Johnny Rockets

Been to this location a few times before catching a movie right across at regal. Have never had a bad experience. Food has always been cooked correctly and order has arrived the way i wanted it.
Only con is sometimes they are a little under staffed and it can take 5 – 10 minutes after sitting to get your order taken. But honestly if that bothers you that much go to a fast food drive thru. It is mostly high school teenagers working so its a up beat place to be.
Today i had their Smoke house double cheeseburger with applewood bacon. Pretty good burger cooked well and had plenty of taste to it. We ordered a side of fries and they where also enjoyable.

Went to Johnny Rockets last night, definitely won’t be going back. The servers and «manager» couldn’t have been older than 19. At first there was only 1 young man behind the counter and he didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat at a table that was barely clean. Although there were only 3 other tables with patrons, he never came over to take our order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a young woman apearing to be the «‘manager» took our order. I wanted a whole wheat bun as advertised in their menu, they did not have any (I later overheard another server tell another patron that it is false advertising because they never have them at that store). My husband ordered a tuna melt and after waiting another 10 minutes, the young lady came back and told him they don’t have anymore because they don’t carry a lot of it because it doesn’t sell. He then asked for an egg salad sandwich and they didn’t have that either. WOW! I knew we should have left 20 minutes earlier, but I am pregnant and I wanted a burger with fries. He ended up ordering a chicken sandwich to go. I ate my over cooked fries and my just okay burger. The most outrageous thing I saw was the «chef» walk out of the restaurant and the mall with his gloves on and no he did not change them when he returned… YUCK!

Service was very nice and our waiter was very helpful. Of course I don’t have to explain how good their burgers are! The manager Daniela was always making sure we had everything we needed. A very nice location!

The burgers are great! But it seems like they have an issue with the fans. It’s always smokey and you get out of there smelling like oil.

Fantastic chocolate milkshakes, made properly with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
Heinz ketchup.
Coke, not Pepsi.
Hot, traditional, diner grill food.
That’s why you should go to Johnny Rockets.
The fact that the waiters occasionally bust out into song and dance is just icing on the cake.

The food is delish.
I loved their bacon double burger. The chili cheese fries, to die for. I recommended. The atmosphere was great and love hearing music from the 50s.

I love Johnny Rockets! It’s loud and fun. I love going to places with my kids and not having to worry about whether or not they’re bothering other people! It’s a great family place.
The food deserves 3 stars. It was good… nothing out of this world. My girls had chicken fingers, I had a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce that was pretty good but a little on the greasy side. The hubby had the Houston which was also good. The sweet potato fries were really good and surprisingly crunchy!
The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because the service was really good! The waiter brought my girls and little plate with a ketchup smiley face which they got a kick out of. He also gave them each a balloon when we left. The girls were soooo happy… it’s the small things in life!!! :)
That gesture is what put them over the top! :)
