I will never be entering this store again. The sales associates are pushy, borderline harassing. They pick at your flaws and make you feel insecure. But don’t worry, they have the magical cure. Their wonderful line of overpriced and misleading products. I was there last week at the beginning of march. I bought a 24k peel and mask after watching the sales associate perform a test on my arm where i could see all my dead skin cells bundle up and fall off my arm. I was amazed, hooked and didn’t think about it twice. I spent well over $ 100 with the promise that the item was chemical free (I have very sensitive skin). First night I used the peel my face turned red and bumpy (i only left it on for 30 seconds as was recommended). Also the «dead skin» seemed sticky and with a texture very much like glue or rubber. I was skeptical but waited another week and used it again. Same thing happened. Then I got online, something I should have done in the first place, and lord behold… all the complaints of people who had suffered the same fate. I called the company to ask for a refund but i was told they only did exchanges. I was never made aware of this and then I realized that the receipt does say it, same receipt which the sale associate folded up and placed at the bottom of my shopping bag. I feel angry because I feel like I was scammed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
