Horrible experience! I took two cars to them to swap radios out in each I get a call to come pick up one car and they tell me they messed up my radio until I got there. Never apologized to say it was their fault or replace it but instead saying it’s an older radio. Radio was only 4 years old. After weeks of back and forth I had to buy a new radio from them at discount so I still paid $ 800 to swap out radios. They told me they could fix my remote start on car by adding a higher voltage resistor and I go to pick up car and now I have to start it with a button (that I never approved) and my car doesn’t stay charged like something is continuously running. You would think a professional business would take care of it but I been back several times for the owner to tell me it’s not their fault. Took car to advanced auto and nothing is wrong with battery or alternator like the owner blamed it on. I’m gonna try to take back to them again to fix before I take all the info to my lawyer. Additionally they don’t clean up after instillation, wire clippings everywhere!
I have used several car audio places over the past 20 years and this has to be the worse experience ever!

They have been there forever and good @ what they do. Didn’t give a 5 star for personal reasons.
