This company doesn’t even deserve a rating! They didn’t deliver for two days straight and I’m still waiting for a refund. The food is terrible and I question if it is truly organic and gluten free. Some of the items didn’t even have labels so I didn’t even know what I was eating. What a waste of money and time! Not to mention that I have yet to see my $ 60 refund. This is ridiculous. The have no customer service skills and deliver the food way after 12:30pm. By the time the food would arrive I was starving!!! I wish I would’ve looked at Unilocal before I wasted two weeks worth of food with them,

Terrible bland food and even worse service. The lady that signed me up promised me the world and then some but once I ordered I never heard from her again as I called her and the calls were never returned. I am sure she is used to the angry clients after they try the food. The first day the driver was lost for almost an hour and called me repeatedly while I was working and the second day they delivered my food at 2p.m. Most people eat lunch before 2! Worst thing about the meals are the actual food, the portions are good but the food is beyond bland even when I requested that they season and salt my food it had absolutely no flavor. It was inedible. I eat healthy and cook great tasting healthy meals so there is no excuse for this! I canceled after my first week and they told me they would refund the second week I prepaid and just checked my credit card and no credit. They told me they would refund me over a month ago so I will now dispute with my CC company. Avoid at all costs. I tried Eco meals at a coworkers suggestion and the food and service were better so if your looking for healthy meals I would suggest you try that first.

Worst delivery meal company I ever tried!!! I have tried primal plan, catered fit, fit2go and wholly kitchen. I’ve been pretty satisfied with all of them except for this one. First the food is not good, the only worth buying is the protein bars. They have the worst customer service, don’t reply to emails and never answer the phone. In addition to that they charged me 3 times after I had canceled with them and didn’t want to give all my money back! They gave me some store credit which end up never using it all because they don’t reply to my emails or calls! they should be out of business soon, their delivery was always late and some days never came. They kept making mistakes sending me the wrong meals or missing stuff. Be aware and dont waste your money on companies like this one!

This is the worst meal delivery service. I tried them for 1 week and my meals were wrong every day. They were also incomplete and late. The customer service is horrible and the food is not good. Not to mention there refund policy is ridiculous. They charged me a weeks worth of meals after i cancelled and when i asked for a refund he said«ill see what i can do». Basically he doesnt plan on refunding me abd expects me to pay for a weeks worth of meals i didnt get! Stay clear of this company if you want to save yourself time, money and a headache

This is possibly the worst delivery service in all of Miami. After just a week of trying the service and receiving incomplete meals, late meals, warm juices and cold dishes. I finally decided to put an end to my program, but was beat by the own company DISAPPEARING on me! Being MIA is not okay! Their 1 – 800 # goes straight to a voice mail on all options, the representative I was dealing with no longer responds my phone calls or messages, and their re-fund policy only applies for other meals or «programs» as they call it. I just would just like my money back!
