WORSTSERVICE, NOTRECOMMENDED. I was running 10 minutes late to my appointment so I called to confirm if they would still do my haircut. The lady told me over the phone that it was okay. It is Friday and getting a parking spot in Dadeland is nearly impossible. I got there 4 minutes later and a blonde lady with a rude attitude told me they wouldn’t do my haircut because I was 14 minutes late. She said that 10 minutes was okay but 14 was too much and didn’t provide the service. Terrible service and terrible people.

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! i will nerver come back to this place. not only do they act in a condescending manner but they have no professional etiquette. this tip is for the employees there don’t tell anyone to schedule appointments and then make them wait almost an hour with no acknowledgment to the customer of delays. every time I asked i was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. my appointment was at 5pm by 5:45 we had enough, and they still have the odasity to tell me it would be another 20 minutes. to make matters worse i asked for a number to call corporate about this and was given the manager’s card and told that they would tell him what happened so he could follow up(btw this happened on Saturday, and atill no call from the manager) another FAIL, then they gave me a 800 number that is not in service. really? i guess they thought that i won’t be calling corporate now huh? spoke with their corporate office today. NEVERCOMINGBACK!!! and will also tell everyone about this epic failure thanks to to a bunch of unprofessionals who have no clue about the concept of CUSTOMERSERVICE…

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. This shop is clearly mismanaged and does not demonstrate the quality I’ve seen at other locations. My experience started when I walked in for a beard trim and the manager was on the phone and I was ignored. His attitude was clearly not inviting and somewhat edgy. When a paying customer asks what are the deals that you have, that’s common speak for what do you have. The answer I received was«we don’t do deals». Oh, I guess you aren’t familiar with what a deal is. It’s a business transaction. You shave me and I pay you. I won’t pay double though as you suggested. I frequently have my beard trimmed and sometimes a full shave at RazzleDazzle, but thought I would try this location of Art of Shaving. What a mistake! The original location in Manhattan would be be seeing red if they knew how this place runs… Suggestion to management, make an effort and show the customer that you care that they are in the shop and want to do business.

I look at The Art of Shaving as more than just a store to pick up some shaving cream and razors. You’ll learn a lot from the staff here about how to get the very best shave using their products and techniques. After receiving a sample, I’m totally bought in. Following each step will give you the most close and comfortable shave; nothing compares. I also highly recommend seeing their barber Mike for a haircut and royal shave!
