Nobu Atlantis

Nobu Atlantis is the most «upscale» restaurant at Atlantis and most definitely the priciest (but aren’t all Nobu’s that way?).
Make a reservation during the holiday/​spring break season to avoid being turned away or placed at the bar cocktail tables to dine.
Lively atmosphere and please note that this is located INSIDE the casino. Children are welcomed but will need to be escorted through the casino by an adult over 18.
OK to dine alone here at the sushi bar where the staff there is friendly and accommodating.
There is a private room for groups up to 12.
Sushi:
The sushi is fresh and well-​prepared like all Nobu Restaurants is flown in. They often have fresh uni and giant clam (simply ask your waiter). A crowd pleaser is always the Yellowtail with Jalepeno.
Omakase is a good selection of tried and true and some «exotic» offerings. Again, I would sit at the sushi bar so you can interact with the chefs.
