If you ever come across their lobster pasta on their list of specials, frantically call the waiter to your table and get your order in before they run out. This delectable pasta isn’t just smothered in a lobster, tomato cream sauce, no way, it has huge pieces of lobster fit for a king. So satisfying and creamy you will begin to worry about the bill; but don’t fret, this amazing dish cost under $ 20 with a glass of wine! I usually come to Via Quadronno if I have a craving for vongole(clams). The staff is very nice and even gave my puppy a bowl of water. This is money well spent.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon. Nothing feels better than a hearty Italian meal in a cozy restaurant surrounded by beautiful ambiance. The fact Via Quadronno was chosen as the official caterer of Art Basel Miami 2005 speaks volumes about the quality that comes out this kitchen. Its owner Paolo della Puppa is certainly no stranger to success, he owns restaurants in New York, Miami, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Via Quadronno is certainly a wonderful addition to the Magic City’s already eclectic restaurant scene. Your experience here will not be disappointed as you will treat your palate to a wonderful array of textures and flavors that hail from the old continent– Nothing speaks authentic more than imported ingredients and the staples here come directly from the mother country. Round this all up with a good bottle of wine and your dining foray will be second to none. Don’t forget their world famous Crème Brulee — wow !
