Have been several times and service is off most of the time, specially when it’s empty which is weird but you see all the employees just hanging out… Very slow if seating outside or at a table. Best shot is at the bar.

Amazing location. Been here multiple times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Great staff and great management. The General Manager Jeanine is super knowledgeable about the product and extremely hard working. I’ve never been to a World of Beer with this level of service. Will definitely be coming back here regularly.

I’ve been here a few times and overall this place doesn’t really do it for me. My last visit to World of Beer in midtown was especially bad. Went to watch the Heat play game 7 and only stayed for the first half before we left and walked over to Bar Louie for the second half. The fact that you have that many beers but didn’t have a single gluten free option is annoying. I’m all good with the gluten and love me some beer however, two people I was with are gluten intolerant and the only option you had was cider. Clearly you have a beer and wine license so why not have a few bottles of wine and Prosecco available? Also everything my friend did try to order you didn’t have available at the time. Literally 4 different items from the menu we asked for and none of them you actually had. That’s a little ridiculous. The bartender who’s name was Janine I believe, was nice and doing her best to be accommodating however, there is only so much she can do if the items listed on the menu are not actually behind the bar to sell to you. Also I’m not sure why there are Unilocal pictures of food for World of Beer? They do NOT serve food however, they will provide you with a few take out menus from neighboring restaurants and you can order yourself take out food.

Worst customer service. The bartenders were arguing behind the bar, discussing whether or not they wanted to serve us. at 11:30, because they were about to close. This place closes at 1 –_– Why the rush? Why so rude? The waitor was in such a rush, he spilled beer on my friend. He also forgot to bring me a pen to sign the check. I had to dig in my purse for one. The Kendall location also rushed us out, 1.5 hrs before closing. At the very least, please update your hours of operation. Thanks.

No complaints here! If you’ve never been to a WOB, well… it’s a world of beer. Any beer establishment you have to look at a menu to make your decision is ok with me. The staff has been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve been here. No food service, but feel free to bring what you want, or even order delivery. Being in Midtown, there are lots of delivery places to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating to take advantage of a beautiful night. Are there better places to enjoy craft beer? Sure. But if you don’t feel like battling hipster Wynwood, this is a good choice. Cheers!

Great place to chill on a cold Saturday evening or for a matter of fact any day of the week and really any time. Evenings are best for us! A way to unwind from a hard days work… The hubby favorite beer place! The midtown location is one of my favorite. It’s dead center around so many awesome places… restaurants and shopping stores. I think my hubby likes this place because it’s unique… if you are a member there is point system where you get a point for each different beer you drink… etc…when you get to certain point number you get rewarded! It’s a competitive thing with my hubby… The atmosphere is always pleasant and fun in this place. The downside for me is the cost. I personally think the prices are somewhat high. I also think all drinks, whether it’s alcoholic or non alcoholic should be in the point system. However, non alcoholic drinks and wine are not part of the point system. The thing I like best is they don’t serve food however you can order food and have it delivered or you can bring it with you while you drink, relax and take in the chill atmosphere together with the up beat music! The place is also surrounded by big screen televisions showing every imaginable sport. There are also certain nights that offer specials on prices and game night/trivia! Oh and let me not forget there is karaōke… some great singing!!!

What’s not to love?! So much beer! They have locals and beer from all over the world. The bartenders are very knowledgable and give good recommendations.

Great place to hang out, drink different kinds of beer, and watch a sporting event. I especially like that they let you try the beer before you order which is awesome.

WOB Midtown is small/cozy but doesn’t fill up(it’s never packed). The few times I’ve been here I’ve managed to find seating without a problem. The bathrooms are clean and the service is great. For some reason every time I’m at a WOB the female staff members seem to be more knowledgable and helpful than the male staff members. I highly recommend a female to serve you versus a male. These WOB women really know how to talk to you about beer and know almost all the beer brands they serve. WOB does not serve food but they let you order from neighboring restaurants and allow you to eat the delivered food in house. WOB Midtown is located in Midtown therefore there’s a bunch of nearby restaurants that you can easily order for delivery or maybe just walk on over and pick something up to go. I normally don’t get food when I’m at WOB because the main goal here is to drink lots of good beer. What I really like about WOB are the bigger bottles(750ml). If you order one of these puppies you can split it with a maximum of 4 people(not enough fluid ounces for a fifth). If you’re splitting the bottle with others that also have a tab open then they can actually split the costs of the bottle amongst those that are sharing. The crowd at WOB for the most part is social. After throwing down a couple you loosen up and begin to mingle with those that are also in attendance. This location offers fun nights like a trivia night. I recommend maybe looking into their events calendar for more details. If you like beer and you want to try different stuff they normally wouldn’t carry at a regular liquor store(Total Wine is not a regular liquor store), then come out to WOB(any location) and bring everyone with you. You will enjoy the brews, staff members, music, and the crowd.

