Been waiting 20 minutes at the order box with no car at the drive up window and no one has taken my order. What are they doing having a party I there. Terrible service will think twice about coming here next time. I will starve to death

Needs improvement, they charge .25 cents for every extra ranch that you ask for and there rude about it. When it comes to quality and on speed, and as food goes its up to par with any wendys. But stay away go to the one on us1 and marlin rd.

This location must compete to be the worse Wendy’s in Miami Dade county. The lady at the drive thru asked me to repeat my order 3 times. After literally yelling it out my window she still didn’t get it right, at which point I just drove away. I don’t know if the difficulty was due to her poor English or due to the fact that their speaker is set so far back.(Likely a combination of the two.) Whatever the issue may be, I will not be returning to this location!

Had to repeat my order three time and point to a picture of the sandwich for the little pimply faced kid to get my order. Service is slow but at least the DR was fairly clean.

The Wendys is useful when craving the food. Food is not prepared great, and staff is not that excited to be there. Given the circumstances of a minimum wage job, I wouldn’t be either. But that can’t stop you from giving customers a good impression. During the the day, OK. during the night, try to avoid.

Will probably never go here again. I’ve never met a more rude staff. I do understand that a lot of the employees are young, but a little courtesy can go a long way! In my last visit, the guy took my order without even saying a word. Literally. Not a «hello» or a «thank you». Nothing. I guess they hate working there but they’re driving customers away with that attitude.

I despise going to this Wendy’s. The staff is so rude and they never get the order right! So i have resorted to go to the Wendy’s on Us1 thats closer to the Best Buy! That Wendy’s is amazing, always nice and clean! To think that these Wendy’s are owned by the same owner and are completely different! I wish i could talk to the owner because i shouldn’t have to deviate to another Wendy’s to avoid nasty people!

Its conveniently located, that’s the only reason I still go here every now and then. They almost always get my order wrong. Their longest streak for me is six visits in a row. When I came back once to get my order fixed, I was given attitude and told that I should’ve checked the order at the window. At another visit, I was given attitude for checking the order at the window, and I was told that it was correct and that I was holding up the line. It wasn’t correct. Before they got those large ketchups, they were stingy with the packets. I was often told they put ketchup in the bag already, only to find none in my bag when I got home. This Wendy’s is purely a last resort for me now.
