I went there recently. I have to say the staff has changed completely. Last time I visited it was filled with some very unfriendly staff. This time around I saw a different environment, staff is constantly cleaning. Yes they are on the pricier side but let’s face it. It is located in a mall. Nothing cheap there.

My daughter has a dairy allergy and it’s great to bring her hear where she can experience«going out for ice cream». We always get the chocolate almond milk and sprinkles and mini m&ms. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I don’t like the chairs, tables and floors are always sticky. There’s like a flashing light over the main wall and music that you would probably hear in a club. There also dirt and stuff that can be seen through the lamp shade on the ceiling. But it’s in a nice location and yummy toppings.

Great fix for your dessert needs. Love the yogurt and array of toppings. This locations is somewhat new but the seats and tables are filthy! I sat down and I don’t know what was stickier, my seat or the table. Just a little more attention to the cleanliness would be great! Also, when refilling the toppings, try not to ignore the patrons and throw the buckets under the cabinets.

Went here after my daughters last volleyball game of the season and the quality of the product was good, but was pretty expensive. I got 2 small cups of yogurt with some candy toppings and a can of monster energy drink and it was a Little under $ 17 bucks! I think it was 69 cents an ounce. So what does that mean a gummy worm is like 50 cents? I definitely won’t waste my money there again. Not a huge fan of the fro yo. Cold stone and Dairy Queen are way better. I heard some moms saying that there 5 year old kids cup of yogurt was over nine bucks! I was like ouch! I am glad they didn’t charge me 69 cents an ounce for my monster drink. Lol, if they did it would cost $ 13.80 for a can of monster. I can’t really see a cup of yogurt being worth more than 5 bucks.

I’m going to make it simple, only went there because of a gift card my daughter got from school… This is definitely not the best yougurt place and the experience would have been a lot better if the girl behind the counter would had been smiling and nice. I felt i was bothering her while she was on her phone texting… Definitely not going back.

This store is now open in The Falls shopping center, across from the cookie and pretzel shops. It’s self-serve and they weigh your cup and charge by the ounce. There are 8 flavors of the day. I am a traditionalist and tried the coffee and a chocolate/vanilla swirl. It was creamy, smooth and flavorful. Most of the flavors are low-fat(2%), not non-fat.