World of Beer = a world of a headache when you decide to play drinking games and you proceed to drink your way across the globe and into clear blue yonder. World of Beer definitely backs up their name by offering wall-to-wall options for even the most finicky beer connoisseur. Trust me, you will not get bored bouncing from pilsners, stouts and IPAs to rare, craft ciders to the weird stuff you can’t pronounce but you still try any way. Large screen TVs overhead will keep you entertained with the current football, futbol or B-ball game of the moment. There is lots of seating around the bar, both inside and out. Fast and friendly servers keep the beer flowing. The only major bummer is that they do not serve food. They let you order from area spots and eat at the bar. I wish they at least offered some free popcorn or other types of salty or greasy drinkin’ grub to compliment the suds.

We were here on Saturday and opened the place at around noon. Stayed until about 8 at night. The beer was that good and there were so many choices. Even doing flights we didn’t get to sample all they had on draft. Our bartender was Andie and she was super great. We played games, drank, watched some of the college games and that area in midtown is great. Lots of food options so the fact the the bar doesn’t have food made the experience even better.

World of Beer is where you come on a casual night. It has plenty of outdoor seating, as well as the dark broody areas any bar must have. So you can come for the intimate environment, or you can sit outside with your friends and probably a few dogs. They have a lot of specialty or craft beers, but there’s a considerable wine collection as well. If you want to order something expensive, you can, and if not you can go as low as $ 6 – 7 for a drink wine or beer. This is why I like coming here. It’s a good place for different budgets, ambiances, and moods. My friend and I enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks, but there were plenty of people utilizing the indoor area too. The location is ideal if you’re trying to go multiple places in one night, but even if you’re not, there are dozens of restaurants you could explore as part of your evening plans. There’s something for everyone, so this would be my go-to compromise spot in Midtown.

«Meh» pretty much explains this WOB. I’ve been here twice on the weekend and both times it was dead. Luckily I had good company this last time because they had a «DJ» playing for the bar crowd and he was awful! I didn’t even know there was a DJ until the server said something. Since when is Janet Jackson’s least popular song from the 90s good DJing??? C’mon WOB. Give me some live reggae or cover bands to listen to while I sip my suds. My server was super weird this time. He kept busting my balls about not drinking more. I was driving that night and my friend was knocking them back, so not sure what the server’s problem was.

Great place to come and hang out with friends. The seats on the outside terrace are very comfortable, which is a great option if you are going to be there for a few hours. On Friday night they had a band playing. The service was good and the server was very helpful in recommending beer options for those of us that wanted to try something new.

I had a disappointing experience here at World of Beer. I’ve heard of WOB from friends on the East Coast who love coming here and trying their different brews and using their app to track all of their beers. From the outside, this place seems cool. Long line of taps behind the counter, a fair amount of people at the bar and at tables. But things started to reveal themselves when I sat down. First, they gave me their beer menu and when I made my choice, they took the menu away. I was a bit shocked because she just took it away and put it back in the menu holding slot. I wasn’t sure whether my server thought that I was only going to order one beer or whether she didn’t want to serve me more than one beer? That whole experience just made the rest of my experience go downhill. I usually like to read the beer menu in between beers to not only learn about the beers offered but also since I like to take my time in deciding what to order. The rest of the night, I had to wait for her to bring me the same menu again which delayed my subsequent beers which became increasingly frustrating. It’s already a pain that they don’t offer any food here but if you take the beer menu away too, then there are plenty of other places that can give me food and not take the menu every time I order.

Awesome beer selection. Rotating taps. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Waitress disappeared for 15 and 25 minute chunks. When we saw her, she would look at our empty glasses and go to another table instead. Asking other waitresses for help, they said they would tell her to swing by. I can’t believe I waited 30 minutes to order a damn beer. It’s a shame, I’ll never be back.

They have a lot of beer and that’s great but I wasn’t overly impressed by what they had. Having a lot of beer is no big deal now-a-days since every guy that’s forgotten how to shave is brewing beer in their grandmama’s basement. I found the prices to be about two bucks too expensive and that was after happy hour in which they knock off a measly buck(so really three bones too much) The bartenders if you can call them that(they don’t mix drinks, they just pull on a tap or use a bottle opener) are pretty darn friendly and patient. The night I was here they had a trivia night so that’s fun.

Holy beer heaven. I have heard great things about this place but when they opened in Midtown the outside did not entice me to check it out. It looked very small and cramped. We went the other night to watch a game and I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It is small inside compared to other locations. The bar area is long and it’s narrow. They have benches with high top tables throughout. Beer signs, beer displays, and beer menus everywhere making the décor very fun. Our server was too notch. She offered me about four samples of beer till I found a lovely stout that I enjoyed. Then she told me about the loyalty card, which of course I had to have. Once the game came on they blasted the volume which we appreciated. They started to get crowded but our server came and checked on us very often. Really loved this beer heaven! The only reason it’s not five stars for me is because they have no food menu at all. Yes you can order from one of their partners and have it delivered to you. Just not the same when your drinking and can’t have greasy bar food. Lol We enjoyed our evening with their amazing beer selections, awesome service, and reasonable prices. Can’t wait to hang out more often. Fun atmosphere.
