I was a regular at Tutto’s Mare as well as its predecessor Zucchero and usually enjoyed outstanding meals, reasonably priced drinks and decent service. The owner was a cool guy. Alas, unfortunately it now appears to have closed, and according to the valet attendant at the building it’s gone for good.

I made Valentines day reservations this past valentines day(I know I’m behind on my reviews) and I can say it was great! We had a free bottle of champagne with our set menus and was very pleased with the freshness of the food and the portions. The service was on point and the place looked great, very modern yet inviting. I would definitely go back on an executive lunch if I’m in the area.

Our experience at this restaurant was phenomenal. As a native of Miami, I have experienced Miami fine dining and I must say that this restaurant is on top! We were a party of 12 and everyone in our party was impressed not only by the exceptional service starting with the warm greeting to the perfect balance of attentiveness. The flavors were spot on. Salmon, pappardelle, cod, chicken… everything was delicious. We even had 2 vegan diners which the restaurant had absolutely no trouble accommodating. Do not miss having a wonderful meal at this restaurant!

We went here for their set menu on Valentines day with another couple, and we were pleased with the restaurant. Food was good but not amazing. Portions were small for Miami standards. I love the sister restaurants Tuttu Pasta and Tuttu Pizza, so I had to try Tutto Mare. The ambiance is great, very clean and modern. This would be a cool spot to turn into a lounge late at night but I do not think they do this. If I am in the area and craving seafood, I will return. I highly suggest going to Tutto Pizza for their Diavola Pizza and their Paninis especially the prociutto and brie… yum!

Doesn’t get 5 stars because my 2nd visit wasn’t as perfect as my 1st. The first time I went with someone who knows the chef and the food was OUTSTANDING!!! The second time I took my in-laws and well the food was just ok… i did notice that the chef wasn’t in the kitchen, or at least I didn’t see him on my 2nd visit. I will go again an hope that my 3rd visit will be as magical as my first. First visit: The hog snapper is to die for(in some sort of coconut reduction)! The pumpkin risotto was incredible and I’m not even a pumpkin fan(served in a real pumpkin – adorable), the NY strip with blue cheese ravioli were to die for, all the appetizers were incredible. I could eat that hog snapper for days!

simply MEH — one of the few places in this area, but food is bland, odd pairings, not terrific service and prices are a bit high considering. Trying to be a «hot» place but def not the right location or attitude. Have to wait 30 minutes for an entrée when we are only people in restaurant? c’mon!

There is either valet or parking down the block on the street. The décor was nice and modern. I only wish that if they were going to do an open kitchen concept that they make sure that their appliances were clean. From where we were sitting we could see the caked on grease on the oven. The service was pretty good but the food fell short. We ordered spaghetti and kobe beef meatballs which was average nothing amazing. We also ordered pear & gorgonzola cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce. The ravioli was undercooked but edible and the alfredo sauce was PERFECT! The bread that they placed at the table was stale and the garlic butter spread they provided looked as bad as it was.

I would definitely go back just for the wild salmon. It was just cooked so perfectly. Seasoned just enough and fully cooked yet so moist, I wish I could get it like that at home. Also had the Mixto appetizer, of which Calamari was eh, croquettes and crab cake were good. Gnocchi porcini was yummy. Overall it was a good experience. The restaurant interior is beautifully designed and service was good.

