hold two times, driver smelled like cigarettes… Never again. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the order. One less options for country walk area. Drive somewhere else to eat.

After a horrible and long day at work, I decided to try something different and pick up some sushi for dinner. I’m usually very anti Sushi Sake, having had some really horrible experiences at other locations. But having just moved to this area I figuered I’d give it a try. I’m super picky when I go out, and despite being packed to the walls they were super polite to me and very attentive as soon as I arrived to pick up my order. When I received my food I checked it to make sure it was all there, I realized I had made a mistake with my order and asked them if they would mind correcting it. The manager Ricardo came up to see me and make sure everything was alright. He personally saw to it that my order was taken care of and delivered it to me himself, all the while still managing to pass by all the tables checking on other guests and keeping the packed restaurant flowing! It was such a great experience, I’ll definitely be heading back soon!

Horrible, terrible experience. My friend who works with me ordered food earlier today and the maniac of a delivery driver started screaming and cursing in Spanish that the suite number wasn’t on the receipt and that the African American girl who ordered does not speak Spanish… mind you this was AFTER we came to meet her in the hallway… She threw an insane fit and left with my friends change!!! She screamed so much that other companies in the building came out to see what was happening. This restaurant has no respect, professionalism, or consideration for maintaining regular clients. Shame! The food was decent, but to be cursed at in Spanish by a woman who clearly has hatred for her job? No thanks! Still waiting to hear back from the«owner». The«manager» was apologetic, but overall very unwilling to do anything about this catastrophe. Go here for average, overpriced food, and to be treated like you’re beneath the staff. What a deal!
