I ordered delivery through EAT24. I ordered the Tuna Tar-Tar and one of the light rolls. The light role was good but much smaller than I expected. I was pretty disappointed with the tuna tar-tar due to the fact that there was no avocado in it at all, which means it’s just basically a pile of tuna with scallions on top. I’m not really sure how they screwed that one up. I’d give them 1 star but my roll was pretty tasty.

Yum. I was not aware they had such good sushi. I’m definitely happy I found this place. My dad got the special both times(we’ve been here twice now). and he liked his food too. I’m a sushi addict so I haven’t tried the cooked food yet. Their beer selection is scarce and no sangria so I’ve been sticking to iced green tea(flavorless, fyi). Overall its a good place for lunch.

So, it goes like this. It’s 2-something on a weekday. I’m hungry. I order from Temaris via Grub Hub, despite the cautionary tales on here. 20 minutes later they’re here. Huh. That was fast. Not only did they deliver to me quickly, but it was THEOWNERS. It was so cute! Here I am, no makeup, yoga pants and messy top knot, and the owners are chatting with me and handing me my food. Granted I live close by to the place(please don’t hate on me for being too busy to walk 2 blocks) but it was a nice and unusual touch. I’ve never had that happen before. Now the only thing keeping it from a 5-star review is the food itself. I’ve just started exploring«real sushi» territory(I was a veggie roll gal for a few years) but I’m recognizing there is a WIDE spectrum for it. On a scale on 1 – 10 my roll was probably a 6. The flavors weren’t totally there and the textures were a little too uniform. I will be trying it again, though, because of the prompt delivery, lack of crazy fees, and the fact that the owners showed up to my door and charmed the yoga pants off of me… figuratively.

Wow. was so engrossed in my rolls, I forgot to take a pic. Seriously. I should have… the presentation was amazing. I was wandering through the neighborhood in search of some good eats and figured we’d pop in to give Temaris a spin. Really happy I did, they have a customer for life. I’m still not sure what I ordered lol, I asked my server to recommend two rolls, she asked me my preferences(tuna/whitefish etc.) and went back to the kitchen. We also got perfectly chilled beers(50% off that night!) and sparked some random conversation with the table next to us. I’ll say this, the fish is very fresh… there’s a texture that I can’t quite describe that I look out for when ordering sushi and Temaris(at least the night I was there) was spot on. Prices were really good and size of the rolls are pretty sharable. I’ll be back very soon to give the Peruvian menu a spin. Temaris is officially on the top of my go to list when i’m feeling for some flavor or have guests in town(which is quite often lol)

I hate writing 1 star reviews. I really do, but I have to vent for a second. About an hour and a half ago, I ordered lunch from Temaris through . I ordered chicken teriyaki and made a request for extra teriyaki sauce. Between the food and delivery fee, my total was over $ 15. There is a delivery fee of $ 4– one of the higher fees in the area. About 20 minutes ago, I got a phone call from the delivery driver saying he was downstairs for me to come get my food. If you are going to offer delivery downtown AND charge a delivery fee, then you need to be able to bring the food into the offices. The reason I got lunch delivered was because I could not get away from my desk to go get lunch in the area. But, I had to go downstairs to get my lunch from this guy. FYI to this restaurant, either(1) charge a delivery fee that is equivalent to parking OR(2) do a little research and learn that all Miami Parking Authority lots and garages are free for the first 30 minutes. So I go grab my food without my wallet because I paid online. The driver then asks me for his cash tip because I didn’t add one when I checked out online. I had cash upstairs to give a tip, but did not bring it down because my food was NOT delivered to me. I am not going to pay someone for a service they did not perform. He drove to my office from the restaurant and the restaurant got their $ 4 fee to compensate him for that part of his job. The actual delivery part didn’t happen, so I didn’t appreciate his sulky attitude when he asked me about the tip and I didn’t have one for him. If my food had been delivered, he would have received a tip for the delivery. To top it all off, the food was terrible. Absolutely terrible How do you mess up chicken teriyaki? When I opened the bag, sauce had spilled out of the container and all over the bottom of the bag, so when I opened the container, everything was dry. But, wait! I ordered extra teriyaki sauce, right? Well, turns out, they gave me the saltiest soy sauce in existence instead. So, I put a little on the rice just so it wasn’t bone dry. Why is rice in chicken teriyaki bone dry and not moist sticky rice? Good question. The rice was hard and dry. The chicken was similarly hard and dry. This meal was almost inedible and I paid 15 bucks for it and had to deal with an entitled, lazy delivery driver. Never, ever ordering from Temaris again AND sending this review to .

So this place looked pretty good… but as soon as we walked there, there was music from the restaurants on either side, plus the music there all blasting and competing with each other. As far as the food, it was ok. We had some friend Temaris sushi… pretty much like fried sushi balls. It tasted very fried… and the sushi taste really never came through. It was a bit heavy. The tuna tataki was really yummy though.

OK sushi, nice and friendly service. But I felt new management is still have a long way to go. All in all for the price I’m happy. If you don’t like onion but you like eel then you will have no option!

I ordered delivery on a Sunday night, around 8 pm. I did not receive my order until 9:40… I ordered the Miami temaris, which were good but arrived room temperature. They also had a strange sauce underneath the guacamole that tasted of too much wasabi for my liking. I had to scrape both sauces off in order to tolerate, which defeated the whole concept for me. I also ordered a volcano roll. The seafood mix on top was cold and the roll was lukewarm. I will not be ordering delivery from here again, but may be willing to go into the restaurant to avoid the temp issue and get better descriptions of the sauces.

