Worst BK ever! Manager was extremely rude when we customer started to complain that, the line was stop due to not taking anymore orders. Manager rudely said«We are busy» with his broken English. When i told him to stop talking and finish up the orders due to him non stop fighting with the customer. His reply was you shut up. I will never come to this BK. Im calling corporate in Monday and hope this idot of a manager who refuse to give me his name gets fired!

been there a handful of times. Once I ordered the buffalo wings and when I got home realized I was given nuggets instead(shoulda checked when I was there) so instead of the $ 5 strips I got $ 1.50 nuggets. not happy. Then the other day I got coke instead of coke zero. So not bad just have to double check. But I don’t like to check because working in the industry I know not to send stuff back to the kitchen. so this is my standby when I am absolutely rushed. Other than that Id rather cruise on down the road on old cutler. there’s basically a BK per block in Miami so won’t let one bad apple to ruin ‘em all

This Burger King thus far is really good. For the most part the food is fresh and the staff is friendly. Most importantly the location is super clean. The bad: sometimes the wait is long and if you decide to order something additional at the window they make you park to wait for it! Which is not a problem unless its raining!