So it seems a bit surprising to me that I am giving this place a 2 star review however if I am honest about the food then that’s what it deserves. This is the kind of place you want to like because you can tell they put a lot of effort into the design, keeping it clean, and their menu. For some reason the place just comes up short. Our server Eddie, was very nice and the others that helped us were also timely and pleasant. Unfortunately the food just came up short and I can’t give this place a 3 star A-OK rating. Let’s start with what I really liked. The fish soup was very good. It was a tomato based soup and it came with a generous portion of assorted seafood. Not to salty– good flavor, this was the winning dish of the night in my opinion. We also had the gratinated oysters and the grilled octopus over potato and prosciutto salad. The food was clean and well presented however it just lacked punch. I found they were a little heavy handed with the olive oil on the octopus dish and the prosciutto lacked the salt one would expect from it. The heavy oil and lack of salt resulted in a monotone and flat finish. The gratinated oyster dish was very cheesie. They smothered the oysters with too much thick cheese for my liking. Also a significant amount of water dripped out of the oyster shell when I tried to dig in and removed the gratinated oyster from the shell. This was unappetizing. All total we were pleased with just one third of the appetizers we ordered. For the main course we ordered snapper with vegetables and seafood(shrimp, clams, mussels etc) wrapped and cooked in aluminum foil, this was one of the specials of the day. When we opened the foil the dish was ½ submerged in a tan watery«broth» of sorts. I believe it really was just water from steaming. The dish was not described as soup yet it had enough broth to be a soup. We tried draining the water from the foil but that didn’t work. Additionally who wants to eat out of aluminum foil when they go out to eat at a restaurant. I mean truth is we ordered it(not me but the person I was with) so shame on us. Not at all a good dish. The veggies were wilted and just thrown in there. The presentation was pretty bad. Our other main course was a miso glazed corvina served with truffle ravioli. Like many of the dishes we really didn’t understand how these two items complimented each other. The restaurant clearly makes an effort to have unique approach to pairing foods and flavors, particularly with the main courses. In this instance I don’t really think the pairing worked well. The ravioli was good, you get three of those. The fish was just okay, it was a bit tough on the outer layer and tough to pass your fork through. We required a knife to cut through the outer layer. For the price $ 24 you can do better. Note that In both instances where shrimp was included in the dish it was of good size, tasty and well cooked. Both the snapper and fish soup had some shrimp in the dish. Alas this place, just came up short. The good news is it appears to be very clean with a good atmosphere. There are two star restaurants I’d recommend you simply stay away from. This isnt’ that kind of 2 star rating. They also have decent happy hour prices so feel free to check it out if your in the area. I could see it being a nice place to grab a drink. Oh and BTW there is no parking in the area but valet is only $ 3.
Great food. Best sea food in Miami. Very nice people too.

this Restaurant serves the most delicious food on the planet, the Chef had to have had cullinary lessons in heaven. Ambiance-spectacular! We went to celebrate a most treasured friend’s birthday, and Chef invited us to a bottle of Prosecco, 3 appettizers and 3 desserts! We split for an entrée– Pumpkin risotto(beutifully displayed in a small pumpkin), squid ink linguini, Nystrip steak with mashed potatoes, The most gorgeous and delicious Red Snapper. Exquisite experience… beautifull restaurant, we have known Tuto for a long time since he was running and owned Tutto Pasta… service was superb and Tuto(Owner and Chef) keep coming to find out what we were ordering next and kepped recommending the best on the menu for us… Food was delicious and very innovated, every bite was an experience the flavours and delicate touch in every ingredient. The service really good, overall a wonderful experience and we will be making this place a regular for us.

Used a Groupon. By FAR the BEST discovery attributed to them! Fried snapper done piccata style was out of this world! My daughter wanted the lemongrass, celery, garlic mussels but bc we came on Labor Day, mussels weren’t available so we were offered the same w clams. The result? AMAZING! What else was phenomenal? The mixed cocktails!!! Our waiter crafted most of them and each one was better than the next. If you like great food and drinks, get over to Tutto’s Mare!

Some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had! Paired with reasonably priced 2-for-1 sangria and unique delicious desserts? Yes please. Every plate I’ve had there has been superb in both presentation and flavor, and the ambiance inside the restaurant is lovely.

I just dined at Tutto’s Mare and was blown away. My friend and I enjoyed the bread with delicious eggplant pâté, grilled calamari fennel salad, mussels in garlic and white wine sauce and the guava soufflé with guava ice cream. Every single dish was divine, including the Pascual Toso Cabernet. What shocked me the most was the bill. It was $ 52.00. I’ve regularly paid twice as much for food that was half as good. The restaurant is modern and beautiful but I would suggest lighting up the slatted wood wall in the dining room. Our waiter Eddie was incredibly knowledgable and accommodating. This just might be my new favorite Miami Restaurant. I would absolutely ignore the low star ratings and try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I am visiting from Los Angeles, and was craving some fresh seafood. I was pleasantly surprised to find one of the best seafood restaurants right on Coral Way, a few blocks from where I was staying off Brickell Ave. I started off my meal with the CRISPYCEVICHE(imagine a classic ceviche with Peruvian corn, sweet potato and topped with fried calamari… insanely delicious… a must have!), and bruschetta boquerones(brucshetta with Spanish anchovies), which unlike others I’ve tried(yes, I really love anchovies) was not overpowering. My boyfriend and I shared the baked corvina with truffle ravioli and the local red snapper. The corvina and snapper were super fresh and well marinated and the ravioli was homemade. I hesitated on desert, figuring there must be a weak link somewhere, but nope… the guava soufflé with homemade guava ice cream was decadent but super well balanced and light. The only problem with Tutto’s Mare is that they haven’t opened one in LA.
