Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
On Saturday, we strolled into LoveSac just to see what it was all about. Instantly, my 3y/​o daughter fell in love with the comfy and inviting pillow sacs and «balls”(a perfect fluffy ball that occupies time of a 3 y/o…give her about 7 of them and she made her own ball pit). As the very knowledgable sales associates walked us through the «Sactionals» and pillow sacs, my husband fell in love with the comfort of them.
Within in 30 minutes, we made a purchase of the 6series and a pillow sac with a rocker (which is HEAVEN!).
Here is the best part:
When we got home, I had a couple of questions about the color and material we purchased, so I texted the sales associate (manager of the store). She immediately sent me pictures of what I purchased and reassured me that the the color I chose would look great in the «man cave». She even showed me different accent pillows and accessories that would match the room. I thought we had to wait 4 – 6 weeks to get our couches… nope! I got it within a week and it was installed by the manger and her «team».
They talked me through all of the different looks and styles I could changer the room around. Honestly, that is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from any company!

We were so excited when we found this furniture store. It was exactly what we were looking for. This furniture is very versatile and that is what we wanted, options. Not to mention, it is very comfortable. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this furniture company to all of our friends and family.

What an amazing purchase as well as experience. The staff was absolutely fabulous in every way. I truly believe that Lovesac’s sales strategy is «Let’s hire some awesome people to sell our awesome furniture». By the way I’m writing this from my very comfy new couch with my seal fur pillows.