Finally a great sushi place in Brickell. The appetizers are great, we had the Tuna Tartare and it was excellent. Then we had some temaris and rolls, all were delicious. Prices and service were OK. Would definitely go back

With outdoor seating, this location is perfect for Sushi and people watching in Brickell. We experienced Temaris after we purchased a Living Social deal & were pleasantly surprised! Our server was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire meal. Right off the bat, he described in detail each Temaris(Sushi ball) and made recommendations(which didn’t disappoint). The Temaris had interesting combinations as well as beautiful presentation… All very tasty and delicious in their own unique way. However, I cannot give this establishment more than 4 stars simply because none of the dishes stood out. Don’t get me wrong, I was not disappointed or dissatisfied but I feel Temaris fell short of Wow. Regardless, we will definitely return — especially for their Happy hour specials.

I think this sushi place is okay at best. The service is okay. The food was okay. The location is okay. We liked what we ordered but didnt love any of it. They have sushi balls instead of rolls… its interesting to try for sure, but I wasn’t like OMG this is amazing. I don’t think I’d come back. I wouldn’t recommend any of the food due to it all being fair.

Sushi is good here definately will go back. They have some interesting rolls. The service is not the best, but the food definately makes up for it. They have a happy hour 4 – 750% off most menu items. And they seem to have some really good lunch specials.

I have been looking forward to trying this place out after reading the reviews. I was completely disappointed. Went during happy hours, ordered a Prosecco which they were out of. Menu is interesting in concept but limited. Was excited to have brown rice with my sushi, they were also out of that. Wine selection is far too limited. Sushi wasn’t bad but Doraku or Bonding(my personal fav) are way better. the sashimi we ordered never came… Avg sushi, lackluster ambiance, limited wine list and menu, ok service at best. It was simply just ok, a bit of a disappointment. Will def not make the effort to go again when having sushi.

We went to Temaris on a Friday evening for Happy Hour/Early Dinner. Really disappointing experience. Outside tables are very close to the sewer and that was really bothering. We started off by ordering an appetizer on the Happy Hour menu that was no longer available at the Happy Hour price so we had to pay full price. Service was very slow and not so friendly. Food was well presented but not really tasty. We are not going back to this place.

Excellent all the way around! Value, location, service, quality… Sal came by our table and we learned lots about Temari’s. We really enjoyed his personal take on the sushi he designed. He pays no attention to traditional rules but creates some amazing combinations of authentic sushi, Latin flair, and a New World twist, all with an eclectic and exotic style. We’ll be coming back VERY soon!

Surprised! I have not had good food at any restaurant in Brickell thus far. Temaris is the exception. I had the pleasure of dining at Temaris for lunch and was fortunate to speak with one of the owners, Sal. Sal spoke very passionately and full of energy whenever he spoke of the dishes at Temaris. So naturally, I asked him to bring me his best and he delivered. Firstly– the tuna tartare is NOT to be missed! Probably the best I have had yet! The wonton chips which accompanied the tartare were perfect! And it’s the first time I have ever had asparagus in a tartare. Making this a bit more unique than your standard tartare. Sushi roll– Fiery something(don’t remember the name but I think I can describe it well). DELISH! It has a slice of salmon sashimi on each roll topped with a sliver of jalepeno. Inside it is I believe tuna, but the mushy kind, with a hint of lemon. SSooooo good! Ceviche– Perfect. Must have as well. Nothing beats a great ceviche! Finding a great one is like a diamond in the rough and Temaris once again delivers. Thank you to Sal and the rest of the owners for finally bringing great, FRESH food to the Brickell area!

When restaurants first open up, they don’t always have their act together. However, I’m here to tell you that Temaris prepared well for their launch and are ready to provide you with an awesome dining experience. They’ve been on my radar ever since I saw a sign up in front of their place stating the first 100 customers to follow them on instagram or twitter will receive a VIP card for life earning them 10% off on every purchase. SOLD! I was lucky # 97. I went today with two co workers and we were immediately greeted by Alex. The restaurant is set up for their patrons to order and pay at the counter and have their food brought to the table but since it was our first time, Alex offered to wait on us. First star earned. He gave us a few recommendations and I decided to go with the sea bass lunch special which came with a side of vegetables, soup or salad and a fountain drink for $ 14. My friend ordered the Tokyo Temaris(spicy tuna, almonds and a special sauce on top of bite size rice balls) lunch special with a salad and fountain drink which was also $ 14. My other friend was not hungry so she didn’t order anything. The food came out very quickly and it was divine! The salad was a typical green house salad with ginger dressing and slices of orange, very good! Alex even brought out a salad for my friend who hadn’t ordered anything just so she could try it. Second star earned! The main dishes were decently portioned and delicious. After our meals, Alex let us try a dessert on the house which was also amazing! Brigadeiros all the way! Third star earned! Before bringing out the dessert, he surprised us with three passion fruit sake samples, also on the house. Fourth star earned! His customer service was top notch and it really left me with the desire to share the word that Temaris is worth a visit, or two, or a hundred! Food presentation was on point, they played great music and everything was very clean. Fifth star earned! Next Thursday is their grand opening so put it on your calendar! Temaris, I hope you keep up the exceptional customer service.

Pretty genius little round rolls that cut back on the carb guilt. The flavors are unique and the staff is damn friendly. The rolls are served up with incredible presentation for any spot let alone an order over the counter spot. The fish ceviche and the Rio roll are my current fav’s but I’m excited for more. Oooo and the beef tataki is stellar. And sparkling sake! Genius. A neighborhood hangout that brings Brickell one step closer to being the type of place you never want to leave.
